Kurry Zone
I recently visited this restaurant and had the worst dining experience. We were uncertain whether to choose this place or another reputable Indian restaurant. Unfortunately, we made the wrong choice. We started with the dahi papdi, which was a huge letdown. Following that, we ordered tandoori chicken, chicken noodles, fish tikka, and masala fries. None of these dishes met our expectations; in fact, the fish was served raw, appearing to be cooked directly from the freezer as the exterior seemed deceptively acceptable. The chicken tasted rubbery and unappetizing. Overall, it was a disastrous dinner, and I do not recommend this place at all.
It’s a cozy and wonderful place! EXCELLENT FOOD with generous quantities. Each item including Biryani that we ordered was very delicious and highly satiating! Excellent behavior of the owner and the staff. Have been many restaurants in NJ, but they are not worth their name/hype most times. But this one is a hidden gem! Must visit and Worth doing that multiple times a year!
Mei-Mei Chinese Take-Out
Used to be great. Recommended the place for 30 years. Last 5 years or so I’ve ordered from here both in person and delivery services and it’s been disappointing. Will miss the food I remembered from here and will not order again. Last order was tangerine beef and string beans. All overcooked. Beans soggy, beef like leather. Time to move on.
Easily some of the best Chinese food in the area, if not in all of New Jersey. My family and I go here as often as we can (which ends up actually being about once a month). Definitely get the salt and pepper shrimp, mei fun, beef chow fun, and the lobster with black bean sauce!
Morals Village Hot Pot
Loved the decor and the overall vibe of the restaurant. The food was delicious. Very good quality meat. We got the beef oil and pork bone broth and it was delicious. We also ordered the the house fried rice which was so yummy. The sauce selection was great too. Service was good as well.
I had an amazing time at Morals Village hot pot restaurant! 绿水青山flavor. The ingredients were fresh, the broths were flavorful, and the staff was attentive and friendly. Everything ran smoothly. I’ll definitely be back soon!
China Wok
I have been coming to this restaurant for over 16+ years! In that time,I have also told my friends about this restaurant. This is a family owned business. It is the BEST Chinese food spot around! The food is always very delicious and fresh! I love how I am greeted by name and they remember exactly what I want in my order. The sauces are made to perfection!Thank you very much for always greeting my family with smiles and kindness. We will always order from here!
So I called them and had delivered to my hotel room which is awesome.. they said about 45 min.. but that's cool cause I don't have wheels and food comes rt to the door.. got the half fries chicken and beef fried rice.. hot and sour soup is awesome.. Thank you guys for the meal..
Diamond Thai Cuisine
Two of us had dinner at this wonderful Thai place in town. Very friendly, prompt and professional service. The food was excellent - authentic Thai (not watered down to American tastes). We had Thom Kha soup, Drunken Noodles, Gang Paa (3 chilli hot - the fire hits your taste buds after a few bites) and Sweet sticky rice/mango. The owner/manager warned us in advance about the 🌶 🥵 🔥. Delicious food, had lots of chilled water to wash it down, that got promptly refilled. There are lots of vegetarian options and there is lots of free parking around. Will definitely patronize them again.
Brought a colleague here on a business dinner The food is average and nothing remarkable. Portions are appropriate and the service is fair. We asked for chopsticks. They don’t have any. We asked for chili paste and chili flakes as a condiment. They don’t have that they said. The atmosphere in the dining room was stuffy. It appears they are cost cutting at the expense of the customer’s dining experience. Cannot recommend.
The Rose- Pan Asian Cusine
Our second time here. It was not as crowded as it was end of holiday season. It was a cold night and the table we got initially was close to the doors, but thankfully the host moved us to the back of the restaurant when the table became available. I was glad that the food quality is still well maintained like the last time. Love the place and the food. Highly recommended.
Nice spot for an authentic Indo-Chinese food! Both The lemon coriander soup, and the Hakka noodles were super. The monos and gobhi manchurian were flavorful. The chilli paneer was nice but not as good gobhi manchurian. It also had a spicy jalapeno that looks like a bell pepper so definitely watch out for the spice. Overall, a one of the best place for delicious Indo-Chinese cuisine. Highly recommend!
N THAI PALACE (HALAL)
The ambience was great this New Year’s Eve. We went at 6 pm and were seated instantly. The staff member who was serving us was nice and took our order quickly, and we had a good time. The food was good, and the spice level was great. I ordered the Singapore noodles and it didn’t disappoint, it was flavorful and looked awesome! We had the sampler for dessert and they all were great! I also got a Thai iced tea that tasted nice and would definitely get it again. This place knows how to present and their food is delicious. You should definitely give it a try, half of the negative reviews are people who didn’t even try the food.
