Well let’s start out saying I’ve been eating here for over 20 years,Until Covid. It was Always a great place To dine for food. They have only been open for delivery only since the Covid era. After recently hearing they opened the in dining back up we were Excited to get back to what It was. But…. Unfortunately you have to order from a kiosk as you walk in the door. If you choose to dine in you seat yourself. You get your own drink and plasticware. Then they serve your soup in a plastic dish with a lid and your food in a plastic togo box. Very disappointing. It’s basically ordering take out and eating it in their house.

The interior was clean and beautifully decorated, the food was delicious, the waitress was very friendly and sweet, and they have an adorable cat robot deliver your food. 10/10 experience, would absolutely recommend! My brother and I both had the Kung Pao triple delight. I only wish I could have afforded a bigger tip!

My husband and I used to eat here years ago and we loved it but boy has the quality of the food gone down hill since we moved away ten years ago. The wontons in the wonton soup were very undercooked and gummy and were pretty much inedible. The lettuce wraps had absolutely no flavor and I had to practically drown it soy sauce just so I could force it down.

When I called on Mother's Day, they said it would be a 45 mi but when we arrived 5 mins later, it was a 20 min wait. I assume they said that to discourage people from comming. Apparently there are 2 kinds of menus, the dim sum menu is what we were given, which only has pucs and the name of the dish, no ingredients or descriptors. No other option until we asked. And at that rate, the menu was slightly unclear, but not un-navagable. The waitress just seemed very annoyed, and just kept repeating "dim sum" when I asked what that is 3 or 4 times. Food was good tho

Schezuan chicken is a weird spicy tomato sauce. Not very good. Wonton soup is heavily soy sauce based. Not terrible. Fried wontons where great!

Came here for dinner, and it wasn't what I expected. I thought it was going to be a typical restaurant, but it was one of those order first at the counter and sit down. Everything is togo style, but the food was pretty good and had no complaints.

I'm not impressed even for Cleburne. The spicy options weren't spicy, the steak was too bland, some of the vegies seemed to be frozen. I heard good things about this place, and the first time i went they said they only accept cash so i thought... man this place must be really good. it was okay, but missed the mark for us.

Our food here is always very good. Service is great, and we're always on our way in a very short time.

I do eat here fairly regularly, but only because it's more edible than Texas Teriyaki and they give you enough food to be worth the price. That's all there is to say about this place, though. My biggest gripe is that they use the same sauce for all the sweet chicken. The difference? For example, sesame chicken will have sesame seeds and general tso's is kinda spicy. If you can get around the fact that you won't be getting good Asian food here (or anywhere else nearby), and just treat it like cheap and decently tasty "fuel", then you'll do just fine here. But don't come here expecting better than the leftovers you have in the fridge. I just come here when there are no leftovers and am too hangry to cook something.

I don't understand the high ratings at all. This place is absolutely disgusting. We ordered 70 dollars in food tonight and the only thing that got eaten was the chicken on a stick. And even that was grisly, burnt, and flavorless. My 13 y/o son ate the chicken. The shrimp was OLD and was not cleaned before breading and frying. Poop in the shrimp. One bite and the whole order went into the trash. Lo mein was watery, overcooked, mushy, and also flavorless. Fried rice was crunchy and had an old grease taste with a funky chemical aftertaste. It was also burnt and clumped all together. The Orange chicken, I can't even find the words to describe how gross it was. I took one bite of it and it caused me to dry heave. Even the fried biscuits were awful. They were burnt and tasted like straight up old grease with sugar on it. I have nothing against the restaurant personally and I hate leaving bad reviews but this was the worst food I think I have ever gotten from a restaurant. Literally threw 70 dollars into the trashcan.

Great Cantonese style Chinese food with lots of veg options on the menu. I definitely recommend the Ants on a Tree noodle dish, and the Chinese Curry as main dishes. The Vegan Delights soup is also pretty good. The appetizers are really good too - Eggplant Pockets are great to share, the Tofu and Awesome Sauce is delicious, the Lettuce Wraps and Tempura are also great. The dumplings are also good, if not the most unique thing on the menu. They also have bubble teas, a couple flavors can be made without dairy. I very much miss their original 39th Street location, I think it was the better more central location with far more character and I'm sad that they chose to close it instead of the expansion location. The service is still good and reasonably friendly, although they have gotten a little more bureaucratic and a little less friendly about how they handle guests. They have always been slightly on the expensive side, but the quality has also always been very good. A favorite restaurant in the area.

