I’ve been going to Beijing and golden East in south River and East Brunswick my whole life, but a few years ago I tried Liu’s and it is easily the best Chinese I’ve had. The chicken and broccoli is the best I’ve had anywhere. Also the service is great, they’ve never messed up an order and the guy that usually takes my order is nice and has a great sense of humor. Prices are also great. Highly recommended

Went to a party where the Chinese food was catered from here. It was delicious!! The chicken with broccoli was so good and the egg rolls were awesome! Also loved the boneless spare ribs and steamed dumplings!!

This used to be my go-to Chinese restaurant, and I really liked the food. Not anymore! I got take out yesterday for the first time in a few months and was very disappointed. The quality of everything has declined. The pork egg roll was not crispy, but chewy and tough, with very little pork. The fried tofu was not crispy either, as if it had been sitting around awhile. Furthermore, the ginger scallion sauce for the tofu used to be a spicy soy based sauce. What I got this time was not only the wrong sauce, but a thick, pale sauce that was gooey and unappetizing. The "pork" fried rice had only a few small bits of pork and no onions, and was very bland. Finally, the chicken with garlic sauce was supposed to be spicy, and was not at all- also very bland. After many years, I will no longer be ordering from here.

Chinese restaurant in East Brunswick I tried twice it’s good one but I guess they can do much better to increase their quality as you can see it’s only 4 pieces shrimp 🍤 in the whole plate and we ordered a group order all of it same even chicken and beef. The taste is good 👍 as well. What I like in the order more fortunate cookies 🍪 every time comes out of the time.

My husband & I went here to try a different restaurant! We will never go back! Their soups are terrible, the roast pork fried rice had nearly ‘no meat’ & no taste in their rice & the chicken in the broccoli & chicken dish was paper thin & very slimy!! Terrible tasting food plus they’re very expensive!!!

Food was good. Didn’t have any meat, just seafood. Place was kinda a mess so it may not be the ‘eat in’ type of place. No tea given 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hands down, the best hibachi Ive had, Never came inside to dine in, however the take out is magnificent. Really one of my favs, its so far from me but idc, ill drive there anyday! On top of great food, the receptionist lady is wonderful & has a great attitude! Thankssss for having a great business & positive attitude to your consumers.

Always a good time. This has been our go to spot for 10 years+. Regular staff knows our standing order. Food hasn't disappointed us once. Service is prompt, staff is friendly. Hibachi is just as good as sushi. Great local spot that won't break the bank. Thanks!

A trully Mom and Pop home cooked and authentic dim sum place. We love their shrimp and pork shumai. It is moist and delicious. Their soup dumpling is tasty as well. I like that they don’t put msg, and it's lightly salted. You go here for excellent food and not for the appearance.

Ordered from here plenty of times without any issues, this time I received steamed chicken dumplings that looked old, the edges of the dumpling were rubbery, called the restaurant and was told they were not going to fix. Lost a customer

Haven't been happy w/local chinese takeout & discovered this one. It's a good 20 min drive but was worth it. The food was very good and I'll be back!

A small takeout Chinese eatery with a fairly standard menu selection bearing high average prices. Hong Kong Express serves americanized Chinese fare. Set in a small strip mall, there seems to be adequate parking. Upon entering, the first impression is clean. Featuring newer furnishings, decor and construction. As a child took my order and payment, this is clearly a family business. So I've only had one dish at this place. I can say for freshness of ingredients, it's excellent. For amount of meat added, average. Unfortunately my dish was extremely bland. I had to add 7 packets of various sauce and that was still not enough. As I make this dish at home, the main sauce is soy. I wish I had grabbed more. Speaking of sauce, no sauce, forks, chopsticks or napkins were added or offered. I'm glad I checked and added on my own. This business succeeds in 2 major ways most other Chinese places don't (freshness and cleanliness). I hope I just caught an off dish. I'd return, but until I had a better dish, I wouldn't recommend.

For all the ramen lovers, this tiny place has some very delicious options. Loved the Mexican Veggie Roll, and the options for cream cheese rolls are very different and yum. Definitely give them a try.

This place is legit sushi central at a low price. If you are looking for affordable and quality sushi, look no further. If you go anywhere else, you are paying too much and not getting your moneys worth. The sushi is made well and tastes great, all for $4-6 per roll. You literally cannot beat that price. The sushi rolls are also adequately sized and they do not cheat you out of any sushi. I've been coming here for years now. The inside has ample seating if you choose to eat here but I normally take the sushi to go. The staff are always nice and will do their best to accommodate you. My favorites: - salmon avocado roll (raw) - shrimp tempura roll (cooked) Overall, this is my go to sushi spot in the Edison, New Jersey area.

