Tin's House of Paramus

Chicken and broccoli with white rice fair price good fast Chinese food.

Orderd shrimp fried rice with chicken wings. The food was tasteless and as you can see in the picture only 5 shrimp in the rice. The chicken was very big and smelled funny. I couldn't eat it. Will not order again from this place, waste of my money.

Bourbon Street Grille

I have been going to the Bourdbon street in Willobrook Mall for many years and the family loves it!!! I got on here to see if the reviews are trust as good and if I can tell it’s the same owners. The feedback was helpful though, it sounds like this one is one as good as the Willobrook one

I’ve been going here for over 10 years, but I moved out of state and when I come back, I usually eat here. It has gone downhill. I wasted $15, the noodles had no flavor the chicken was gross and Luke warm with a lot of chewy pieces. Also made me sick the next day.

Yong Kang Street

Came here for the beef noodle soup. It's mall food, so expectations were not high. The aroma of the soup was there, but everything else was subpar. Meat was hard, even though it was the right cut of meat, I just couldn't chew it. But the lady gave me a decent amount.

Came for free sample, stayed for good evening eatin'. Even my mom bugs me this place above others the Paramus Food Court. Passionate of quality, traditional, meaty american-chinese without breaking the bank

Ruby Thai Kitchen

Employees are very friendly. Price is good. Good drink selection. Lots of menu options. Price is good. Noodles taste good. Rice is good. Bbq chicken tastes good too. But, the beef and mago chicken tasted bad this time. They apparently mixed in a batch of fresh chicken and beef with stale, old meats that are hard to chew and do not taste good at all. I hope they will only serve fresh meats next time and stop mixing old with new because it doesnt taste good and might be unsanitary if the old meats go bad sitting there all day.

This restaurant is located in the food court of the Garden State Plaza. I've been here before the pandemic when I got something to eat before a movie. Since the mall has been closed for a while, I haven't been able to visit again. Today, after finding out that the mall is open, I called Ruby Thai Kitchen to see if they were open as well because I was craving their food, especially their mango chicken. To my surprise, they told me they were in fact open, but I had caught them just when they started closing. I was sad to hear that at first, but then the lady was so nice and said she will wait for me to get there (even after I told her it's about a 15 minute drive for me). I have never experienced customer service that great. I was really appreciative that she did this and was so delighted. I got an order of their mango chicken, orange chicken, grilled chicken with a side of fried rice. Honestly, the other reviews are right. Their mango chicken is to die for, and I can't stop thinking about it. I had gotten this the last time I went and thought it was amazing so I'm glad to see that the other reviewers here agree with that. The chicken has the perfect amount of crisp and the sauce is like sweet and creamy. If you only are going to get one thing, I highly recommend the mango chicken. The grilled chicken is the one that they pass samples to frequently if you are walking around, and that one is also delicious. Although this restaurant has the word Thai in its name, I do feel the hot table is more (American) Chinese-oriented, which is fine and works in my favor, because I love mall Americanized Chinese food. I believe they do have several Thai dishes that can be ordered. I prefer Ruby Thai Kitchen's food to any Chinese takeout place. There's just something about the quality and taste of the food that you don't get with takeout Chinese. The portion sizes are very generous here. I got enough food for almost 2 meals. For 2 meats and 2 sides, it costs $8.99. If you pick 3 meats and a side, it costs $9.99. The price is pretty good in my opinion as it is super filling. I can't recommend this place any higher. If you are in the food court at the Garden State Plaza and love Chinese food, definitely go here. It is worth the extra drive for me to go here instead of settling for a takeout Chinese place that is closer. The staff is also super friendly and I have never been happier with their level of customer service.

Suki Hana

They give very little portions of chicken for a meal you’re paying $12 for.

Knocking off 2 stars.. the sauce is now salty instead of sweet. And by salty, i mean too much salt unfortunately. I think i will skip suki hana next time im here. This was twice in a row now that the sauce is too salty and no sweetness at all. If the owner or manager reads this, please bring back the sweet teriyaki sauce. 5/21/2022 ** end of update ** Suki Hana is a great Japanese Teriyaki chicken restaurant inside the Garden State Plaza mall. This replaces Sarku Japan's spot. The chicken is delicious and they have other menu options too. I was here on the opening day in March 2022. The employees are friendly. The prices are very good at $9 per meal with tax(no drink). The drink prices are a bit high, but thats true of the entire food court. Since this was the first day, they were a little slow at making the food. But it was worth it! The chicken tastes a little better than Sarku and is a little more sweet and a little less salty too. Pros: Yummy Teriyaki chicken! Also have beef, noodles, shrimp and other items Good drink selection Friendly employees Acceptable speed, but a bit slow on opening day Great location Plenty of seating Real plastic straws!! Cons: Slightly pricy drinks(but same with entire food court) No plastic bags(not sure why not? Othet malls have plastic bags for takeout food. Common sense)
