I ordered takeout and upon arriving home the order was incorrect. I called to advise them of the mistake and was hung up on! Horrible service and I will never be back! Unacceptable!

Delivery driver very rude and disrespectful. Called me 2x in under a minute and actually yelled at me as I was opening the door and he was looking at me. Literally snatched the money out of my hands even though I gave a tip. Then he realized he shouldn't have been that rude. Food is good service of delivery drivers are trash. I normally give good reviews but he was so nasty and then realized he messed up once he saw a tip and tried to be nice. Never ordering from here again just off the strength of the rude and crudeness of the delivery driver with the glasses and a silver Toyota sedan. Horrible. Just horrible . Wish I would have ordered from anywhere else. It made me not want to eat the food.

Horrible customer service can’t place an order without the attitude. Always ready to hang up & doesn't listen to the full order. Food isn’t good neither as before.

Decided to get chinese for lunch and set up a pick up for 11:45. I ordered serveral lunch specials and for myself I ordered the vegetable delight with fried rice. When I arrived I told the lady I was there for pick up. She handed me my food, I paid and left. When I ate, the food was good and very filling. The food was very affordable and I would definitely go back.

Ordered shrimp egg foo young. It was delivered spilled in bag . And it’s dark brown gravy . I’ve never seen this for egg foo young before. It taste disgusting. Like soy sauce liquid . Not like gravy. And I tipped the delivery driver and everything. When I called to tell them the gravy was spilled all in bag they had me on hold for mad long and hung up on me twice before I spoke to a manager

I see that it is a new restaurant in the 21 St Ave, I had the opportunity to order for delivery to my house, and fresh and delicious food always arrives, I have not even had the opportunity to go personally, but soon I will. I really recommend them they serve very well and there is also service in Spanish and they charge I think $ 2 for delivery in Paterson, have a good night

Please do not eat this food me and my son has with how's the chicken in the sesame wasn't but it wasn't even it was raw, I eat Chinese all the absolutely unsafe and unhygienic to eat as it was not cooked properly, noodle was like it was reheated in microwave do not I rang the manager and ask her to fix it isn't wrong contact her insurance 😞 good bye all she had to do was apologize 🚭🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫

If I can provide zero stars i would! I ordered an egg drop soup and it had mold in it. To top it off my rice and chicken wings had so much strands of hair! Don’t waste your money! I called and complained politely and they hung up on me! Stay away!!!!

i ordered a very simple meal of chicken wings and french fries. and its sad to say the quality of food they serve here is completely disgusting. As a restaurant they should be disappointed for giving this trash back to the community. i pray one day this establishment gets shut down forever.

This is the best Chinese restaurant. It’s so good that I order it from where I live in North Bergen and the restaurant is located in Paterson. Good stuff.
