JING Las Vegas
We went here for a couple's night out on my birthday. We absolutely loved the food. The short red dumplings were life-changing. I've told all my friends about them and then keep telling me they don't want to hear anymore. We also got the fried rice which was a bit tame but what we expected it was delicious nonetheless. The servers were extremely attentive and I don't think an empty plate ever lasted more than about 14 seconds on her table. The same went for an empty cup. Service was prompt as well and there was no rush to get out which is always nice. The settlemention of a birthday at the time of our reservation was enough to ensure that I was recognized on our arrival as well, despite my protests to my SO beforehand. The drink selections were unique and well crafted and those that we tried were also delicious. If you had asked me beforehand if I thought I'd love to combination of honey garlic chicken and mac and cheese I probably would have said no but having the two dishes side by side at my table brought with it and enjoyable journey of culinary delights. I found myself navigating our table to try different morsels at every bite. Nonetheless The incredible lighting around the bar and cozy sitting at our cocktail booths made for an incredibly enjoyable evening.
We had a really nice time here. We came to the special brunch that's once a month. The atmosphere was fantastic. The service was fantastic. The food was okay. They were good ideas but some things were served cold etc.
Golden China(Buffalo)
First time to order for pickup, it is nice to have a full dinner ready in 10 mins. We enjoyed our meal and will try their other dishes in a near future.
Their lunch special can't be beat! I got orange chicken with chow mein and for under $11. Food alone is more like 3 stars but I added another star for its great value. Placed order on their website and the food was ready in about 15 min. Will go back!
Krazy Buffet
I didn’t follow my instinct seeing a 4.0 review rating which told me that this place sucks but I was very hungry. The pictures of the menu showed it at $13.99 that went up to $14.99 and does not include a drink, which is another almost two dollars. This is probably the worst Chinese or any buffet for that matter I’ve ever been to this makes Southpoint and Village pub pricing around $15-$17 a steel for the quality that you’re going to get compared to this place. As part Asian myself, I expected poor service because typically mainland China people are very suppressed types not very service oriented, especially with the western or American style of service that we come to expect wasn’t too surprised. The food was awful. Nothing was good it’s just salty oily, but I expected it and I got exactly what I thought I would and it cost me about $20.
This was a very nice experience. They had most of my favorite Chinese foods and more. I really enjoyed the stir fry(s), especially the stir fry eggplant. I would definitely come back. It's so affordable, too. We just paid $33.00 for 2 people, including drinks (tip excluded). They have salad, appetizers, main dishes, soups, sushi, fruits, and deserts. There is really a lot to choose from.
Pho Sing Sing
Possibly the best Vietnamese food in Vegas. Authentic, great taste and fresh ingredients. Take it from me, I reside in Singapore and i visit various parts of Vietnam for work. This place is as legit as it gets.
Pho broth was stellar. One of the best I’ve ever had. Chicken wings were mediocre at best. Daughter ordered a mango smoothie and said it was the 2nd best she’s ever had.
Gourmet Wok Chinese Food
Very homely place, family run. Everyone was very friendly. The food portions way bigger than I expected. The prices are very reasonable. Nice date spot! Had their veggie fried rice, and orange chicken. My partner had Mongolian beef with white rice. Freshly made but not the temperature of lava. The flavors were amazing on everything we got. The Thai tea is super good too!
Absolutely loved this place! The food was incredibly authentic—especially the twice cooked pork. You can really taste the care and tradition in every dish. Friendly staff, cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend for real Chinese cuisine! Best in Reno!
China a go go
After exploring the stunning landscapes of Red Rock Canyon, we decided to stop by this restaurant for a meal, and it did not disappoint. The food here is both delicious and authentically prepared, making it a fantastic spot for anyone seeking high-quality Chinese cuisine. One standout dish we tried was the Taiwanese Rice Noodles. It perfectly captured the essence of authentic Taiwanese flavors, with the right balance of texture and seasoning. If you’re in the area and craving genuine Chinese or Taiwanese dishes, this place is definitely worth a visit.
Highly recommend. Food is always delicious and fresh. You can tell they use good ingredients, specially the vegetables and the flavor is authentic. Good prices too with daily lunch specials. Service is fast, friendly and accommodating. They always take my additional requests with a friendly smile.
