Master Wok
I had it the other day general tsos chicken with spicy chicken & spicy potatoes over fried rice I ate some and saved some for later the mixture is too good ššÆš„š
Ordered fried rice a General Chicken with an egg roll. The General Chicken was horrible. It tasted like the oil the chicken was cooked in need replacing. I ordered a small plate, and it cost my $16, not worth it at all.
Chao Cajun
This place was absolutely fantastic. Firstly, it's in a mall, which is always great. The mall is a fun place to be. The servers were friendly, charming, and attentative. The food was superb. I had the bourbon chicken with white rice, an egg roll, and the Cajun potatoes. I freaking loved it. It was not the most tender bourbon chicken that I've ever had, but it was still very yummy. Overall, it was some pretty stellar grub from this place. 8/10 would recommend.
Absolutely not fit for human consumption. When is this place going to be closed for good? The steak, It's NOT steak, It's a step above dog food processing. Chicken is Fatty and Rubbery. And it's not Bourbon Chicken, Not even close. Go back to your filthy kitchens at home and stay there. This is why this mall is dying. You Suck. Zero stars if I could.
China Chef
My rice smelled of cigarette ashes. The restaurant itself did not appear to be the cleanest. It smelled of cigarettes and body odor. I also heard what sounded like an open-mouth sneeze in the back with the food! I will find another Chinese food restaurant. This was very disappointing.
I just ate here for the first time in a year and this is still by far the best Chinese place in the area (a week or two ago I tried another local place I hadn't been to in a while and while it wasn't bad it didn't even come close to comparing and the place I ate at is the one most people around here tend to recommend for Chinese). For $13 I got 2 nights' worth of Orange chicken and rice. Don't believe the negative comments, the food, prices and portions are all amazing and though I've never seen anyone dining in i for there a little early to pick up my order and the dining area I sat in didn't have a spec of dust. I've never had bad service here and while the people here aren't going out of their way to smile and be overly polite I have no complaints.
Ocean Palace
Got the poo poo platter everything drenched in a gross tasting oil. Got some triangle shaped doughy oil crap I don't even know what it was so didn't finish eating it. I thought it was supposed to come with wings also It was freezing inside there and she wanted to charge me a dollar for two paper plates.
I ordered for delivery here and it was very unprofessional. My order was $30.23 and i paid $40 but i only got a $5 back. I called to ask why I only got $5 back and they were being very rude and aggressive over the phone, they kept hanging up on me every time i asked about the delivery.
Mister Wok Chinese Kitchen
The food was delivered quickly however over half of it was thrown away. The beef stocks were stringy and inedible, egg in the mei fun undercooked and inedible, also not mei fun noodles, baby corn in chicken in garlic sauce was hard, undercooked, the egg fried rice was so disgusting it went right in the trash. Absolute waste of money. They wonāt refund you so go somewhere else.
Delicious food and great service. Decent prices, comparably less than others in the area and the quality is much better! I love that they have rice noodles since I am gluten free.
Dusties Southern Style Buffet
Haven't been to this location in a long while. I'm glad to see they were open on a holiday, and they were busy but not too busy. The food was good, but the options for the buffet seemed limited. There were not many options for dessert, and most of the pop selections were out of order. Was just an okay buffet, considering the price. Might come back if in the area.
This by far is one of our favorite restaurants. The food is absolutely delicious. All of it! If I name my favorites I would end up writing the whole menu! My mouth is watering as I type. The service is the best Iāve ever had, welcoming, pleasant, and helpful. The owner is humble and works as hard as the employees. They also are involved in a program that helps people and cut down on CO2e. Overall great people, food, ambiance, everything!!
Panda Express
It was Saturday, they close at 10:00pm, came at 9:27 pm, but did not allow to dine in , then take out and wanted use bathroom really quick, but the young lady also didnāt allow to do it cause as she said they closed, but the door was opened. Very disappointed by the behavior of the staff!
Got catering Orange chicken was ok soggy but the kids finished it lots of left over Fried rice and noodles was dry , chicken undercooked . Been coming to panda for years hit or miss. Waiting for management to respond.
Panda Express
This place is popular because of their food and service. So, there are times when the lines are long. It's not the employees or manager. I order the orange chicken every time, and although it does not taste the same each time I order, the food is still good to eat. I have no complaints and visit the store about once a month.
My wife and I love eating at this restaurant chain. Especially at this branch, I think the food is much fresher than anything I've ever tasted before. Shrimp is my favorite choice and it tastes delicious no matter what it is for shrimp, as well as with other dishes such as beef. Regarding soda, I think there might be a slight difference between one branch and another, but I don't know, maybe I'm not paying attention, after all it's not that important. Regarding other things such as parking, I think it's normal as long as it's not difficult to get parking because it's not parking on the side of the road. The toilets and dining room are clean, thank you for your service. One more thing, regarding the price, I think it is reasonable considering that the portions given are quite large.
