Chung Sing
food was excellent we were a party of 4 we all order different combo meals which included egg roll, choice of soup, entree and desert which was a verity flavors of ice cream while we waited for our meals we had hot tea and fried noodles with duck sauce for dipping overall it was a great experience
Nice, clean, friendly, and food was better then average. Prices were fair for portion sizes. They serve hot tea with your water as soon as you sit, nice touch! Only 2 small issues, 1 of the egg rolls were soaked in oil, other was fine, and 1 beef stick was tough, fatty and hard to chew, but other was delicious. Shrimp w/lobster sauce was delicious! Will definitely visit here again.
Panda House
Delivery was courteous and quick. The sushi was good and fairly priced.
I’ve been eating at this place for a while. It’s pretty good standard Chinese food oh and the sushi is always good. The reason I’m writing this review is because of their delivery driver. An older gentleman came to my door with a smile very friendly. After he handed me the bag he extended his hand for a hand shake and said happy new year. You don't see that type of kindness/friendliness every day. Give panda house a try good people work there
Pink Lotus Restaurant
I never take the time to give restaurant reviews, but wanted to do this for Pink Lotus. I have eaten at numerous Chinese restaurants over the years and in different states across the U.S., and this is by far one of the BEST. The food is so flavorful, clean, and VERY tasty. The dishes have just the right amount of sauce, are non-greasy, and of very high quality. Truly, the food is outstanding here, and you will enjoy it very much. They also provide brown rice as an option (no extra fee) which is fantastic. Other restaurants charge for brown rice. This restaurant is also very clean. Maria is such a wonderful, nice, and pleasant person and is so friendly and gracious to customers. We are so very pleased that we found this restaurant. If you like excellent, high quality and tasty Chinese food, please come and eat here - you won't be disappointed. By the way, I have no relationship to anyone in this restaurant.....just providing an honest review!!!
I wanted to try a different place for Chinese food and this location came up with pretty good ratings so I took a trip in the pouring rain to place an order for pick up. Upon arrival, I notice the place was very well kept and the lady behind the desk was very welcoming. I had ordered shrimp with mixed vegetables which came with a small side of white rice. They were very accommodating upon request of two hot oil as most places seem to charge for them now, they leave their duck sauce and sour sauce packets out for grabs by the way which is cool. Upon opening my meal, I realized they use quite a bit of different added vegetables than most places like cauliflower and string beans which I didn’t mind as I like vegetables however I realized the brown sauce wasn’t as favorable as most places and the shrimp was hard to chew into, it was also pretty hard to slice into and one or two of them had a funny smell. At the price of $18.99 as they only offer one size I was expecting something much better as most places at the price point I have tried will offer more of a higher quality. I definitely was not impressed. I’m tempted to try another meal due to the great reviews but I’m not certain. I will update my review if I do give it another shot but for now I give it a 3.

Wow Cafe
If you're in New Jersey and craving authentic Chinese flavors, this restaurant is a must-visit. They bring the taste of China right to your table with dishes like the **Stir-Fried Beef Hot Pot** and the **Braised Delicacies Pot**. These dishes are packed with rich flavors and textures that will give you a true taste of traditional Chinese cuisine. **Stir-Fried Beef Hot Pot**: This dish is made with tender slices of beef, cooked with bean curd sticks, black wood ear mushrooms, and a hint of chili pepper. The beef is juicy and flavorful, while the bean curd and mushrooms add a satisfying, unique texture. The slight spiciness from the chili gives the dish an extra kick, making each bite a perfect balance of flavors. **Braised Delicacies Pot**: This one is for those who want to explore deeper flavors. The pot includes braised pork trotters, chicken feet, and pork intestines, all simmered to perfection. Each piece is infused with rich, aromatic spices, making the meat tender and full of flavor. The pork trotters and chicken feet are melt-in-your-mouth soft, offering a savory and slightly gelatinous texture that's popular in Chinese cuisine. These dishes are a true representation of Chinese comfort food, bringing warmth and nostalgia with every bite. If you're looking to experience authentic Chinese flavors in New Jersey, these dishes will give you a delicious introduction to the depth and variety of Chinese cooking. Don’t miss out!
