Lisa’s Kitchen
I got several items this time and they were all great. - The roast pork fried rice was definitely above average, which says a lot considering how good pork fried rice usually is. The pork was significantly larger than you would normally get (probably 3-4x) and was very juicy. - The moo shoo pork was alright individually but really comes together. They come with some thin tortillas (which they call pancakes, for some reason) and some sort of brown sauce. I basically made a Chinese burrito by wrapping the pork/veggies, brown rice, and the brown sauce in a tortilla. It tastes great but it tends to break up easily and let out the juices, so expect a bit of a mess. - The crab rangoon was the type that is good by itself and should probably be eaten with a minimal amount of sweet and sour sauce (to keep it from overpowering the rest of the flavor). - It came with what seems to be some house-made sauces: a really concentrated spicy mustard and a sweet sauce (duck sauce?). - It also came with the usual: a couple fortune cookies, a couple packets of soy sauce. I definitely plan on coming back.
It’s been a few years since I’ve ordered from here and I’m not quite sure why I waited so long. Lisa’s food is the best in the area. No one even comes close. When you walk in to pick up your food you know you’re in the right place. It’s bright, decorated beautifully, and spotlessly clean. Best Hot and Sour soup.. it’s so flavorful! Hands down best Chines food in Boca!
China Queen
Our absolute favorite Chinese restaurant. Good portions. Tasty food. The wings are golden and crisp. The ribs are meaty. The soup is loaded with wontons. Consistent quality.
I was not expecting frozen heated gyoza for fried dumpling. My chicken and rice soup had a nice flavor, however there was only rice and chicken on top with only a small amount of broth. My chicken chow mien had shredded carrot, not sure what province that is from...and my egg roll was so dry inside and out it was like eating a paper towel. So, for me, this is a no return and I won't eat any leftovers that tasted like this at its best...🤷♀️ 😔
China Cafe
I never like giving a bad review, but in all honesty, this was the worst food I have ever had at a restaurant. There is only one bar for food, and the food was all dried up with crust around the edges. I gave it a chance and put some food on a plate and couldn't finish it. It was very, very low quality.
The place smells when you walk in. There is dirt on the carpet and the food does not taste well. In fact, it is inedible! I'll be surprised if my husband and I don't get sick from eating here. Do NOT go here....
Fu Wing Chinese Restaurant
I went to this place I heard it was good . That was a lie. I ordered shrimp fried rice and Wong tong soup. Everything tasted nasty . My shrimp fried rice only had 3 shrimp. And a bunch of onions. Horrible place. They hung up on me when I called and complained.
Nov.16, 2024 I have been ordering their food for years. I moved 20 miles south and decided to make the drive and order their delicious food. Boy was i in for a shock! The rice was mushy, the chicken was horrible and the ribs were mostly fat. I wasted my time and money and will never order from them again.
Joy Luck
Alright guys I was actually hungry. I got the chicken fried rice and chicken wings. Chicken wings were most likely recooked or it looked and felt like it. Rice had little flavor, even with soy sauce it wasn't adding any flavor. This was my first time getting food here and I'm going to say I was very disappointed. 😔. Now I didn't look at reviews before but I hope in the future this doesn't happen again. I still ate it cause I was starving. But if this happens I'm going to return it next time.
The lady at the front when we came to get lunch on break with my co worker, upon paying she handed me the receipt to sign as she walked away, came back to the front counter as I’m looking at the receipt she snatched the receipt from my hand place it in the pin holder. My co worker was so shocked that she was treating us like this granted that was my conworker first time at the restaurant. I explained to her she was very rude to snatch the paper from me like that the women then stated that she thought I was handling it to her the receipt I explain to her, even if I was there’s no need for her to snatch her for my hand. She continues to argumentative I ignore her and sat down n waited for my food. I WILL NEVER COME BACK IN THIS RESTAURANT UNLESS IT THE MAN AT THE FRONT REGISTER. White shirt
Golden Phoenix
I tried their Sesame Chicken with fried rice and roll. The quality was mid level. Chicken was a little chewy. Rice needed more flavor. The food was cooked well though. Not overly greasy compared to other similar spots. Their containers gave the illusion of a larger portion. I expected more for the price. A dinner is at least $15. Compared to other spots nearby such as Pho 31 or Bramer’s Brazilian cuisine, there are better options in this area. That being said if you are craving Chinese food, this may be exactly what you’re looking for. Customer service is as important as the food quality, and they were very polite, so all things considered I give it a four out of five.
