New Long River
We've been going to New Long River for several years. The food is delicious. We've tried several different dishes through the years and have never been disappointed. They prepare everything in a timely manner and are always thorough with the orders. Some of our favorites are Chicken & Broccoli, Teriyaki Chicken, Singapore Rice Noodles, Shrimp Lo Mein, Egg Foo Young, and Steamed Dumplings. So good!
We ordered a ton of take out from this place for my wedding and everyone loved it. I always get the crab Rangoon.
Chopstick
Chopstick Asian Restaurant Bridge St, Catskill N.Y. If your palette craving Chinese food ,try this cute Cafe style. The spare ribs had nice texture and flavor, sauce was a little heavy. String beans with pork and tofu was delicious and house special fried rice was a little bland but extremely fresh, orange chicken with broccoli had nice delicate flavor with orange skin. Spicy salmon sushi roll and shrimp tempura was fresh but a bit bland. Overall the Chinese dishes was flavorful. If your ever in Catskill give Chopstick a try.
I recently discovered this hidden gem of a restaurant and I must say, it is truly a great find. The sushi is exceptional, but what sets this place apart is their unique menu that goes beyond traditional Chinese and Japanese cuisine. The variety of offerings is impressive - we tried their homemade Crab Rangoon, which was hands down the best I've ever had. For our main course, we indulged in the Seafood Deluxe, which consisted of shrimp, scallops, lobster, and crab. It was an outstanding dish and priced at only $19, it's a steal. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

This is one of my favorite venues. The servers and kitchen are so hospitable and accommodating with the menu. Although I don’t enjoy everything on the menu, I always have a wonderful dining experience here. Favorites: Espressotini Fried Green Beans Spring Rolls Fried Rice with Chicken Mongolian Beef Pad Thai Salmon (my co-diner loved; I don’t like salmon) I don’t care for the: Sangria (probably bc of the OJ) Calamari (the batter is amazing, the rings were too chewy, no tentacles which I love).
It was my first time here and the experience was amazing ! We were 30 min early for our reservations and they said it wasn’t a problem and still sat us. The menu was extremely well rounded. I like sushi but he doesn’t so there were tons of other options for him that included steaks / noodles. We will be back for sure !
P.F. Chang's
The food quality here has went from amazing years ago, to just okay a few years ago, to legitimately repulsive the most recent and final time I’ve chosen to eat at this establishment. The veggie spring rolls were assuredly microwaved because they are obviously too pale to have been fried. They were still FROZEN in the middle. After my mom and I took a few bites of each, we didn’t finish the rest because we were both bewildered at the awful quality. Next our veggie lettuce wraps arrived, surprising me just at their appearance alone. Pale, undercooked, ROMAINE STALKS of lettuce for…. wrapping filling in? Sure! The first bite of filling was the last. The tofu went from crispy and seasoned to puffy and bland. The other parts of the filling were not cooked thoroughly either. After asking our server some questions about the quality and why it’s not how their food always had been, she asked us if we wanted to choose something else off the menu. We said no thank you and asked for our bill, which still had both items totaling $27 that we had expressed discontent with. Safe to say this is another restaurant on my list.
All food was fishy even the salads, didn't have the wontons (reason for the visit). Lo mein wasn't stirfried in any sauces just water and noodles, the lettuce wraps however, amazing! Service was excellent and world class.. not likely to revisit, i guess it was the wrong time and place.
Burger King
They let me in after indoors hours to use the restroom, really appreciated. Food was delicious for closing hours only an hour shy.
I had forgotten how good the flame broiled burgers are as compared to the other fast food places. Using the online app I get to take advantage of a variety of online specials and my food is ready when I arrive.
