The first time that I ate there the food was ok the next time I went the food was not good. I was going to try it again and it was a big water bug or cock roach that ran up under the freezer.

My husband suggested this place for dinner and said it was the best Chinese for around, highly disappointed. We ordered crab Rangoon which was probably the best part of our meal, we also got shrimp fried rice which was also good, however our main dishes were not good at all. We ordered beef and broccoli and orange chicken. The beef didn’t looked cooked and had no flavor, the chicken was not how Orange chicken usually is, it was not crispy and the sauce was a bit watery and just not good overall. Do not recommend unless you only want fried rice and crab Rangoon.

Paid almost 30$ for a small soup and pad Thai. The quality of food doesn’t justify the value.

We were a little hesitant to visit this place but were craving badly for Thai food; we weren’t disappointed at all. Every order was absolutely amazing and tasty. The server was very friendly to us and also helped in deciding our orders and adjusting it according to our preferences. The spice level was just perfect and the taste was overall very good.

Got bubble tea and pork with broccoli. The bubble tea tasted like dish water and rubber bands, enough pork that I could technically not call it vegetarian but mostly a $10 bowl of broccoli. Will not be going back.

Ordered take out online, food was hot and ready on time. Got chicken and onions with curry, pork lomein and fried dumplings. Chicken was decent, basically chicken snow peas but with some curry powder and onions mixed in. Dumplings were more deep fried than pan fried which was ok and lomein was quite good.

Use to go to as a young woman working at Bank of America downtown Norfolk. Lost their great tasting food. Use to be a great experience. My shrimp egg foo young had a refrigeriedator taste, fried rice was horrible. Should of listed to the DON'T GO THERE!

I do not ever put 1 star usually on the food unless it is something that does not match the description of the order, food had very bad taste or poor presentation. ( In my case it was a take out). Today I tried for the first time Golden Fortune Restaurant . I live in Norfolk for 25 years and never been to this place before. It was my misfortune to stop by the Golden Fortune ))) First of all I expected my order to match the description to the menu. It was not right at all and it was made with different ingredients . The food (35$) ended up in the garbage 😔. Kung Pao Chicken at first is made with red peppers, chille peppers 🌶 ,peanuts and scallions and might sometimes have bamboo shoots. But here was not the case. Chicken taste like boiled chicken, there were mushrooms ,bamboo shoots and peanuts. The meal was made with brown sauce as most of the Chinese food in US is made. I also change the rice to fried rice wich is my favorite instead of steam rice. No taste , very blend and had frozen peas as some of them still not cooked . I included the pictures of the food i got and the pictures of the food item as described. You be the judge of it . As for the customer service i can't complain. The lady in front was a resl sweetheart. We go to the restaurant for the high quality food that tastes good and a smile of the personal is an addition. I do not recommend this place and I personally will never buy from them again .

I've been eating here since they were in the Richardson food court when I worked downtown in the late 90s. I didn't realize they had a new location and recently came back. The food is great. Today I ordered an item off the lunch menu which wasn't available on the steam table and they made it fresh for me. I'm not gonna lie, it was definitely better. This is great food I would recommend to anybody. The egg roll was great today. I'm not sure why everybody is having problems with the cashier, she has always been polite to me without me being overly friendly, and I've been in the store when other people are there and I've never observed anything bad from her.

Strange interpretation of sesame chicken. Online menu not accurate with prices or quantity.

The dips were great BUT the chips have a nasty after taste. The oil needs to be changed asap. There needs to be an expiration date on the oil! Don’t mess this up at a taco joint where chips are basically served to everyone

Great options from tacos, to nachos, to street corn. The apps all looked great and it was hard to choose one. Vegan tacos available (potatoes, pictured) They were good, especially with the various sauces on the table. There's a pan of personal nachos and a full size pan. We got the personal and could split it between two of us. The prices are a little high for 1 taco. Wish the chips and salsa were complimentary for the high price of everything. Edit to Add: The waitress was working the whole patio at lunch time and she was phenomenal. She did not skip a beat and was super nice.