Crab house
This restaurant is a new addition to the plaza, and we were curious to try it out. The owners also run Wu's Fish House next door, and they share the same kitchen. We ordered crab roe soup dumpling buns and crab roe tofu over rice. While waiting, we were given appetizers: peanuts, pickled radishes, and marinated cloud ears, with the latter standing out the most. After a lengthy wait, I asked about our order, and the waitress apologized, explaining they had limited cooks. We finally received the crab roe tofu over rice, which my husband and I shared. The flavor was delicious, but the mushy rice was disappointing. It was also puzzling that our appetizers were served after our main entree. We waited a while, sipping on $3 tea, before the waitress brought out the soup dumplings. The dumplings were very good, with on-point flavor. I recommend not using the fish sauce, as it disrupts the delicate taste. The skin was thicker than expected, but the dumplings were still sublime. Although the restaurant offers more than just crab roe dishes, we focused on these for our first visit. We were quite happy with our selections. Here are our ratings: - Crab roe soup buns: 4/5 stars - Crab roe tofu over rice: 4/5 stars - Service: 3.5/5 stars - Atmosphere: 3.5/5 stars Overall, we give this place 4/5 stars and plan to revisit to try other dishes.
What we ordered: Crab roe soup buns Crab roe over rice Crab roe over noodles Crab roe & pork pan-fried buns Scallion oil noodles (tastes like lo mein or pansit canton) Side dishes are free with unlimited refills, including mushrooms, radish, nuts, and sauce. We visited on a Sunday with a party of four and were seated immediately. The service was excellentāthere was a slight language barrier, but it didnāt hinder the overall experience. All in all what we loved and will recommend: Drinks - Passionfruit lemonade soda Crab roe & pork pan-fried bun CRAB ROE SOUP BUNS šš¼
Meng Gao Yang BBQ
Overall itās average. The skewers were good. But I didnāt like the dishes. The spinach cold dish was lacking in flavor.
Everyone here is super nice! We love the atmosphere here! The lamb on the grill was the main highlight of our meal! I came here with a friend and they said you have to call ahead to give them a heads up! The skewers here are all really tasty! If you are a fan of goat/lamb meat this place is the place to be! Their noodle broths are really good and filled with flavor! They also have ākong xin tsaiā which was delicious and fit well with the meat! Recommend: signature lamb skewers, the full lamb on the grill, lamb noodle broth, and āKong Xin tsaiā!
Coco Asian Cuisine Restaurant
Itās not a fancy restaurant. It offers Chinese, Malaysian, and Thai cuisines. We had massaman curry chicken, coco special tofu, and yam pot chicken. My friend asked for yam pot chicken instead of the yam pot seafood offered on the menu and they agreed. They also changed him the same price as the yam pot seafood. š The massaman curry was a bit too sweet for my taste and my friend didnāt think the seafood of the coco seafood tofu was super fresh. However, the other friend likes his yam pot chicken. The roti canai was delicious
Let me share my thoughts on every dish we ordered at Coco, thatās located on Lincoln Highway in Edison, New Jersey. I could say that the SHRIMP FRIED RICE is definitely cooked the wok-hei method. Giving it a 5/5. The PAD THAI is missing the sour and spicy flavour. I was happy to see it on the menu as it is one of my all time favourites, but it wasnāt as shiok as the other places I had it in the city. Giving it a 3/5. The pork chop was on point. It was deliciously good. Giving it a 5/5. The CRISPY PATA was so crispy and definitely very Filipino. I took home whatever was left so that I could enjoy it better with vinegar, chopped onion, minced garlic, pepper, and red chili dipping sauce! I super enjoyed the BUBUR CHA CHA which is a very famous dessert in Malaysia and Singapore. Try it cold too. Giving it a 5/5. The THAI ICED TEA is expected to be flavourful. Giving it a 5/5. I have lived in Singapore for 15 years and immersed with these cuisines, my palate tells me to give the food overall experience a 5/5. Now, letās talk about the restaurant staff, they were amazingly friendly and courteous. Definitely a 6/5.
č¹å® Xie Bao
One of my friends recommended that we should check out Festival Plaza in Edison NJ where there are lots of shopping stores including H-mart supermarket. Before going there, we checked online for a good place to eat and this restaurant Xie Bao Crab House was one of them. Being seafood lovers, we loved to try different things and so glad we did. We ordered their well known dish Crab roe over noodle (you can select noodle or rice), Pork rinds in fish soup with crab roe and Crab roe & pork pan-fried buns. Their crab roe is deliciously seasoned with flavors mixed very well the noodle. My boys loved their fish soup with crab roe. I loved how every bite you can tasted the savory crab roe. They also have complimentary appetizers of pickled white radish, toasted peanuts and seasoned wood ear mushrooms. Itās a cozy environment with friendly staffs. Everything were so good. We would definitely come back when we visit the plaza again.
Xie Bao Crab House has recently opened in Manhattan, NY. Live or work by the city? They also have a location conveniently on 9th Ave and West 46th. Come enjoy some crab roe! We visited the Edison location inside Festival Plaza. Take the elevator to the second floor and step inside for some crab roe delights! Their friendly staffs gave some recommendations and one of them must be the crab roe over noodles. Indulge in generous amounts of crab roe and meat over bottomless noodles while enjoying other authentic Chinese dishes. You must also order the meilian congee and the off-menu red bean zongzi if available. Their pan fried buns are also juicy and delicious. Xie Bao Crab House also have seafood boil making this the perfect place for crab and seafood. Stop by Xie Bao Crab House in Edison when you have a chance!
