China Koon

Under new management. The interior has been revamped and more welcoming. We enjoyed their crab ragoons and chicken udon noodles, the chicken was under the noodles in the photo but also had bean sprouts and onions in it. We usually buy the sweet and sour chicken meals but wanted to change things up today. Always very good!

We ordered take out. 6 adults, a little bit of everything. First off the food was tremendous. The Crab Rangoon egg rolls BbQ ribs. All so great. Shrimp Fried Rice Thai chicken. All great. Couldn’t try the rest. So full. And the price is great. Enough food for 6 plus thirds and left overs. All for under a $100. Including all the driver delivery fees.

The food is amazing and always quality, yes the combo plates could use a little more beef with the pepper steak but it'd still so so good! The flavor, the quality, is amazing. The young woman who rings me up is always polite, friendly and professional. The atmosphere is ok, it's a mostly carry out place but it's the same as most, though very very clean. I will continue to order from them as long as it remains such good quality!

This is my first time visiting this location and my meal was not as expected from the reviews. When I took a bite of my vegetable egg roll...it was like tasting a spoonful of salt. I hadn't had moo goo gai pan in years, but I decided to try something different than my usual General Tso's chicken. I didn't remember the chicken and vegetable mixture in the moo goo gai pan being so slimy. I was very disappointed. It had too much salt also unless I was still tasting the salt from the egg roll. I might try their General Tso's next time I am on that side of town. (I believe in 2nd chances) especially since they were so friendly. Hopefully, it will be better than the meal I had today.

Foo Noodle Bar Restaurant

The old menu was the best. Not sure what happened the spicy shrimp noodle soup was 🔥 but they no longer make it sad.

After a splendid performance at the Venue, we decided to try Foo Noodle Bar at the Horseshoe Casino. Despite the bustling casino environment, we were pleasantly surprised to be seated immediately upon arrival. The restaurant was clean and modest, setting a comfortable atmosphere for a relaxed meal. The menu, though not extensive, offered a decent selection of dishes. I tried the beef and noodles along with pork egg rolls, while other members of my party sampled a variety of dishes. The food was pleasant and reasonably priced, although not exceptional or gourmet. The service was commendable, with our orders taken and delivered promptly. However, there was some confusion as different staff members were taking drink and food orders, requiring us to repeat our orders. Despite this minor hiccup, the overall service was quite efficient. Considering the convenient location within the casino and the decent quality of food, Foo Noodle Bar offers a satisfactory dining experience. It's a practical choice for a quick, uncomplicated meal after enjoying the casino's entertainment options.

This is the most awful meal I’ve ever had. The wait staff is surly and abrupt, the food was way overpriced for what you got. One meal was chicken with rice. The chicken was cold and had been hacked up into pieces with a cleaver bones and all. The pho broth was watery and tasteless, the vegetables had all been dumped in before it came to the table and was heavy on the red onion with very little sliced beef. Another meal was shrimp with vegetables and the vegetables were mostly red and green pepper chunks with a few shrimp. There are very few tables in a small venue and we were seated at a counter which made it difficult to have a conversation. When the food arrived it was plopped down willy nilly and we had to sort out which plate belonged to whom. Please, please don’t eat here. They deserve to go out of business.
