Panda Chinese Restaurant
Great takeout place when you're in the mood for some Chinese food. Big menu and fair prices. Orders are very fast. Usually call there 10 to 15 minutes ahead and is ready for pickup.
So disappointed. Panda used to be so good. I stopped going here a while ago because the food stoooed being good. Today I went here instead of my usual place because Panda was closer. It was a big mistake. The food was bland and dry. I ordered the General Tso chicken. It was dry (meaning no extra sauce), tasteless and no spice. Not like any General Tso I’ve ever tasted. I ordered the whole wings and they have no flavor. I ordered the vegetable mei fun and it has a few pieces of broccoli and no sauce. Just noodles and broccoli. No taste! I’ll never order from Panda again! Wasted money!
China One Chinese Restaurant
NEVER AGAIN! This place is supposed to be sooo good…it’s disgusting. They should be ashamed of themselves serving orange chicken like this. I have never seen it made like this and I hope I never see it again. It was disgusting and the vegetable fried rice ($3 extra) was flavorless and dry. The egg roll was barely decent. Only thing that was good was sweet tea. And they won’t remake or refund the nasty food. The search for decent Chinese in Columbia continues…
Braised wings and the cause for pause. If you are going to take them home and not eat them in the car, it is imperative to poke holes in your styrofoam lid. If not, they will get soggy. Hot every time.

Got dinner here tonight right after work, it was our first time. Shrimp lomein was terrible, honestly the worst I’ve ever had, it had no flavor and the shrimp was mushy and the noodles were SPAGHETTI noodles🤦🏻♀️🤮 the Lemon pepper wings were ok but the shrimp fried rice that came with it was not good either and same with the shrimp it was mushy. Called them back once we got home and I asked if they use lomein noodles or spaghetti noodles and she said yes they use spaghetti noodles add sauce . I’ve been to hole in the wall restaurants and loved the food but this place is a no go!
I ordered Hibachi they sent me fried rice and wings when I called for a refund. They refused. Stated that they can remake the food after four hours. I just wanted to refund cause I’m no longer I want the hibachi . I’m really dissatisfied with my service and the food all together.

AMAZING SERVICE I ordered online and made a mistake and the online system up charged me. Completely on me! They cleared it up for me at the counter when I showed up and they previously called me before I got there to make sure I ordered correctly. They gave me the money back, a ten dollar bill for the up charge . Very honest and amazing food ! ❤️❤️every time I come here the food is great and the service is great. Definitely recommend! Left it as a tip for their honesty and concern for when they called me to make sure.
Food was fresh and flavorful! We ordered delivery through DoorDash and our food was hot upon delivery. We ordered sesame chicken, Mongolian beef, and chicken/shrimp hibachi.
Panda Express
Came in at 10:03. They open at 10am so Ofcourse I was expecting some prep still being done. But no they start full prep and cooking at 10. Not sure what manager runs this location but that doesn’t seem to be a good idea. Not only that when I walked in ALL FOUR employees ignored the heck out of me and didn’t even look my way as I stood looking silly with no food to buy. I asked a girl prepping tea do they really start serving at 10:30 and she seemed hesitant to even turn and acknowledge me and said yes. So please just change the store hours. I’m highly disappointed cuz I had a coupon and had 0 options to purchase other than only the broccoli being ready. I went back and took pictures after the obvious coldness from the staff and girl I spoke to. Clearly making it clear to me Im a bother as a customer during open hours. And as you can see only one more item was ready. If you’re behind in prep because someone called out or the scheduling manager didnt plan that day at least be nice to customers that walk in. Just a hello will suffice.
Food was good. But why am I having to wait 20 minutes for a pretty basic order. Why are you that unprepared? Why do I come in here and every time like half the food bowls are empty and who knows when they will be filled again. Lobby is also filthy. You can tell this place needs new management as they clearly don’t know what they’re doing.