This was my second time here and it’s the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. All of the food was good and well seasoned. I’ve never had crispy general Taos chicken it’s usually soggy everywhere I go but these were so good. Soup dumplings are unreal and our waitress was a sweetheart. I wish I didn’t live so far

Do yourself a big favour! Don’t enter this place if you like good food! I’ve never had such terrible Chinese food my whole life! The seafood fried rice was tasteless, and I found three little chewy shrimp and some cheap frozen calamari. The main course pork should have been called “main course, no meat, lots of fat only!” Service was like the food, terrible and the prices outrageous for the garbage food! I came to this place because I was hungry, and all the other places were packed. But I truly don’t understand why these terrible, so-called restaurants, with crappy food and service, always seem to survive! I wish I could give 0 stars because they don’t deserve more than that! And really, I’m not here to put restaurants to the ground, and if you read my other posts, it’s almost all 5-star ratings and great reviews. This dirty and terrible place should be avoided at all costs unless you want to torture yourself!

Pretty good hand pulled noodles for around $12. Big portion. Biang biang noodles. Very saucy though bit watery so doesn’t stick to noodles too well grab a spoon. The flavor is at the bottom of the bowl. There is cucumber meat bean sprouts egg. Etc. seating in the food court

I ordered their braised mala chicken for delivery and look at what they gave me. 🤢 It was COLD! They couldn’t even cut it up for me or put it in better packaging? I had to laugh because what the hell? I’ve had cold mala chicken before and it was never served to me in this way.

I had high expectations but unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming. While the concept is great—hand-pulled noodles made fresh—the execution left a lot to be desired. We ordered four of the beef Szechuan noodles. The sauce was one-dimensional, with an overwhelming amount of oil but little depth of flavor. Instead of a rich, complex spice, all we got was heat with no balance. The dumplings were a major disappointment. Instead of a balanced, flavorful bite, they were completely overpowered by an overwhelming amount of red wine vinegar. The acidity drowned out any potential depth in the filling, making it nearly impossible to taste anything else. Rather than enhancing the dish, the vinegar turned what should have been a delicate, savory experience into a one-note, overly sour mess.

Okay, so I really wanted to love this place because I'm a huge fan of hand-pulled noodles. However, as a Chinese person who's had a lot of hand-pulled noodles in her life, maybe my expectations are too high for a place like Culver City. Don't get me wrong. I think overall for people who have never had Chinese hand-pulled noodles before, this is a GREAT introduction to it. I highly recommend still trying these out. However, I got the Dry Spicy Cumin Beef and I do have some critiques for the dish. First of all, I felt like there could have been more flavor to the dish. Second of all, the texture of the noodles felt a little too soft and they kind of stuck together. Dare I say... it's not as bouncy as the other hand-pulled noodles I tried? Finally, for the price of $18, I expected a bigger portion size I was expecting more noodles in that bowl. I think comparatively speaking if anyone has ever had Very Fresh Noodles at Chelsea Market in New York, I think Very Fresh Noodles by far has better texture and portion size. Don't let this review deter you though! I do think TikTok tends to overhype certain restaurants. I just want to set the right expectations. I would still highly recommend trying out this place for yourself if you are curious about hand-pulled noodles.

3.5 on taste alone but bumped up to 4 because I appreciate the convenience and decent priced availability T's Thai offers. As alluded to above, I didn't think the food was rave worthy (not to say that it was bad though). I ordered my usuals - pad Thai, pad see ew, and (red) curry. All tasted pretty good and better to have in the area than not in my opinion. I only did delivery, so cannot speak for the service or the ambiance.

Great restaurant for Santa Monica I’ve eaten here 10 times over the last 10 years. Their food isn’t too expensive given that everything in Santa Monica is outrageous. It’s hot and freshly cooked. They have lunch specials for about $14 highly recommend.

This is by far the best Chinese food I’ve had in Syracuse. 10/10 rave reviews. Would recommend the eggplant and garlic sauce and the cold noodles. They also were able to make meatless options. 🔥🔥

Incredibly authentic dishes with absolute freshest ingredients. We highly recommend the eggplant in garlic sauce, spicy beef noodle soup (spicy with chewy noodles), Mapo tofu (spicy) and sliced beef in pepper sauce. Recommend going for the authentic side of the menu, versus the American-Chinese style dishes. However we did try the sesame chicken and it was crispy and well seasoned, not soggy and over-sweet, better than all takeout places! Everything comes with a large bowl of rice. Super affordable and ginormous portions. Will come here again and again!

You can enjoy a hearty and flavorful Chinese meal on Amtrak. You can choose between rice or noodles, along with a selection of proteins and vegetables, all at a relatively affordable price. It’s a good option for Chinese fast food while traveling!

Literally serving cold food don't bother. Cold rice cold shrimp cold vegetables the whole damn plate cold not even lukewarm. Stay away. I was in a rush don't be like me. If this plate was free I'd return it. I ate two pieces of shrimp out of the picture.
