If I could give more stars, I would! Hands down, my favorite Leeann Chins restaurant! The employees are genuine and detailed in explanation of food choices, the lobby/eating area is always clean and tidy, and I have never had to wait for food to be prepped as they are always stocked with fresh food selections! I go here often, and will never go elsewhere for this food. Thank you for making my experience amazing every time I visit!!!! 💜

Kylie and Pader provided great and friendly service today. They made sure I had fresh noodles and gave samples for entrees I hadn’t tried yet. I appreciate their stellar customer service and will be returning!

TLDR - food gets 2 stars service was great, but unfortunately I don't think I can say the same about any of the items I ordered today, for my first time trying this place. - pork fried dumplings - super doughy, not sure if this is how they always make them or if I got a bad batch , but not good -pork fried rice, nothing special, it seems like the almost use some kind of cheap yellow rice or something, I don't know but not great quality -hot spicy beef, not great, definitely not spicy whatsoever. it wasn't bad, just not much effort, could tell it was just slap together hardly even chopped the veggies not sure I'd order here from again. I'll amend review if I have updates had the egg drop soup as well and some cream cheese wontons, honestly I probably won't finish anything that I ordered and probably would not order anything from here again

Food was decently priced and pretty good! It was well salted, but a lot of the other flavors were more subtle. The crab rangoons were not what I usually enjoy as an avid crab rangoon enjoyer.. they tasted much more bell peppery (idk if they had them just what I tasted) than sweet. They did give us really good portions though, and the rangoons came with a huge cup of sauce. So overall a solid local spot, just a little different than what I’m used to!

DoorDash order. But I loved the food, so I'll probably visit locally too. The food was spicy; I didn't even have to ask for spicy, which is fantastic. I love the bag that came with it. Not sure if it's standard, but I thought it was cool.

Super tasty and affordable too!!! Quiet, clean, friendly staff . I got beef egg foo young, fried dumplings, lo mein, general tsp chicken, rice and 2 pops for $50 😋 very tasty i WILL be coming more often :)

Good experience here today on a Saturday holiday evening. There were only a few guests in the store but while we were waiting for our Lemon Chicken many more guests came in. Service was very good but we had to wait about 10 minutes for our second order of Lemon Chicken. Restaurant dining room was clean. Friendly employees too. Serviced by Rylee.

Don't use the app unless you are at least 10 minutes away. They will not make food until it prints, and it won't print for 10-15 minutes. Been coming here periodically for many years, this is a recent development. Food is great, location is great, but not as fast food.

Saw the bad reviews and decided to give it a try but never again! Wanted to give one star but gave two as good was ok, the portions are small an an extra dish is $6 very expensive but the worst of all is the curt service when I was there I distinctly said take away and the lady replied your chicken wings are over there twice!!! I was corrected it should be take out is there a major difference! It’s like they are doing you a favour by serving you !!

Leeann Chin is located in the Nicollet Mall City Center on the 2nd floor amongst other fast food choices. It’s a chain in MN, ND & SD similar to Panda Express. Food is ok and typical for a quick bite plus an alternative to salads and burgers. Service is fast and served in takeout containers. I ordered the Thai Coconut Curry Chicken with brown rice and a side of garlic soy green beans. Other items all looked too saucy and I really wanted something a little more healthy. It was what I expected in a meal. They did give a decent amount of chicken pieces in the entree.

They had the bbq pork buns I was looking for. I had never seen a food delivery robot before, I was pleased! The sweet buns with egg custard were also delicious! I had a great time and with good service. The dumpling soup however tasted like soap to us :/ I’ll be coming back! but not for the soup

Food was too expensive for what ingredients were used. The dumplings were torn and spilling out of their wrappers and they weren't even seasoned properly. The food was so disappointing. We got scallion pancakes which were $12. Damn it hurts paying that much for food that doesn't even have any meat and with tiny portion sizes.

Fantastic food at a great price. Weekday lunch buffet is delicious. Smaller buffet with less options than your average buffet but every single dish is delicious and fresh. Sweet and sour chicken is some of the best I've ever had and the egg rolls are a must have.

Love the people working there. Friendly and efficient. Great food, I enjoy getting it when I can. Great price for the food.

Great food. The Beef Szechuan Style that I had was really good. Liked the spiciness it had in it. The place is decently convenient, as it is along the route 6 bus which is every 30 minutes, but it will be served soon by the E Line which will be more frequent, which will be good and will make it easier to get to this restaurant

Food pretty good. I like the flavors. Got Beef chow fun, chicken fried rice, fried dumplings and chicken subgum chow mein. The color of the chicken in the chow mein was shockingly white not sure what they do to achieve this color. It was scary to see at first I did not even know what it was. It’s as white as paper…. Makes me wonder what and why??? 🤨

Well lighted, clean eating area. Server was extremely friendly. Food was freshly prepared and certainly you get plenty of it. Restroom was clean, only observation was the floor was a bit sticky, they need to train the cleaner to change the mop water more frequently. Overall excellent place for bite to eat for lunch. Will certainly stop by again next time shopping in Eden Prairie Mn.

Updated 1/2024: I ordered cashew chicken again, but this time through a delivery company. It arrived with no cashews in it, not one. I called to express my frustration and asked how does that happen? I was told by a manager that sometimes they just don’t put it in it, then he actually asked, “Is that a big deal?” Of course, it’s a big deal. It doesn’t taste the same without the cashews. If I ordered beef and broccoli, but there was no broccoli, that would be an issue, right? I got cashew chicken and there was only four small/medium pieces of chicken that I had to cut up just so I can get chicken in most of my bites and there was only five pieces of cashew. I asked if there were any cashews in it already and she didn’t answer me, just sprinkled on a tablespoon of them over the food bar container. I assumed she was scooping them back up in my order. There must have been almost a whole red pepper and 3 stalks of celery in it. It’s pretty frustrating when you have to stop at a grocery store to buy cashews to add to your dinner.

No refills on fountain drinks. Automatic 1 star from a very famous local guide.

Good place for fooding chinees food. Quick and delicious flavor of panda chain . Here I found a new dish sweet and sour chicken with pineapple. I loved it.

They got my order wrong. When asked to fix it, they wouldn't. Paid for a 2 item meal and only had 1/2 if it. I'm not coming back to this location, nor will I recommend it.

Husband and I both each ordered a 2 item combo and were not impressed. We both didn't finish our food. Beef and Broccoli was soggy and gross. My orange chicken was the better of our 4 entrees, but overall food quality was poor.

They’ve significantly reduced the portion size while increasing the price. There is no point in ordering a noodle bowl, it’s for a small child. There is very little value here, many other restaurants can offer more for less. One or two other people during lunch hour? This place is going to close in the near future.

The website is terrible. Twice now I have attempted to use a reward online (not in the app) and neither time has it been applied to the charges. Additionally, they never delivered my food one time and I had to call and get a credit after about 15 minutes on the phone. C'mon man.