Went in 10 minutes before closing. The guy was nice but food was horrible. Ordered 3 spring rolls, 2 hibachi steak plates and 2 bottle sodas.. total $43. Steak did not taste like steak at all and the spring rolls were not right and over cooked. Will definitely not be back to try again. So disappointed!
I adore this spot of land. The owner truly has things under oversight, and the cuisine is always freshly prepared and served to order. Never once have I had a negative experience. Typically, I order honey sesame chicken or sweet and sour chicken with fried rice, fried wontons, and an egg roll. This is enough for two people to share and provides leftovers for lunch the next day.
Express China
Ordered take out online. Made super fast. Hassle free pick up. Food was delicious! My only fuss is that I requested easy/ light vegetables and when I opened my food, it was loaded with green scallions and onions. I was impressed by the size and amount of shrimp on my order. Most places skimp on the shrimp but not them. I will definitely order again!
By far the best Chinese food in Columbia, SC! You can immediately tell the dishes are made with the freshest ingredients—every bite bursts with the flavors of fresh garlic and ginger. The sauces are clearly made in-house, rich and flavorful, not the typical jarred stuff you find elsewhere. I’ve ordered from this spot often, and they never disappoint. The shrimp is always perfectly cleaned and deveined, a testament to their attention to detail. Whether you’re craving a comforting classic or something adventurous, this place sets the bar for exceptional Chinese cuisine. Highly recommend!
China Chef
For the price, they could give more food. Wasn’t as seasoned as other Chinese restaurants I visit. Supposed to be spicy and it wasn’t.
Being from the Northeast I'm kind of spoiled when it comes to great Chinese Food. This place is Ok. Its not the same type of rice you get up north but you get used to it. The spare ribs are good. I don't eat chicken so I can't testify to that but my husband enjoys it. They're quick and they call you when order is ready.
Peking Chinese Restaurant
Terrible customer service. Lady rolled her eyes and sighed when I paid in exact change. Found a freaking METAL COIL in my chicken lo mien (probably from a dish scrubber but regardless that kind of oversight is ATROCIOUS). I have included a picture of when I found it while eating in my car. WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN!!! UNSAFE PRACTICES AND RUDE WORKERS
Stop giving these ppl money period. They think they can speak to us anyway when they are in our country. Some of us served this country so others can live!! You think I’m going to let these people speak to me how they like to? No! And you shouldn’t either take your money elsewhere these people don’t realize we keep them in business!!!! Foods not even good enough to act like that Edit : they get on here to respond and act clueless. You all are RUDE! That little girl Who answers the phone RUDEST ONE! I TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
Lucky's China Inn Restaurant
Great service! The food was delicious and portions were really generous. I recommend the mapo tofu and cucumber beef stir fry!
1-27-17 decided to go here with the wife on a Friday evening. Only 1 waitress, was nearly empty so no biggie. Ordered the valcanoe drink for 2, she said it would take 20 min because bartender was helping in the back. Didn't under stand why on a Friday you only have 1 person working ..OK whatever . Ordered the crispy sesame shrimp. Wife ordered Mongolia beef. Hers was salty and had wayyy to many onions. Kind was breaded ..Not crispy at all. Worst part. The coupon we had said "complimentary entree when u order an entree of equal or greater value up to 5 dollars.". So basically it's 5 dollars off ..She admitted the coupon was misleading...Maybe I'll stick with general tso next time ..
Panda Express
It's not at all healthy for you, but when I'm at a mall or airport, I crave Panda Express. This one is in the mall's food court and serves all of their dishes, including the popular orange chicken. Get it with white rice. It's so good!
The food is fine. However, I just ordered the "5 person family dinner". It was definitely NOT sufficient for 5 people, of any size, much less a family of 2 adults and 3 children. There were 5 containers that appear to be the same regular size as any other Chinese food place would be. Three were supposed to be entrees and two were sides. Entree makes it sound like it's at least double the size of a side. It was not.
Hunan Family
I came here for the first time owners are friendly , but the food quality and taste is poor. I would recommend Chinese food at the food court in the mall. The bourbon chicken was rubbery and seemed like like old meat. They only sell pork egg rolls. Shrimp fried rice had no flavor very dry. I won’t be returning
Ridiculously overpriced! 2 entrees, and some appetizers was $93.. Food was not that good ... shrimp was breaded to look bigger than it was (so of course it was even worse when reheating) ... tails left on the shrimp ... egg rolls are small and seemed meatless .. The only reason I gave 2 stars was the crab Rangoon was not fried to briquette and they did include the sweet and sour sauce.
