Ordered delivery, only to never get my food because "we're not open today". Employee rudely answered the phone with just a "hello" then proceeded to give me an attitude like his incompetence was somehow my fault. I'll be there later today to check his attitude in person.

Someone in the kitchen literally just made a random plate that is nothing like what I ordered. Put in the order an hour ahead of time too btw before closing, they coulda just let me know so I cancel.

Great Wall, Great Wall, Great Wall, you truly are great. Each time I come here and trust me I’ve been upwards of 6 times, I am just so pleased. Crispy chicken, general Tsos, sugar donuts, mmm mmm egg drop soup. You the bomb Great Wall, keep on doing what you doing.

Very appreciative for being open Thanksgiving when I am stuck in a hotel with 3 small children and limited options for dinner. Mongolian chicken was fresh and amazing, kids devoured teriyaki chicken and shrimp lo mein. Fried rice was just ehh and fortune cookies were stale. Will definitely check them out when back in the area.

An honest review is that depending on the time you choose to come, most all buffets serve fresh food but if you prefer the freshest you can get learn to come at lunch and dinner when it's the busiest....why? ...because that's when the food turns over more and it will be hot, fresh, warm, cold, not melted whatever descriptive word you'd like to use. The bathrooms were clean, the floors were clean and the workers wipe down around food often, for spills. The line to get on went quickly, they are efficient when necessary. Give it a try at least during a busy time if you really question teh food quality.

I didn't know this place existed before today, and I am now a very happy man. They sat 4 of us, and after drinks and tax the total was just under $58. I have no complaints whatsoever, and will definitely be coming back. I really can't stress enough how good everything is, and they have an impressive selection. I ate so much off the first round I forgot about the sushi and hibachi in the back, so if those are your thing, don't be distracted. Stay the course! I know some of the food isn't shown and the angles are a bit off, but I did my best to avoid getting anyone in frame.

Order shrimp fried rice with added vegetables, and 1/2 of crab rangoon...it was great! Hot, fresh, and friendly service. I ordered it to go, but next time I will stay and enjoy the awesome buffet!

Very disappointing. Hostess, waitress, cook - none understood or spoke English well enough to answer questions about which dishes had garlic or onions. Bathroom appeared clean but hallway was filthy. Very little flavor in Chinese dishes.

I feel like this Panda is going downhill...I don't work to far from this one so it's nice to come to this one when I take my lunch whenever I want it. However, a day like today, really makes me wish that I didn't get it. The portion for a bigger plate when I paid $15, and some change is NOT worth it at all. Also, my honey sesame chicken was more vegetables and almost all mainly veggies underneath everything. Also, I paid an extra $1.25 just to get one side of honey walnut shrimp that was practically only halfway full, which again is annoying because I am paying that "premium" price for it. I went through the drive thru (which is also what I try to avoid, but I had just gone to the eye doctor and was getting ready to head back to work. So, the food was very mediocre. Oh, and also, chop the onion chunks up a little more...I had some big pieces in there it was SO STRONG and way to much in one bite. Let's also not forget that it was cold by the time I made it 5 mins down the street, I can def understand it getting luke warm, but this just showed me that the food had been sitting. ADDED REVIEW SINCE: I came here mid-November because my husband wanted Panda for dinner after I got off work. I drive all the way to Elkhart every day for work and live on the west side of South Bend and this one is the most convenient location on my way home if my husband is wanting it like he did this day. The steak that had been in the container was down to the last bit and the lady that took care of me was going to give me that but I had asked her if she could please give me fresh that would be coming up because I had a 40 min drive home and dried out steak and that drive would have made it to where my husband wouldn't have wanted to eat his meal, so I asked her to please do fresh on that only. Everything else looked fine. Well, when I had asked her that she kind of gave me a stank eye so I explained that I sort of have a long drive home and that I would really prefer to have something not super dried out by the time I got home. When they got done cashing me out someone else was trying to fill the container to complete my order with the old stuff which I had to kindly explain to them that I specifically asked for fresh on just that to make sure it was good when I got home. That worker kind of just shrugged and walked away. Finally, the fresh came up and I had to make sure I watched this worker because she was putting the old with the new and I wanted to make sure that they didn't give me the old stuff still because that is just what Panda usually does when they move the old with the new. Either way I just want to add that this location is still not doing well and still has a lot of work that needs done. I hope that the management will read these reviews and start fixing things that can easily be fixed. Also remind their workers that you don't have to say anything to someone, but your face can always show how annoyed or upset you are at them for anything the customer may have done. And it's especially upsetting from customer standpoint when I treated each and every one of them with respect and was very nice to them.

