The restaurant was nice and clean, you can watch them prepare the food. The chicken was fried hard nice and crispy fresh out the grease. I asked for fried rice instead they use yellow rice which wasn’t bad. But I prefer fried rice at a Chinese restaurant. Overall the food was ok nice and hot.

Their Chinese food is horrible 😫. I ordered shrimp fried rice, House special lo mein and, Egg foo young. The food was absolutely rushed. The rice didn't taste fried at all. It actually tasted like Diet rice. Smh it was just the worst Chinese food I have ever had in my life. I wouldn't recommend this place to no one. 🤮.

Ordered delivery. The food is very good. I was Baltimore for a conference and ordered from here twice. I recommend the Szechuan chicken platter and the donuts. It’s hard to beat a deep fried sugar donut. The wonton wrappers in the soup were a little under cooked, but the broth was good. The curry isn’t spicy, a little disappointing but the chicken was cooked well.

Used to go to this spot often during the '90s & early 2000's..they're still okay. I had the General Tso's platter; the chicken & egg roll was good, fried rice tasted funny & only had two pieces of brocoli. They need Ms. Irene back!!!

The food is delicious. The portions are really good. The owner is welcoming and nice and ethically ( because they put enough food so you can have the rest for another meal) unlike some other restaurant that put a little food which is not enough for the money the customers pay nor can fill even a kid. We should support ethical resturant more such as China City.

Food is terrible and not worth the price. Their establishment is dirty and I’m sure the kitchen is even worse. Very rude staff. Do not eat here even if you’re starving to death.

If I could give no stars I would. I usually enjoy the food from this establishment, but in light of my most recent experience, I won't be ordering from them again. I would advise others in the area to order from Eastern Panda instead. I ordered food through Grubhub with explicit instructions to call my cell upon arrival. Their delivery driver gave our food to the wrong house and when I called to have my food sent back out I was told I would have to pay for it again. These shady business practices should not be tolerated by anyone.

We waited an hour and forty minutes for an order tonight when the original time was supposed to be 45 minutes. After it had been an hour I called the restaurant. A man answered and told me the food would be "only a few more minutes " he didn't even ask what my order was or my name before he started saying that then quickly hung up the phone. 20 minutes went by and I called back. The lady said they were very busy and I asked again where my food was that it had been an hour and 20 minutes. This time she did ask me what my address was and then she said he'd be there in a couple minutes, then said, were very busy about 5 times and hung up. The driver showed up 20 minutes later and called my phone and said he was outside and I said no your not I'm outside and again he said I'm outside and I look up and there's a car pulling up and I said I can see you just pulling up and he said oh I see you and hung up and ran to the door. The shrimp toast was soggy and the egg rolls were cold. There were very few shrimp in my shrimp lo mein. Kind of a disappointing experience all around.

There is always an issue when calling and when its time to deliver the food and sign the receipt for card information. The driver always scratches over the card for the receipt. Which is unusual for anyone to scratch over peoples credit or debit cards. The individuals that take your order on the phone both male and female have an attitude with you while trying to place the order and rush you to order. They also try to change the prices on you. I would strongly not recommend ordering from here. The food isn't an issue but the service is pitiful.

The food was very fresh and good. I will definitely return. This was my 3rd visit and every time it was a great experience

I usually go to panda express with my daughter and typically we share the biggie plate. One staple and three entrees. We get healthy greens, rice, Beijing beef and orange chicken. We also get one order of spring rolls. If everything is fresh it can’t be beat if they have been sitting under heating lamp it’s something else.

The food is absolutely amazing when the best employees are working. I stop by at least 3 times a week and purchase my dinner. I only go in when the professional, courteous and welcoming staff are on Shift!! Lady at cashier was super rude, had no class nor common sense.. over charged me around 35 for combination fried rice and beef and broccoli (lunch special)& refused to show me my receipt

Bought a whole Steak and Cheese with fries today. It was pretty good ! Even the fries were nice. I'm sure I'll be back to purchase it all again. I only gave 3 stars for the atmosphere...not because of the carryout or service people , but the clientele that came in. I would dare say , 1/2 of the people coming in , were from the "project mentality" crowd. Kind of gave the decent carryout a bad name...as most times they do , do . Just nasty ATTITUDE type of people. Other than that, everything was great.

Just okay food. Gen Tsos was dry and had too much water for flavor. Chicken not completely edible.

This carry-on place must pick and choose what days they want to do. Uber eats orders. I have picked up many Uber eats orders, DoorDash, and even other delivery food app orders, and done it before. I came in today and the lady tells me we are not accepting Uber eats orders just because with no exact reason. Very unprofessional and I just do not like the environment.

Amazing food, staff are nice and it was an amazing portion size! People in the review section are lying! This food is probably the best I've had in a while and the flavor is immaculate, me and my family will definitely be coming back

I love authentic diverse cuisine and want it to be healthy but I also like junk food. While this food isn't authentic or super healthy, it's not junk food either. It's Americanized food court Chinese food of a medium quality but it's fine and quick and I support this business model. And the employees were nice to my kids and me.

The first time I let it slide. This is the second time I’ve come to this location they are out of food. No black pepper chicken, no teriyaki chicken, no beef and broccoli. Half the menu just unavailable. It’s unacceptable. Today I arrived at 9, and wanted to order for two people. They close at 10. There is no reason you should be turning customers away a hour before closing because you don’t want to make more food. Nor should I be forced to choose between dried up meats left over because you don’t want to cook more food. It’s horrible customer service, and turning away paying customers.

Food was delicious, hot, tasty and served extremely fast. The soda was also chilled just right. The cashier was attentive and served with a warm greeting.

The food was good with me but the workers weren’t. I went there recently and I asked for a little bit more chicken cause the worker with dyed blond hair gave me five pieces. Though she didn’t give me any more there was an Indian guy working with glasses who was very kind to give me a bit more. Shout out to him. But the girl with blond hair with glasses just stood there and rolled her eyes. I felt so uncomfortable cause I felt bad a bit bit welp. Definitely will not be going back cause of her and how she made me feel.

I like Panda Express frankly, so I'm a bit biased. But this one was timely as well as efficient. Decent food, and employees were good, I'd come again.

Love this place because I get to be around heroes and patriots that are active duty, retired, guard, and reserves. The food is good and there is plenty of seating. Convenient because NEX, NFCU, and refill pharmacy are all here. The only minor complaint I have is whenever the manager is serving food he is very stingy with the portions.
