I've been a customer for many years. I was surprised to be asked to show ID for home delivery when I gave all the information. I didn't refuse even though it was not the first time ordering using the same phones and debit cards. They called twice to verify if it was who we were. I requested to speak with a manager and I got 2 different people. On top of that once we got the delivered food and showed ID they didn't include the 3 ginger ale sodas in the orders I made over the phone. I am very disappointed that they didn't give the benefit of the doubt to show ID first. I informed them it would be the last time to order there.

I don't usually do reviews, but this place was probably my worst Chinese food experience since I got food poisoning back in 2003. I ordered the Boneless spareribs that had zero flavor with roasted pork fried rice that was also flavorless AND not fully cooked. The rice was still sort of crunchy. A small wonton soup and steamed shrimp dumplings that were very chewy. I should have known something was not good when I walked in and there were chicken bones on the floor, the building was very cold and not restaurant like. The waiting area had no seating due to the kids toys and schoolwork space out front. I asked the lady who was waiting there if she had any bad experiences here and she replied it was her first time also. Needless to say, I will NOT bring my money back to this establishment any time soon.

Under the new ownership, the place have gotten a lot better. The staff was very friendly!

I just bought boneless ribs from this place and they’re shredded. OK very very thin and burnt no meat at all very very very bad and I’m very disappointed in this place. Please go there.

Do not order from this place! They messed up our whole delivery order. I had a feeling because the lady on the phone sounded like she wasn’t paying attention to what I was ordering. They came back to bring shrimp fried rice because instead they gave us pork fried rice and had the nerve to take back the pork fried rice to give to someone else. Disgusting! Food had no taste and was disgusting. We are a big facility that orders out a lot and we promise we will never order from them again!!! Be careful what you get because your food may be someone else’s food that was returned!!!

Warning: They're cash only. They don't take card. Not that they'd tell you that until you're there, ready to pick up your food. This is literally the worst chinese food I've ever ate in my life, which is saying something because I'm starving, and food is supposed to taste good when you're starving. I got the shrimp broccoli dish, with $1 chicken added. The shrimp was alright. The broccoli was tough, didn't taste cooked all the way through. Then, the rice portion had hard pieces of rice all in it, like they undercooked it. The chicken...did not taste like chicken AT ALL. I'm not one of those people who thinks these chinese restaurants cook cat instead of chicken, but this place really got me questioning my perspective. Absolutely repulsive poultry. Please, for the sake of your health, your taste buds, and your peace of mind, avoid this place at all costs.

Fried rice was mid nd the shrimp was hard to chew to the point my dog couldn't eat it

I ordered shrimp broccoli with white rice & bbq chicken with yellow rice and it was actually pretty good. Especially compared to all the other Chinese stores I have ordered from around this area & delivery was pretty fast they told me 30-40 mins but came in less then 20 mins . No complaints 💯

I had 3 orders I don’t know how the 3 one tasted but at 2 pm the grease shouldn’t be old . The rice is plastic and the food was awful . Neither of us is going to finish this old food and it was a waste of money. However the shrimp rolls were good but only 1 shrimp I will never order from here again. I only ordered because YUK PING was closed

Food is delicious. Pick-up was fast. Always wanted to try this place, and it exceeded my expectations.

Looks can be deceiving… The place itself looks a little sketch for sure. However I’ve eaten there several times now & order different things each time. The Egg Rolls and Fried Rice are legit SO GOOD! The Lo-main, the Vegetables & any Roasted Pork items have all been very good as well! The two things I’ve tried & did not like was; 1.) Dumplings they were soggy, tasteless and weird looking. 2.) Crab Sticks they had too much breading and tasted generic. They are “Cash Only” which I don’t like but on the upside it’s not a long wait & pretty good food.

Great tasting food and good delivery service. When there was a small issue like the shrimp was not added on one order, it was a misunderstanding. And so, I let them know and they came out and gave me the shrimp. God bless you all.

I own a buisness for cleaning hoods for restaurants i went to this place to clean there equipment if i was the one reading this trust me you would not eat here the amount of mouse's we found was amazing not to mention how they prepare the food on tge other side in dirty bukers i mean these bukets i wouldn't put water to wash my car ive reported them to the inspectors there was meats way under chill temperature omg ive havent seen anything like this in years i mean years im surprised there still open very nasty

I wish there was more sauce in the lomein. The noodles on top are not tasty at all, but the ones on the bottom of the container are tasty because have a little sauce.