The couple of male employees who assisted this time were fast and friendly. They have struggled with good help. Hopefully, they retain the good ones. The food was decent, although several items were empty. Good portion size.

Every time I get food from here there’s always an issue. I order via the Panda Express App. I get a notification telling me the order is ready. I go to pickup the order and it’s not even started. They print the order out and scan it complete to keep their averages down. The typical wait after I finally flag someone down is 15-20 more mins. On most occasions I have to wait for more food to be made to fill my order. Lots of ants and no queen. People looking like they’re working but no direction or plan to get customers served. If you don’t kind standing and waiting for food, go ahead and try. Also every time I pickup my order I open it up to review the contents and !EVERY! Time I’m missing items. If you order online make sure to check your order.

Service was sufficient, atmosphere was good/ normal for Panda Express. My food had a some small bit of extremely spicy contaminate that caused burns in my mouth. However I understand it was just a fluke and these things happen. Overall, one of the better locations I have visited. Although I believe may take a brief hiatus from this food chain.

Been here a few times before was okay and tasted good. Today was my last time giving this place a chance. Food was like warm, no flavor, dry rice, I don't think my dogs would have ate the food, people sitting behind us informed the waitress their food was cold only to be asked if they wanted it microwaved, eww. All their food tasted microwaved an then set out on the buffet Don't waste your money!!

Great buffet. The bourbon chicken and spicy chicken are both very good. Other items are better than average. Most Chinese buffets have the same generic dishes. This one has some options that are different and better.

I love this place! It has many different options you can choose from. Everytime I have went the food has always been fresh. The staff is really friendly and always filling up your drinks. The price isn't too bad considering it's a buffet and is cheaper than the others located around me. The peanut butter chicken is my favorite at this location! The seafood donut is also very good. They are always filling up the food and keeping it fresh. The weekends are busy especially right when they open. If you choose to go later in the day it is still fresh! The place is clean including the bathrooms. I am a frequent visitor of this location and have not had any issues. This restaurant is good to bring children as well! They have mac & cheese, onion rings, chicken nuggets, fish and many more options for kids to choose from! Stop by and give it a try if you haven't already!

This place is honestly disgusting. I went a couple two days ago and now I have food poisoning. Not surprised with how dirty and unsanitary this place is. If they keep the buffet and atmosphere as dirty as they keep the kitchen that we can’t see, I wouldn’t even want to know. Never coming back

This location is usually packed but worth the wait.The honey walnut shrimp is my favorite add on menu item and I will always pay extra for it! The crab Rangoon's here are very good and filled! I am not really a fan of their rice however. It doesn't seem like it has much taste whenever I get it. They give you a decent amount of food but local small business Chinese restaurants give me much more. Overall, Panda Express is a solid choice to go.

Jamila (JJ) made this experience great! It was the busy dinner time rush and while waiting in line I saw her go above and beyond for every single customer no matter what she snag was she overcame it. She was also very friendly and personable when I chatted with her for a bit, while she was still helping me get my order nonetheless. She really made my experience here all that much more better even after a rough day at work. She definitely needs some recognition for her friendly demeanor and hard working attitude.

This is about as good as it gets. Great food at a great price, with great portions. These guys are quick to make your order, and haven't been gouging people on prices even with inflation. Your money will go much farther here than any fast food restaurant, and you'll get much better food at the same time. Highly recommend stopping in here and supporting a local restaurant instead of the fast food restaurants in the area, you'll get much better food for your money.

Best Chinese Takeout! Food is always fresh and delicious. After multiple times ordering, I am finally leaving them a review. Very consistent, great tasting and great value. Would highly recommend!

I've visited here twice. The dining room is closed, and it is carry-out only. The food has been fresh, hot and delicious. Usually, it takes 10 to 15 to get your food. There is parking on the street out front. On busy days, finding a parking spot can be a bit of a challenge. The staff is always outgoing and helpful. I will visit again soon.

It costs me $50 for 2 meals. The food was horrible. I ordered the beef with green peppers & onion. There was like 3 piece of beef total. The rest onion. The orange chicken just tasted horrible. The rice was the best thing that I got. The service was bad. When I walked in to get my food, they asked for my phone number then printed the receipt and slammed it down and pointed at the pen. No “sign please” ? I never do reviews, and I’m the type to never complain. But I will never purchase food here again. It was expensive, and the food was horrible.