Pei Wei Asian Kitchen
Great food. Lots of flavor. Portions are good. We love eating here. If you want restaurant food but fast food speed, this is the place. Only thing I don't like are the spring rolls. Something about them they are ok but not great.
Clifton was so nice and sweet! He's absolutely made my day better with his great customer service! He greeted me as soon as I walked in while he was taking care of other customers. This was my first time here. The food was great! They do a good job with presentation and portion sizes. Thanks everyone!
Food Express Chinese Restaurant
We were warmly greeted, I believe owners were having lunch at the time of my arrival, 4pm. The service was quick and friendly. Food was on point. At times did feel like a burden when asking for things, but all in all service about a 4 out of 5. Prob better for takeout. 3 people ate with 2 plates or orders. Total was $40 with 2 sodas and a tip. I definitely said wow a few times when eating.
Chicken was cooked perfectly and flavorful. Paid a dollar for a side of steamed rice since it doesn’t come with the entree, but the rice wasn’t necessary with the large portion of protein that was big enough to share with another person and still have leftovers. Crab rangoon wasn’t greasy and had a bright hint of citrus. Atmosphere was calm. Place was clean. Worker was attentive and kind. Only downside was that the water had an odd flavor, but five stars for everything else. Edit: ONE STAR. Visited during the lunch special timeframe, and all the entrees seem to be sandbagged—meaning it’s all cooked ahead of time for a presumed rush hour that never hits. Everything is just reheated when an order is placed. Everything was chewy and dry. Not made to order. Not returning again, and don’t recommend the place to anyone. When the owner was informed, he pretended like the food is always the same, even when advised that the protein was tender and cooked perfectly on another visit. Not worth the time for money. Plenty of other good food around.
Panda Express
The cooking at this panda is a bit off. We got the premium beef. The portion is extremely small and the beef is chewy and that’s not what I call premium. The beef and broccoli is so so as the beef is stale taste. It’s like it has been frozen for a long time but the broccoli is quite good. The portion of rice and noodles are very small. The noodles are also tasteless. I will not return.
I love this location is always clean and food is always fresh made with friendly staff, this location is smaller than many others but this one is different with better vibes!!
Chow Mein House
The only place open Thanksgiving night near me. Ordered the spicy eggplant with pork, very savory and flavorful. The Hong Kong pan fried noodle with beef was kinda sad. Recieved a round noodle and poured the sauce ontop. Looked good but lacked flavor. Interior is clean and bright. I say check them out give em shot.
Oh wow everything was excellent today. from the food to the service. They were able to accommodate my small group for lunch. The staff is polite and it was very clean. The restrooms were clean incase you have to visit while you are there. My Mother and I both had the Mongolian beef without the hot peppers. The presentation was pleasing and the choices of sides that come with it were unbelievably good. I would also say check out the Chow Mein House.
P.F. Chang's
I came in for a nice lunch and I ordered a few things on the menu…. The restaurant was virtually empty so I was seated right away and my waitress name was Amber. She was great and I’m in love with the ambience of this restaurant. Just start out I had the veggies spring roll… to be honest it was very lackluster. It was not fried very crisp and I was not a huge fan of the dipping sauce. Next we’ll talk about the dynamite shrimp… I was under the impression it would be crisp on the outside, and the sauce would just coat the tempura shrimp. Another disappointment because the tempura is very soggy. Maybe it’s just me and I’m just a huge texture person and I’m just expecting things to be crispy when these restaurants can’t deliver at my expectation level. Now I will say, I was very pleased with the Mongolian beef, no complaints!!!
Paula is the best bartender!!! I wish that I could give her more than 5 stars! We were celebrating a special occasion and she really helped to create a memorable experience. Beth, Tara and Cesar were amazing as well! We will definitely be back to see them and to have more yummy food/cocktails! 💕
Straight Up Cafe
Best Hawaiian food in Vegas. All the classic and genuine Hawaiian poké. I've yet to find an item I liked and the specials are always fun. On top of that the family vibe is over the top and they make the food fresh to order like family would. I'm glad a regular here
Their meat is amazing! One of the best, and I've been to a lot of Hawaiian food places. They also give you your food in microwave safe containers that you get to take home! The staff is so kind and they make sure that you are served well and have everything you need. Overall great place. The kimchi is a bit lighter than Korean kimchi but still really great, especially with the kalua pork. Also this will feed me for like 3 days haha. The picture with the closed lid is after I ate Hhaha
