My family and travel to Daytona every year for the Christmas holiday and it's been a tradition for the past 6 years. Visiting loved ones down south in a warmer environment then what we have in NC around winter. Stumbled on this hidden gem of a restaurant this time around in Port Orange. The food was phenomenal and service was excellent. Very knowledgeable server and very attentive to our needs. The food choices he suggested us try turn out to be a hit for our family of 4. The portion sizes were not to much and I must say please try the homemade cinnamon rolls they offer if you choose the buffet options.

The food was fresh and tasty. We had catfish of course along with some of the free cinnamon rolls. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was great especially seeing all the lights at night. It also had several photo friendly areas for us.

They didn't give us the "egg" rolls so I called and told a man who answered. I was told to come back and get them. I said we're not driving back now and the man made a note to give them to us next time. I then began to eat the Pepper "Steak" and there was no meat in it. It used to have large pieces of steak and there were only a few slivers of meat in it buried in the peppers and onions. I called again. The man said I could bring it back and he would fix it. I said I am done and we are not coming back. Their sole job is to get an order right for pick up and they clearly can't do it correctly. It also appears they are intentionally cutting portions. Apparently, I'm not the only one who has noticed the changes in quality and quantity according to the reviews.

Food is disgusting food was $40 and was not enough food was gross. Had like 2 10 year old kids working in there unbelievable. Food is solid

OMG this is by far the best Chinese food I have had probably ever! I wish I could give them 10 stars and a Michelin rating! You can tell that everything here is freshly made in store! Not just by the appearance, but by the flavor as well. Just look at the pictures of my meal for proof! Let’s start with the dumplings. Dumplings are supposed to have a thick dough layer around a solid meat filling. That’s exactly what this is! Every other place I’ve tried from New York all the way down to Miami and everywhere in between uses potstickers, which are purchased, frozen and have a very thin pie shell. This store makes their own and it shows. Let’s go to the beef and mixed vegetable. Most of the time when I order this dish, the beef is somewhat tough and the vegetables are just as tough. But here at this China, one, the beef tasted as though it was tenderize and marinated! It like fell apart in my mouth along with the vegetables. Absolutely perfectly done. It came with fried rice that was very good and it also came with an egg roll. That was probably the best eggroll I’ve ever had. When I spoke to the owner she said she makes her own eggrolls, and I have no reason to doubt it! Lastly, but certainly not least the vegetable lo mein was amazing! Actual chunks loaded with vegetables! Again a perfectly done dish I have found the best Chinese takeout restaurant on the East Coast of the United States! I can’t recommend them enough! I will be eating more Chinese food from now on

Supposedly to someone that loves Chinese they are very good, but the only thing I have really loved there is the rice. Good people. Take out best, because there is no atmosphere. Real old

I stumbled upon Houligan's Speedway starting May 2024 while in town taking care of family business matters. I continued to make trips to Daytona through Dec 2024 and Houligan's was my favorite place to eat. Service was always good, only 1 minor issue with food in the 2 dozen times I went. ((and)) oh my goodness the BEST WALLY WINGS EVER !! Desert is good too. Chicken Philly was my go to item.

The quesadilla was one of the best we've had, the shrimp grilled had some amazing seasoning on it and the broccoli was steamed perfectly. Thanks Isabel for the great service she's a rockstar server!

I had high hopes for this restaurant since I’ve ordered delivery multiple times from a different location. I went in early and was the only one in the restaurant and the waiter never came back so I could tell her my food was over cooked/ rubbery. The season was good and the place was clean since I was the only one there staff was just cleaning. The seasoning was good(all at the bottom of the bag) so were the eggs the waiter only returned to bring the bill. Highly disappointed in the staff and the cooking. Very nice decor.

Chose this restaurant because of all the great reviews. Arrived and almost left. Boy are we glad we stayed! The food was fantastic! The service was slow but okay and the check came in a rushed fashion. However, the food was top-notch! The portions were large, the pricing was reasonable for what they delivered, and the seafood was fresh. Between us, we had the mussels, the snow crab legs, the Dungeness crab legs, the blue crab, the headless shrimp, and a sausage/potato/corn. The corn was fresh and not frozen semicolon the potatoes were miniature red potatoes and perfect for smashing in the butter sauce. The sausage was also a really good flavored smoked sausage there were thinly sliced. We all ordered the Cajun mixed with the garlic sauces. The fire hot was spot on for New Orleans spicy. The spicy hot was also very good. We also really enjoyed the $5 drink! We got the one with the vodka, blue curaçao, and lemonade... looks like Windex but was quite delicious. Are 11-year-old got chicken tenders and fries, and even they were great... hot and fresh!