This is pick up only - there’s no seating for dining in. Ho Ho was sold and bought again a couple of years ago, and it sure has changed for the better! The food is fresh, delicious and affordable! The service is attentive and efficient. I highly recommend Ho Ho for a good Chinese take out that won’t break the bank. Thank you Ho Ho🙏

Look, I can't debate with the comments on these reviews when it comes to Chinese American strip mall food. As a Chinese/Vietnamese immigrant family, we also don't really even get things like sesame chicken, pork fried rice, etc. I write this review for one reason only, should you want to try it. For probably a decade, we have called the restaurant for pick-up, and we ask for the following: "Can we can jumbo shrimp with soft tofu, no vegetables, brown sauce, extra spicy?". Once they hear this they SHOULD know what you are talking about (our family started this), as we have ordered this many times in the last decade. Oh, and the "extra spicy" is never much spiciness at all, so don't worry. It just adds flavor. If folks try it, let me know how it works out.

Do Not Be Afraid To Come To This Establishment if you do not understand the menu- I told the host my food restrictions, no dairy, or eggs, and HONEY! What they brought out hit all the spots, the food was delicious, service was outstanding, establishment was beautiful, even the bathroom was nice and smelled really good, and they were so attentive!

Food is really good and service is pretty fast. You can have some really good North Indian food here. However i would say it’s not a place where you could sit peacefully for dinner as it gets very noisy to even talk over the table. Food portion is good too. Chicken tandoor-5/5 Shrimp tandoor-4/5( only bcz tail were burned) Chicken 69-3/5(chicken was chewy) Chicken curry with garlic naan-4/5 Mutton biryani-5/5 Chicken biryani-5/5 Veg kadai-3/5(too oily) Veg hakka noodles-4/5 Drinks were ok as well.

Panda House’s Food is Amazing! Our favorite is the Shrimp Mei Fun. I just took the top off & as you can see they are very Generous with their Shrimp! The Fried Cheese Wantons are Sooooo Yummy! And their Homemade Egg rolls are absolutely Delish! If you’re looking for a Great Chinese place that offers all Fresh Food, Reasonably Priced & doesn’t Skimp...Panda House is the Way to Go!

Easy to order online and very friendly service. I really wanted to like the food but sadly it was not very good. The roasted pork used in the lo- mein and the flavor was nice but the noodles themselves were very overcooked. Sweet and sour chicken was decent and white rice was good. General Tso Chicken tasted like baking soda, and was stringy. Pork fried rice was lacking flavor and was dried out. Cheese wonton were on the chewy side instead of crisp.

Hibachi Grill & Supreme Buffet 0

Same Buffett style everywhere. Friendly staff, table could be cleaned a bit better. Attentive staff taking away our plates from the table. Had some of my fav clams. Limited sushi rolls selection though. Had more ice cream selection than I expected. The salad section was very sad. Fruits section had a decent amount of choices. Price so affordable.

If you're in the Edison, South Plainfield, or Piscataway area and searching for an affordable, no-frills Asian buffet experience, Hibachi Grill and Supreme Buffet is worth a visit. Located conveniently near the ShopRite on Oak Tree Road, this buffet offers a wide variety of Asian dishes with a particular focus on Chinese cuisine. Upon entering, you'll notice the space is a bit congested, especially during peak hours. The popularity of the buffet often leads to a crowded environment, which can feel overwhelming at times. However, if you're willing to overlook the cramped setting, you'll find a diverse selection of dishes that cater to a range of tastes. The buffet spread is extensive, featuring a variety of soups, appetizers, and entrees. You'll find staple Chinese dishes alongside other Asian-inspired options, with plenty of chicken, beef, seafood, and vegetarian choices. The quality of the food is what you might expect from a budget buffet—satisfying but not exceptional. One of the highlights of Hibachi Grill and Supreme Buffet is the live Hibachi station. Here, you can customize your meal by selecting from a variety of meats, including chicken, beef, shrimp, goat, and even crab. You can also add vegetables, eggs, and noodles to your plate. The chef prepares your selections on the spot, using your choice of sauces and spices. It's a fun, interactive experience that adds a fresh element to the buffet. The dessert section is typical of what you'd find at similar buffets, with options like cakes, cookies, and ice cream. While the dessert variety isn't vast, it provides a sweet ending to your meal. As for the dining experience, the ambiance is functional but far from luxurious. The seating can feel a bit cramped, and the overall decor is basic. You might find some of the utensils and cups to be less than ideal, with plastic cups being a common sight. However, these minor inconveniences are balanced by the buffet's affordability. Prices vary between lunch and dinner, with the dinner menu offering a slightly more extensive selection. Overall, Hibachi Grill and Supreme Buffet provides good value for money, making it a popular choice for those looking for a budget-friendly dining option in the Edison area. If you're not expecting fine dining and are simply looking for a place to satisfy your craving for a wide variety of Asian dishes, this buffet delivers.

Food was good. Not too high on sodium. It was a bit weird, wondering if they allow dine in since there's table. But the way they are seems like its only to go food.

Good food made & served by good people. We ordered the shrimp w/ broccoli off the healthy menu, and chicken with Chinese veggies (pics). Great place if you're hungry late @ night like we were. Thank you for being open late!