Tried out this Thai restaurant for the first time! Went for some yummy soup and definitely hit the spot! Really enjoyed it and their yummy fried rice which was displayed so cute! Highly recommend everything was great.
Tea & Noodle
I’m more into Indo-Chinese cuisine and am a vegetarian, so I ordered veggie noodles with egg, and they prepared an incredible dish! My son had the chili beef with rice, which he really enjoyed as well. The flavors were spot-on Indo-Chinese. The prices were very reasonable, too. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Indo-Chinese flavors—just be sure to ask for it spicy. They also offer bubble tea!
Food are delicious and Dinks are awesome. I love the drinks are not too sweet and taste good. The owner is so sweet and friendly. Definitely I will come back and try more on their menu.
Nirvanis Indian Kitchen
I love Indian food and once I seen this place had Indian pizza I was sold. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked in and was greeted. The place was spacious! I ordered with the nice manager: Nana pizza chicken tikka vada pav slider (spicy potato fritters on bun) Chicken manchurian with garlic naan shrimp masala chicken hakka noodles Funnel fries The food was excellent! I really loved the makkah noodle the most! I had a great experience all in all!
Probably my favorite Indian spot to date. Nirvanis in Somerset is a gold mine. Fantastic service and absolutely delicious food. The menu is diverse and has so many options ranging from street food to indo chinese food. Highly recommend the Vada Pav sliders as an appetizer. Very spicy and super flavorful. If you have not had it before, it’s a spicy potato fritter served in a soft bun with served with tangy tamarind chutney. The Masala fries are a perfect snack. The veggie hakka noodles on the indo Chinese portion of the menu was great too. Definitely reminiscent of a chinese noodle dish with some Indian spices. Get the naanza, don’t even hesitate. The chicken tikka masala naan pizza is perfectly light, yummy, and with a thin crust. We ended up also trying the maxed chicken kebab which had four different kinds and all were fantastic. Definitely recommend stopping by if you are in the area. I will be back for sure! Now for my standard comments. The location had plenty of open parking, a decent amount of seating indoors, and the interior was kept very clean.
Bhog Indian Restaurant
Went here twice and have had great meals and great service both times. We love the tandoori chicken and Apollo fish, and Arya gave us very attentive service. All of the staff is friendly and they will celebrate your birthday with you! Will definitely be back again
Cozy, trendy place where greeted to linen cloth napkins, complimentary appetizer. Great presentation. All was so delicious and though declined dessert, we were treated to a plate of 4 creme dessert tasties with a live orchid flower. Great place!
MOMO KINGG(Chin Chin)
Wonderful place to have the same experience as India's street halal Chinese taste, My personal fav is Chicken Schezwan Noodle and Steam MOMO. Hidden Gem it is Lady is very hard working and her honesty reflects in the taste of food
As a fan of Nepalese cuisine, I was eager to try their renowned chicken momo, and I must say, it lived up to its reputation. These delightful dumplings were perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The filling was well-seasoned and juicy, while the dough was thin and delicate. Each bite was a savory delight, and I couldn't help but order a second plate. The chicken momo at Momo King certainly deserves praise. But I must admit that I was slightly disappointed with their fish chili dish. The fish lacked the desired tenderness, and the flavors didn't quite harmonize as well as I had hoped. It wasn't a terrible dish by any means, but it fell short compared to the excellent chicken momo. Btw if you have a low tolerance for heat, it's crucial to specify your preference when ordering. In my case, I found their spicy dishes to be exceptionally hot. So, if you're not a fan of intense spice, I highly recommend ordering the mild or low-spicy options. I would definitely visit them again for their delicious momo.
Kam Luang Kitchen
I thought the food I got was really good. It was very greasy, but that's how I like my Singapore noodles. It was actually spicy when I ordered it spicy. There were a lot of vegetables in the noodles including bamboo shoot, cabbage, peppers, and the meat. I don't know if I actually got extra shrimp in it for the extra $2 because it seemed like a normal amount of shrimp. I guess that's just how restaurants are these days. They cooked it up super quickly. I ordered right when they opened. The people working there seem really nice.
The chicken was mushy and tasted like bad. Sauce wasn't good. Quality of chicken wasn't good. Broccoli was overcooked. Egg rolls were mushy and wet inside, flavor was off. I spent way too much money here for food I'm not even touching. Don't go here. Find a different Chinese place.