I can’t imagine anything being better than the experience I have hier tonight. Jacob was our waiter highly recommended.

Good service. Expected food but full of butter and grease. Feel dirty tables, seats and floor. Plenty to choose from so go with special day themes that has more reasonable prices.

First time ordering from this place. Sesame chicken was not bad. The Rice was horrible! Tan color with maybe 2 tiny pieces of pork in it. Sweet n sour chicken- chicken was ok, but the red sauce on the side had a container taste, we threw it in the trash. Egg rolls were good. Crab ragoon???? NO! horrible! There was hardly any filling in them! We will never order here again! Waisted $30.00

We got the Beef Sticks, Orange Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Veggie Fried Rice, Pork Fried Rice, and the White Rice. Portions are amazing for the price. Flavor was on point. We drove 30 minutes home & the food was still piping hot when we sat down to eat. 10/10 recommend. Super fresh.

The food smells so good. As soon as I stepped in I knew I was gonna eat good lol. And I was right, the food was delicious. I had shrimp fried rice, drizzled some soy sauce on top of it ouuuuhhhh it was real good. Definitely would go back for some more.

Best Sweet and Sour Chicken I've ever had! The sauce wasn't too sweet or too sour like most Sweet and Sour dishes I've tried at other restaurants, but perfectly balanced. The Pork Fried Rice had a lot of pork, as well onions and bean sprouts. The Egg Drop Soup had a lot of eggs as well! It would be great for breakfast. The portions are very generous and the prices are reasonable. Tony was friendly and down-to-earth. He made me feel welcome. The decorations are tasteful without feeling cluttered. I will definitely be eating there many times in the future!

Good takeout option for chinese food in the area, although there are 2-3 tables it is not a restaurant, but you can eat there. Probably most commonly delivery or takeout. Menu is pretty standard nothing special. The rice and noodle dishes are well cooked and flavorful, Lo Mein especially would recommend, good portions and distribution of vegetables, meat no so much, but the taste overall is very good. Would recommend for takeout, very reasonably priced.

Very quick service but be mindful when eating here. I noticed the chicken was chewy and unusual. When I got home I cut open all the pieces and they had a light pink tint but it looked done. I then refried it to make sure the chicken was white... Never turned white... All of it just hard and pink. Believe me I'm not usually picky but that's a no for me.

As far as buffets go this is one of the best. Although I don't get to this part of Florida regularly this is a find I will come back to. I was particularly impressed by the sushi and sashimi. It is rare to see such quality and variety at a buffet. Being a seafood fan I was also impressed by the options ranging from mussels to crawfish and a variety of shrimp options. It is Asian inspired with Chinese, Korean and Japanese influenced dishes. A great surprise in what appears to be a suburban mall area!

A pleasant surprise. I’m normally skeptical about buffets in general but found this place clean, attentive & really good. Nice variety & replenished promptly. Very comfortable environment. I will be back. Ty

This location is hit or miss. Sometimes you get lucky and your food is edible but other times you just have to throw it in the trash and go someplace else. I ate here today for the last time…rice was hard and dry . Had to throw it away and go someplace else to eat. It’s really not worth the gamble to eat here. Go just down the street to China Chef - much better food and about the same price.

Just had a quick bite at Panda. Shylar always goes above and beyond to make sure we get hot (and delicious) food. She takes pride in her job and in the food she is serving. She is an asset to this business and should be recognized for her dedication and genuine care for her customers.

The lady is very rude and short with people. I felt rushed to order so I just ordered a lo mein. It was gross and mushy. The food did not taste fresh. It tasted old and greasy. I threw my meal away after the second scoop. The atmosphere is old and greasy. Thanks great china.

The lo mein is pretty good. The chicken on the other hand made me sick to my stomach. The lady (behind the counter) fry’s it twice. It’s so hard and dry. She’s so rude! If you are short 1 penny you will not get your food. I asked to use the bathroom. She said it was broken… went back to my car n saw the guy from the back went to use the bathroom… so I went back and told her… “oh so ur bathroom is broken?” She just looked at me stupid. I told her she will never get my business ever again!
