Take my word for it and RUN! If I could give this place less than 1 star I would! This is absolutely THEE WORST Chinese takeout spot I’ve ever tried and will end up throwing away everything, that’s how bad the food is. Wasted $31 on all this to not even eat it, save your money and time, don’t say I didn’t warn you! You can’t even really tell the sesame chicken is just that because it barely has seeds and the general tso was just as bad. Egg roll, noodles, rangoons, all terrible!

We tried a new spot for Asian food. Atmosphere is good the service is pretty good. The food is ok. We will definitely try it again to be fair.

I order 4 wings with shrimp fried rice. The wings were good. They only put 4 shrimp in ton of rice. Next time I only get wings.

I give it a 3star because for the price is little bit of rice for $12 bucks & The small fries is $1.50 but is not even enough for 2 ppl basically they playing ppl in my Opinion. Picture below smh 🤦🏻‍♀️

Great food. I had never ate spare ribs with black beans and decided to give it a try since I wanted spare ribs. Was not disappointed with the spare ribs. I have a new personal favorite and will definently order again. The pepper steak is also delicious. Meat is nice and tender and the flavor was spectacular. Egg rolls are also great. Although the size of the egg roll was a bit disappointing.

I've been coming to Chin Chin for 23 years. If you asked me for the best Chinese food in town, I would send you to the Farm Pond Lane location without hesitation. Recently, they changed management and EVERYTHING went downhill. All the food is different, in a bad way. It's not gross, but it's not good either. If that weren't enough, today, they messed up my delivery order after confirming they would get it right. I had to go out in the rain and get my proper order. I politely asked for some sort of accommodation for my troubles, and the manager politely explained that she couldn't. So, here we are. My honest review of this location is that the food is bad, the customer service is not accommodating, and the manager, while nice, will not accept responsibility for her team's mistakes. I'll never go there again.

My grand daughters had Fried rice noodles orange chicken and spring rolls and my granddaughters thought this place was fantastic My wife ate there and said the food was lukewarm. She had the orange chicken and fried rice. She ended up throwing it out. A split decision on this one.

This place is okay, nothing over. 👍👍👍⭐⭐⭐ The options are very little unfortunately, can really use some addition. The price is also expensive for what you getting. The picture of chickens and noodles was for $11 something. Which is really high for the amount and options. 💵💵💵💵💵 Comparing it to the one in Concord, those are much better. Can use improvement.

First class restaurant will definitely be coming back in the future. If you want hot fresh hibachi style bourbon chicken or orange chicken with hot noodles come check this place out. This hands down was one of my favorite meals at the food court in a long while!

Pei Wei Asian Restaurant inside of SouthPark mall has some delicious items on there menu. I chose to get the sesame and orange chicken with white rice. Good food for a great price. They give you your money's worth.

I like this place a lot. I usually going during lunch. My food is always made hot and fresh. Customer service is usually good as well. Bourbon chicken is my go to. I’m not into all of the other dishes but this place usually does it for me. I don’t like the Chinese in Charlotte but Chopsticks is good.

I came to Google to write a review and was in disbelief at how many 1 stars this place had. I’m new to the Charlotte area and have been looking for a good Chinese spot, I’ve ordered here twice so far & the food was amazing each time. The workers are polite & efficient.

I ordered from Cherry House last night from GrubHub. It was the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. who would think that yellow rice was plain rice I was expecting white rice number one it was very un appetizing to see this yellow mess on my plate. The food was not flavored well at all I had two different dishes, and they both tasted the same. I called the management, and he just started yelling at me, and I finally hung up. I wanted to try a new restaurant. Unfortunately I did not look up. The previous reviews will never make this mistake again.

Worst food ever. Doesn't taste like general tsos, doesn't look like it. The fried rice tastes like white rice with food coloring. The egg rolls were soggy and cold on the inside and freshly hot on the inside like they cooked them earlier but dropped them in oil to reheat them. None of it is worth the price

Update: I guess someone resented my review because I ordered chicken lo mein, my regular pepper steak and wings but I got over-salted wings and wet rice that smelled! No comment about the lo mein. Anyone that taints my food won't get me back there. *************************************** The place needs a bit of cleaning in the customer service area; otherwise, try going or ordering ahead. They are super busy! My favorite order is their pepper steak with veggie fried rice and an order of chicken wings. Yum!

The food at this Chinese restaurant is the Worst Chinese food I have ever experienced! I am very wary of the 'chicken; here and would like somebody to test it. The fried rice I have never seen anything like it. The large soup was disgusting gel like substance. I know Chinese food and frequent a local Chinese restaurant where we dine regularly. The food is tasty and actually very good. I will Never go back to China rest near West Meck high school! People should be aware!!
