How this place got 4stars is beyond me. I don't like any of their dishes at all. One star for the okay Vegetable Egg Foo Young. Other than that these flavors are made up and not in a good way. I'm Asian, I know the food of my region. I grew up eating them. They couldn’t even make rice correctly! I don't recommend this place at all! 👎🏻

The online ordering went well, and the staff was very polite and gracious as we received our food. It was a busy night, but it worked out well. The food was very good, and we enjoyed it all very much!

1st time eating here got my order to go since it was after a basketball game. Food was delicious the employees were so nice and they offered a coupon right away to help save money. Wouldn't definitely recommend this place

Ordered 2 tinga quesadillas. Chicken tasted microwaved. Also heard the microwave turn on when waiting. I was the only customer. Also the quesadillas was pretty soggy fell apart before i took a bite. Not happy.

Very disappointing. Food was dried out. Soup was off. Heck, my fortune cookie did not have a fortune in it. Service was terrible. The cashier is a zero on customer appreciation or service. Zero. The atmosphere is dirty. Cook had no hair net and I imagine there are violations for this and other reasons. Very disappointed. The owner responses ask if people are paid to write negative reviews or if they mistake the restaurant. I was not paid and I made no mistake. This place was disappointing in every way.

Was excited to try this place as it’s close to my home. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted with the Cashiers attitude!! After handing her my debit card she proceeded to throw it to my on the counter. Then threw down a pen and my receipt to sign while waving her hand to it like if I was stupid. I should have walked out with a refund after that horrible service. NEVER AGAIN!

Best seasoned steak I have had in the area. Im a huge meat eater my entire life. Ok first thing if you are from Mexico this is not authentic Mexican but an Mexican American blend. I have eaten at hundreds of places and am impressed w the steak burrito dinner I had. The steak had 0 pieces of fat. Moat places always have chewy fat pieces w very little salt. This steak was so full of flavor I loved the taste of a well balances salt. My youngest had the steak taco dinner and my wife had the Guisado De Puerco. Everyone enjoyed the food and wonderful service. The place is very clean with comfortable booths. Your looking at about 20 a person roughly. They just need a much brighter sign lol.

Enjoyed the half-price margaritas! I took my friend out for birthday drinks at Pepe's at 1pm. The mango margarita was great! The waitress was really polite and didn't bother us about only getting drinks.

Asked for chicken in garlic sauce and it was more celery than chicken. We also got rice noodle and they tasted burned. Wonton soup and eggroll were Fine.

I was craving for beef fried rice and finally found this place where it was so good. We ordered one serving and it was a lot for one person to finish so it was that much better. I guess the place could get a bit more lighting but overall the window seats were the best.. Loved it.... Can't wait to eat more next time... And the guy who was there today at noon was super polite and helpful.... Thank you so much

I ordered a plate with 2 entrees through Uber Eats...orange chicken & beef with broccoli. Orange chicken was good, beef with broccoli was more broccoli with a little hint of beef. I'm very disappointed that there was so very little beef. I've been to this establishment several times & I've not been disappointed with the food. I guess that is what i get for not going in person. Do better Panda Express!!! I'll skip this establishment for future food & take out options🤨

I work around the area came to get a quick meal came to work to find that I had onion and orange chicken should’ve told me to wait a few minutes

Fried rice wasn’t fully cooked, it was difficult to eat! It was still raw!! The packing was horrible! The whole bag was soaked in grease And chicken with broccoli? More like just broccoli! So disappointed! Second time coming here, don’t recommend it ! Stay away

Ordered “beef fried rice” and literally had it delivered 20 mins ago and man did this food gross me out. The beef is chewy and not edible at all. About to throw my whole $30 meal away. Smh. Waste of money for sure.

overall not the Panda way at this location. Does not deliver exceptional experience to all customer. FOH; DANIEL has poor hospitality and didn’t think to keep my food under the warmer when I was waiting for my super greens. He had an attitude and didn’t say thank you when giving me my food. I’m an ex panda employee and I was unofficial PIC at the Panda Express location on Schaumburg and Barrington rd. Never did we provide poor hospitality an hour before closing. Even knowing we had deep cleaning after our shift and was working until 12am to be sure we passed our audits with 100%. It’s been 12 years since I worked with panda but I’m sure their standards have not changed. Staff at this location needs more development. Poor serving quality and quantity

They are always so nice here. I like the orange chicken, noodles are yummy, the spring rolls are good. I really like the steak and shrimp when they offer it, with white rice. Anyways all Panda's that I have visited have been good.

The first time that I ate there the food was ok the next time I went the food was not good. I was going to try it again and it was a big water bug or cock roach that ran up under the freezer.

My husband suggested this place for dinner and said it was the best Chinese for around, highly disappointed. We ordered crab Rangoon which was probably the best part of our meal, we also got shrimp fried rice which was also good, however our main dishes were not good at all. We ordered beef and broccoli and orange chicken. The beef didn’t looked cooked and had no flavor, the chicken was not how Orange chicken usually is, it was not crispy and the sauce was a bit watery and just not good overall. Do not recommend unless you only want fried rice and crab Rangoon.

I am extremely upset at the fact that we ordered for the very first time on Christmas Eve 2024 at this place of business. We spent a total of 69.00 and some change within the order we had 2 large sweet and sour chickens and 1 small sweet and sour chicken which they did not put any sweet and sour sauce in the bag and we definitely were not going to go back as we live about 25 mins away. We order today on 01/04/2025 and I place the order online went to pick up the order to find out that they will only replace the small sweet and sour chicken that is not what we told that day we called to let them know. We didn't mess up the order they did and should have replaced all the sweet and sour chicken that we ordered that day so that being said food is great but I will not return to that place of business due too customer unsatisfactory....

The food is real solid here in my experience, and if you go before 3pm for a lunch combo the price is amazing for what you get. Pictured is the hot and spicy chicken lunch w/ chicken fried rice, and a small chicken rice soup. I want to try the buffet sometime, it always smells so tasty when I walk in for pickup!

This Panda is a well oiled machine as far as teamwork and moving through the busy lunch period goes. Everyone very good at staying on top of who's doing what, making what, ringing up what... 🙌. Food was great as usual.y first experience not picking up food to go. But because it was busy and I only saw 4 employees cranking through at a fast precision pace, the tables or beverage machine area needed a little cleaning. All easy to overlook and I'm sure they would get to it. Love the Honey Sesame Chicken and the Angus Steak. I ALWAYS round-up for charity, and you should, too!

The design of this location is pretty poor considering how much traffic they get. Which would make sense why they would put priority on all the walkins instead of people who place orders ahead online. It took a half hour for my family meal to be ready, while I watched countless customers come in and order very large orders and get through the line quickly. Kind of defeats the purpose of an online order, and if I had known it would take a half hour before I made the online purchase, I would have gone to a REAL chinese restaurant, paid the same, and waited less for better food. I ended up sitting in the worst spot in the restaurant while waiting, which was the back by the bathrooms. The bathrooms here might actually be a safety hazard and I would strongly suggest that management get in front of it before people start getting sick, because the smell alone reminded me of C-Diff and was enough to ruin my appetite. Who knows, maybe its the plumbing, but whatever it is will keep me out of this location forever going forward. They were also completely out of hot mustard. Kudos to the staff for putting up with the madness that is this location. Really unpleasant experience.