We visited at lunch time during the week. The server was very kind and helpful with recommendations. We ordered the dragonwell pot of tea, basil chicken in lettuce wrap, chicken pan fried dumpings & Chinese style pot roast. The food was delicious with very large portions!

This is what Chinese restaurants used to be, before all the chains. Really good, authentic tasting, traditional food. Don't be turned off by.lack of people. Anyone who tries it will like it. Did I mention it's also a great value? Give them a try I want them to succeed.

Really good , filling meals in this little cafeteria-style restaurant. Food came quickly and was hot and tasty. They do a lot of take out! So the place was not busy inside and so wonderfully quiet! No tv. No music. I loved it.

I’ve been anxious to try Rakar, and tonight I finally got to enjoy their delicious food! I used to travel to China often, and I think their food is very authentic. They even have some dishes that I have never found stateside! Everything was amazing, it all tasted fresh and reminded me of my friend’s mother’s homemade dumplings. The beef pan fried dumplings and the pork soup dumplings were my favorite. The cucumber salad was the perfect complement to the dumplings, and the fried mantou buns for dessert sealed the deal.

Looks like Rakar Dumpling house is celebrating their two years anniversary this weekend with 50% discount on any dumplings and also giving a complimentary pork soup dumplings per person. Talking about ambiance, this place is so well designed with a lot of plants, antiques, rock carvings etc., with a lot of natural light. Tables can easily hold anywhere from a group of 2 to max. 8-10 folks. We ordered a lot of food in the kiosk and all the food has been served one by one within 5-10 minutes. Everything was delicious & served hot with a lot of flavors :-) + Lamb dumplings 4.5/5 + Pork/Beef dumplings 4/5 + Pork soup dumplings 4.5/5 + Fried Steamed Buns 4/5 Service has been top notch today. One of the staffs welcomed us at the door when entering & explained the deal of the day and complimentary food items. That was actually nice and helpful!

Went to order takeout and it was quick and easy. I think waiting took about 10 minutes so not bad. Taste was alright. Very clean restaurant and the containers were sturdy. The bag was also thick, not the really thin paper bag. Overall, great place. Good value as well, picture below was $18.

First time ordering from here, normally order from China Dragon on Countyline road but they are closed on Mondays. Heard good things about this place but disappointed. I get sweet n sour chicken with plain lo mein. The lo mein was literally just plain spaghetti noodles with a splash of sauce. The portions are smaller than China dragon for the same price roughly. The other two meal I ordered were the same. I ll just wait to Tuesday before reordering from here

Not only is the taste of the food amazing, but the serving portions are great too. Jenny used to have a business in our hometown but we actually went looking for her because we loved the food so much. This visit did not disappoint 👏

Ordered through DoorDash. 4.5⭐️ Surprisingly good. I didn’t order a lot as this was the first time to try their food. A little pricey for the serving size. But other than that, as an asian myself, their food weren’t bad.

I got egg fried rice which was like the perfect combination of sauces so it wasn't bland, and some wonton soup which was also super good. They wait wasn't horrible and everything was really fresh I definitely recommend. Staff was super nice too.

This is my & my partner's favorite spot for Chinese food. We always get the dinner combos - such great pricing and one always comes with enough food for two meals. The food is soo good, comes out quickly, and service is friendly & welcoming. Amazing local spot, if you live nearby then it should definitely be your go-to!

This is a nice Chinese food place with good food and good service. It is in a small shopping center and the building itself is fairly small. There's only a couple of tables for sitting at. When I came in, the staff took my order right away and they were friendly. The food was done fairly quickly and it was a good portion. I got the house fried rice and it was flavorful.

The other day, when I stopped by Franklin for a lovely luncheon with my golf buddies, I decided to stop by Long River. The service was excellent, and I was frank(lin)ly blown away by the quality of the food here. The orange chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy, and the flavors simply danced on my tongue in a nice symphony—or perhaps more like a waltz? Either way, it paired well with the house lo mein that we split, and I would recommend this shop to any of my old buddies. Huzzah!
