Got a few dishes for takeout and they were wonderful! String beans were cooked to perfection. The spare ribs were most and delicious.

Love this place. I have been ordering here for over 4 years. They are always fast on delivering and their food delicious. I recommend it to everyone.

Love love love the food here! We’ve tried several local places since moving to Weymouth a year an ago and they were disappointing, then we found Quans. What a game changer. We’ve tried loads of different things on the menu and all of it is yummy. Good price for the quality and serving sizes. Staff are friendly every time we go in. It’s pickup or delivery only so the parking never looks busy. Super easy to order online. Can’t recommend enough!

For me, it's one of the best Chinese Food take-out in the area. The overall here is a very tasty food, with a very big portion and make you feel your money is worth it. 10/10

The people here are very friendly and the food is pretty good too, definitely recommend coming here

1st timers, ordered take out, late afternoon on New Year's Eve. Wanted 2 combo plates and an appetizer but they weren't doing combos on NYE. Crab rangoons were a joke. Nothing but a ball of cream cheese, no other flavor or any visible specs of "crab", onion, or seasoning. General's chicken was so mushy it was gross even though they barely had sauce on them. Boneless ribs were dry and again, no sticky sauce or anything, just dry, dry, dry. Chicken fingers were oily. Beef with green peppers were average. Rice was, well, rice. They didn't give and soy or duck sauce and no fortune cookies. Went in thinking we were going to spend about $40 and left spending almost $90 after an hour wait and food sucked. We will stick to driving to Sharon, MA, there's a couple of places there that are much better.

This was my second time here and it’s the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. All of the food was good and well seasoned. I’ve never had crispy general Taos chicken it’s usually soggy everywhere I go but these were so good. Soup dumplings are unreal and our waitress was a sweetheart. I wish I didn’t live so far

Do yourself a big favour! Don’t enter this place if you like good food! I’ve never had such terrible Chinese food my whole life! The seafood fried rice was tasteless, and I found three little chewy shrimp and some cheap frozen calamari. The main course pork should have been called “main course, no meat, lots of fat only!” Service was like the food, terrible and the prices outrageous for the garbage food! I came to this place because I was hungry, and all the other places were packed. But I truly don’t understand why these terrible, so-called restaurants, with crappy food and service, always seem to survive! I wish I could give 0 stars because they don’t deserve more than that! And really, I’m not here to put restaurants to the ground, and if you read my other posts, it’s almost all 5-star ratings and great reviews. This dirty and terrible place should be avoided at all costs unless you want to torture yourself!

Pretty good hand pulled noodles for around $12. Big portion. Biang biang noodles. Very saucy though bit watery so doesn’t stick to noodles too well grab a spoon. The flavor is at the bottom of the bowl. There is cucumber meat bean sprouts egg. Etc. seating in the food court

I ordered their braised mala chicken for delivery and look at what they gave me. 🤢 It was COLD! They couldn’t even cut it up for me or put it in better packaging? I had to laugh because what the hell? I’ve had cold mala chicken before and it was never served to me in this way.

Huge chinese restaurant with tons of tables for big parties and an event space. There was a wedding going on when we were here! The drinks were good, I got the scorpion bowl. The food came out fast. We got the chicken lo mein, crab Rangoon, general tzos chicken, and dim sum dumplings. Our server was friendly and attentive. Good experience!

My wife and I picked up our daughter from the airport early, like 7:30am. Her red-eye flight made her hungry and she wanted dim sum. This place opens at 8 am! (1 of only 2 places serving dim sum) It was fabulous! We took our time with some of the traditional pieces of sui Mai and harguo. Chicken feet came out super hot and tender. You can see the steam from our pork buns. It was 18degrees out and having this with our hot green team warmed us nicely. We were, literally, the first one to sit and eat. Others started to trickle in and we noticed that they were ALL Asian, which is always a great sign. I wish I took some pictures but I was too hungry. BTW, the pictures I took were from Lunar New year 2025'

Run! The food is bland, with no flavor. All the different chicken dishes taste the same. There was no line, yet the server rushed my husband and me to make a choice. There were no napkins, only what came with the plastic utensils in a bag. The soda from the fountain also had no taste. What a big disappointment!

