I have passed this place so many times and tonight I decided I want to try a new place. This food was AMAZING!!!! It is so well seasoned, cooked, and most importantly delicious. For the portion I got (which was pretty big) was definitely worth the price ($11). It doesn’t seem too busy which is sad because this place is well deserving of the food they make and deserves all of the hype!!!! PLEASE consider coming here next time you want something quick for yourself, a gathering, etc. Great place.

The only legit Chinese BBQ place in central Michigan. Ask for their BBQ/skewer menu. I recommend their lamb skewers and Northeast-style dumplings. They serve slowly. Be sure to call to order at least half an hour before you arrive.

Disgusting, rude, scammers, If you’re trying to feed your dog, come come to this place, If you’re looking for human food, just skip this establishment. Also pay attention to your total when I was here. They charge me an extra seven bucks. I mentioned it to the cashier and she said oh sorry and took it off my bill. I will never return here again food was disgusting and gross. It went straight in the garbage. My dog wouldn’t even look at it.

ALRIGHT, so me and my friend rolled up here lookin for a good meal. We ordered fried rice and honey chicken. After we were done, our tummy's hurt a bit. So we tried to walk it off but the food ended up walking US OFF. We tried to walk to some other stores, but our tummy's still hurt like heck. So we sat down and decided to look at the reviews. EXUSE ME?!? THEYRE ALL 1 STAR REVIEWS! like wat..... You should def go here tho, foods pretty good. Just not the side effects.

Never had such a terrible experience at any location. Absolutely ridiculous. First, my two year old daughter almost fell through the table on the booth because the table top wasn't even bolted to the frame! Our food took a half-hour for dine in. They had no straws, Silverware, Ketchup, or Napkins for the guests, and the proceeded to get our order wrong several times, including being out of Mac and cheese. Only two employees had a hat or a hair net, and there was no manager in sight. One employee even managed to take 2 bathroom breaks in the 30 minutes we waited for our food, which is surprising given that the urinal in the men's room was out of order, and they only had bar soap to wash your hands. I should have realized when there was a sign by the counter for the district manager with a direct number if you weren't satisfied. Promising to make it right before you leave. Promise broken, never heard a reply. Avoid this location at all costs.

I work hard for my money!!! This restaurant has poor quality of food, and poor customer services. When you place your orders, you get all the wrong food, cold food and food be missing from your orders. This restaurant is quick to charge your card for items that are sold out, but fail to communicate with customers regarding their order. When you call the restaurant to speak to management there's no one there to answer the phone and the voicemail always full !!!!! Stay away from this restaurant. # Rip Off place!!!!!!!

The complete crooks. They do not write anything specific to pricing on entrees and they charged me for a 2 entree dish 18$ When I went back to check on the price the server shouted back at me that you were harassing me and threatened to call the cops on me. She even said if you talk to me more I'll put you in jail. Do not go to this place and do not give them any business they should be on the streets begging for money.

I’ve been a regular customer at this restaurant for quite some time, often coming at least once a week. However, my recent experience was beyond disappointing. I was greeted by a staff member who was not only rude but also extremely unprofessional. She charged me before allowing me to choose my food, which I found odd, and then she gave me the wrong order. When I pointed out the mistake, she seemed frustrated and insisted that I pay an additional $12 to correct it. When I refused, she dropped the price to $1.95 but still refused to provide a refund. When I asked to speak to a manager, she claimed to be the manager herself and told me that she doesn’t do refunds. This was by far the worst customer service I have encountered, and it is completely unacceptable. As someone who works at this mall and who typically receives positive feedback, I am shocked by the treatment I received today. I will not be returning to this establishment, and I strongly urge the management to address this issue and reevaluate the staff’s conduct.

The one star is for being open so late. Though I regret not starving and waiting until the next day.to find literally anywhere else. Paid to be upgraded to beef fried rice. wasn't done. almond gravy is just brown clumps of... something. burned the almond chicken. all sauces flavorless. just terrible

Food is disgusting went here yesterday around 11:30pm soon as I got home called they close at 12am no answer call today to be told I can’t get a refund or replacement order. Plus my orange chicken can’t be chicken or has to be old cause it was grey and I had lots of pieces of fried bread balls also! Horrible service horrible experience. Chicken was soft no crunch and same with my egg roll!

We ordered the Szechuan beef and Singapore noodles and they were really good and fresh! Probably the best Chinese in the area. Egg drop soup was just okay but I've definitely had worse. I've seen a lot of bad reviews on this place and I'm curious to try it again in the future to see if it's still as good as today. I'll update appropriately. Update: The second time we got food there it was a complete 180. The quality of the food is not consistent unfortunately and the chicken fried rice tasted of old oil. Would not come back again.

Food was nasty. Sweet and sour chicken came with rock hard, overcooked chicken and sauce that tasted like soap. No veggies or pineapple. Almond chicken came with no almonds and the gravy was so slimy it didn’t even stick to the chicken. Fried rice was burned and there was literally no other taste. It was all just bland constancy. This place used to be good. The inside looks like they already packed up and moved away. Not sure how they’re even in business. Gross.

So. The owner/older gentleman that was working today definitely needs a day off. Actually he didn't speak at all, and wasn't unpleasant just didn't smile and was void of all emotion. I ordered a two entree plate. Fried rice still had alot of plain rice throughout. (Wasn't mixed) and the chi Ken with mushrooms offered me three pieces of chicken,one mushroom, and 9 pieces of broccoli lol. The sweet and sour chicken is good. Oh the the crab Rangoons did not have any crab. My guess is price.. but they were 1.50 each.

i have been getting lotus express for years! every single time i’m at woodland mall, it’s a go to lunch or dinner for me. always very good food. always quick, even with a big line! very good portions and fair prices.

This place is great never had a bad meal from here.

It was different. It's mostly set up for take out. With seating accommodations. I messed up and ordered the wrong number, my fault completely. Food was good. Good presentation. Food temperature was Hot! I prefer not taking the order to go. I dined there. Adequate parking. Clean. I won't hesitate to go there again.

One of our regular place to go. Food is great and great staff too! They deserved the award they've been getting. They have the best crab Rangoon and sesame balls. Too many good food to list down here but most of the time, our go to are the pork fried rice and stir fried egg plant with minced pork. The braised pork in clay pot is a good one too. I always order the sesame balls to go too 😊

Very delicious Chinese cuisine. This restaurant is tucked away in the Plaza near Wedel Nursery. They opened in the fall of 2023 and we're thankful they did. This is a great location, and the food is amazing. The crab ragons are huge! Stuffed well and very crunchy - so are the egg rolls. The lunch entrees are very large and delicious. We'll definitely be returning here soon.

Best Chinese food in southeast Michigan. They are very nice and give good portions. Love there, Wonton Soup. They are the only one that use chicken as their meat. My family loves this place, they are very clean as well.

It’s not high end by any chance but the food is really good. The owners are so nice and always have a smile on their faces. It’s kind of expensive but I don’t mind. the honey walnut shrimp is my fave! it’s so much better than panda express!!