We are very happy to find a Hong Kong style cafe in New Jersey! The bake pork chop with cheese is delicious. The Hong Kong Style tea with milk is authentic and delicious. The milky cream French toast is superb and must have! We will definitely come back again.
No.1 Chinese
WOW Best Chinese takeaway we’ve all had EVER. So tasty and good portions!!! House special lo mein, pork lo mein, beef with oyster sauce, boneless spare ribs, triple delight hunan style, general tso chicken, and wonton soup. Absolutely amazing!!
Fantastic place! We always order from here. They always make sure to make the broccoli extra soft for us. They often throw in an extra soup or egg roll for us for free too. super nice and friendly people. today we had to get food for a party on short notice (original plan didn’t work out) and they made us 6 trays of food in an hour and a half!! Great pricing for all of it too. Gave us the egg rolls and sweet and sour chicken for free.
Spice 24
Spice 24 has been a staple in my household for the past 7 years. The food was always 10/10 prior to the renovations. After the renovations, I recently went to the location and the ambience has definitely improved. However, the dry pot bowl is not what it used to be. We ordered the black bean sauce - which barely had any black beans and was lacking flavor. The food was oilier and has lost its charm of being flavorful and saucy/spicy. Not sure if the chef has changed but please bring the old spice back. We will still be going for a few more times, hoping that our feedback is received.
If you’re a fan of mala, spice 24 is the place to go! I’ve been here several times and I always get the mala dry pot and leaves a nice numbing feeling on your tongue. It’s super easy to order if you want to customize your dish and I’ve never had trouble getting seated right away. You also get a small discount if you pay in cash. I find that the portion size is pretty big and I always have leftovers to bring home!
Wu's Shanghai Dumpling(Edison) 上海小笼
Disappointed in what this restaurant changed compared to pre-COVID times. It used to be one of my family’s favorite restaurants with quality fresh handmade dishes but as many others noted, it has become a like fast food takeout place. Extremely disappointed that the soup dumplings came out with the skin open and soup all spilled both times that I came in the past week. This was immediately after they were delivered to us at the restaurant. The taste is not the same either- they taste very gummy as if they are all steamed directly from being frozen. For comparison, I uploaded photos of what they used to be- they used to be amazing but not anymore. Some of the other dishes are still okay, but I’ll definitely be visiting less frequently. Come here only if you want fast food quality food. Even if you want to dine in, everything now comes in disposable containers which is very wasteful and not eco-friendly.
So the service is non-existent. You order your food from a kiosk machine. And then sit down and wait for your number to be called. The soup dumplings were not bad. The noodles were pretty good, but the spicy chicken was a cold dish. I did not know, and I did not eat it. Overall, it was a good experience and not expensive.
Jade Dynasty
I ordered the sweet and sour chicken and the fried dumplings. The chicken was dry and stale and the dumplings were over oily. I don't recommend this place as it was drastically overpriced as well. You're better off spending your money literally anywhere but here
The worst egg roll ever had, and the house Lo mein was 6 shrimp and no other meats in it. No chicken beef or pork don't waste your hard earned money on this place. This use to be an awesome place to eat. Just close the doors.
Mala Town Edison自选麻辣烫
A wonderful place to eat with friends and family! So delicious and the staff are so nice! They helped me save me money and I am so happy with the quality of the food and the pricing! I highly recommend! You can get a lot of good food for a great price! I will definitely be coming back! The staff are just the best too! Helped me and my friends save money and they are so kind. Definitely makes this place even better!!
amazingggg, i love how you can choose how much of everything you want so everything is personalized. and usually i never end up paying more than $20 so its also super affordable and very worth the price 🙏🙏 i always get the classic bone broth mild and i make my sauce spicy so i can adjust how much spice i have in each bite 😊 i always leave super full and very satisfied!!