The food is great, especially the BarBQ chicken. The samples they give are super small though. One of the staff seemed in a horrible mood and you can visibly see. If they were in a better mood I'd definitely rate higher but they cheap on the samples and they seem like they don't want the job.

Uber eats. Food was great both times and portions sizes large. Prices reasonable compared to other similar Chinese restaurants. The shredded pork and pepper dish was spicier than I expected which I love but might be too much for some. Edit: forgot to mention I'm Chinese so my evaluation is based on Chinese taste. The spices needed for actual Chinese food costs more. Unsure if those expecting american-chinese would enjoy or not Pork ribs in brown sauce Ginger scallion chicken Fried pork with hot pepper Beef noodle soup Fragrant chicken Mongolian beef

This Chinese restaurant is a must-visit—not just for the amazing food but for the incredibly handsome waiter who served us! He was not only charming but also attentive and professional, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The dishes were authentic and packed with flavor, and the ambiance was cozy yet elegant. Great food and great service—what more could you ask for? Highly recommend!

Expectations were not that high to begin with but I was working in the area. I ordered orange chicken and chicken jalapeños. Hot and sour soup. The orange chicken had no chicken it was all breading. I went through four pieces of this mystery product before I said something. The answer I got was that there was no chicken in the orange chicken and they have been making this dish for ten years and everyone loves it. No chicken in the orange chicken. What! The soup lacked flavor.

I wish I could give zero stars First time ordering here and I will not be coming back. You should not advertise orange chicken or sesame chicken if it does not actually contain meat. This is a joke, to think I was getting chicken and find out it bread 😡😡 you got me messed up

I had the sesame chicken. The flavor was good not overly hot, but there was a whole lot of breading more than chicken. The tea tasted very perfume like. It was also not very good. The rice was very dried out and parts of it was hard either not cooked or sitting too long. I did not have that go to service sadness fear is not appealing. I definitely don’t think I would be coming back.

I've been a customer of PG for several years. Mostly Carry out orders. Ordered Carry out of their Chicken & Snow Peas and was extremely disappointed in the proportion of chicken to snow peas. There was an abundance of snow peas and a few small slivers of chicken. What a rip! Was looking for an Asian restaurant when I found PG. Will be looking to replace them.

I've never had an issue with their service. The food they serve is always amazing. I moved to the complex units across from the restaurant and my wife and I did not know what to expect the first time we tried them. It has become one of our favorite spots and even though we no longer live in the area, we sometimes go out of our way to eat in this place or take out food. Absolutely recommended.

I've been coming to this place for years. I loved it until recently. I've gotten really bad rice twice. I returned the first time and got a replacement. You could tell the difference. Sour smelling rice probably from staying out for too long. The other thing is the rude male server. Super stingy with the serving size. No problem with the female server. She's been the best since i was a kid. It sucks to lose my favorite Chinese food place.

I visited as a tourist and even though they were close to closing our server welcomed us in. He was very kind and suggested items from the menu. Our food came out hot and had lots of flavor. They did not rush us and let us enjoy our dinner. I had a positive experience here and was probably one of the most welcoming restaurants we visited during our trip to San Fransico.

I typically refrain from leaving negative reviews, but after my recent experience, I feel compelled to share my concerns in hopes that others can avoid the same treatment I endured. Unfortunately, my experience with the service at this establishment was deeply disappointing. The servers were not only unprofessional but also dismissive and condescending. When an order was forgotten, instead of taking responsibility, the staff accused me of lying and attempting to get "free food." I found this accusation both shocking and uncalled for, and it significantly impacted my perception of the restaurant. As someone who values the local community, I would not want tourists or visitors to have their experience in Chinatown marred by such negative interactions. There are many wonderful dining options in the area that offer both excellent food and respectful customer service. I would strongly encourage others to explore those alternatives. Given my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. It’s unfortunate that a place with so much potential has such a poor approach to customer service. I hope this feedback helps others make an informed decision.