Hot and fresh made to order. I feel like all of these places are the same. The first bite is delicious and then by the time you finish questioning what you really ate... And then regret it but still come back for more.
Chinese Garden Restaurant
Born and raised in New York and haven’t found good Chinese food in south Florida until I found this place, food is amazing, service is great, lady behind counter made mistake with my order and offered to fix with no hesitation. Awesome price, awesome food, awesome service.
Easy to get to (near Walmart). The food is good. Price is amazing for the portion size. We had lunch. The soup and spring roll were a bonus. There are plenty of condiments to choose from located on the counter. Take out. There are tables for eating in...
Panda Express
I had two types of Chicken. The Orange Chicken was spicy but not moist.Teriyaki Chicken was fatty l had to toss it. The rice was just ok. The only item l enjoyed was their Mango drink. I took the food out. Unfortunately l don't think l will be back. Too many other great places around. I will say they have a free parking lot and their employees are nice.
The quantity was good, the taste of the chicken wasn't super sweet which was pleasing, and the taste of the broccoli and beef was good. It wasn't super chewy. If I got my condiments I believe the taste of the rice would enhance. Over all I thank Pandora for not being salty, Thank you.
China Lane
Irene was very welcoming to our family esp. my grandchildren. The food was excellent and well priced. I've lived in Delray x 25 yrs, are at 2 other Chinese restaurants owned by my patients and can say China lane out done them.
Okay there is a lot to say about this asylum I mean restaurant. When we walked in he brought tea to the table but put his hands in the teacup. Then the waiter came around and she was very quiet when I ordered. When I asked her something she would just laugh. I heard scary things in the kitchen like a vacuum running or drilling. The atmosphere was really bad there were drawings on the walls and dirt on the floor. There were a lot of flies too. The lady also was staring at me when I was eating look over the counter near me. The food was very bland no salt on the fries when I tried to pour salt on the fries the salt looked funny I will attach images of all of this in the review. Fortune cookies had black dots on them.
Asian Chao
I have been going to this place for years!! The owner and his team have the upmost customer service & attentiveness. The food is impeccable, cooked in front of you hibachi style, and will keep going as long as they are in business!!
Affordable, and of good quality. Always recommend adding bourbon sauce to any of the sides on top. Sesame chicken is good. Orange chicken is alright. Bourbon chicken is often good. Been here a few times now. For the price it's all great!
Hong Kong Wok
If I could put zero stars I would. roaches in my two year old daughter and I food. I came back to show owner she said “it must be the vegetables“. I asked “why would there be roaches in your vegetables“ her response was “when they are not washed properly”.
Food has been great every time I've ordered. Fast delivery. Great fried rice. Taste fresh and clean. I recommend you to try here.
Real Wok
Omgoodness, I absolutely LOVE this place. They do have a fairly large menu. However, the Dim Sum is on point! The staff is very attentive. The food is excellent! We had a large order, nothing was missing, and everything was made to order. It all came out as soon as it was done. They have plenty of options!
This is the most authentic dim sum place within 5 or 10 miles of our house. The food was great. We had hot and sour soup first. It was the perfect spice and had that peppery aftertaste that makes it special. Then came Chinese broccoli with ponzu sauce. Delicious. Next up were shrimp dumplings, steamed chive dumplings, and fried eggplant. All fabulous. Then, super loaded sticky rice, packed with different meats and mushrooms. When we finally calmed down enough to take a photo, the egg custard arrived, so that's the only photographic evidence I managed to get. If you want to see more, visit them! The food is great and pretty inexpensive. The atmosphere is super casual. Staff is attentive but not overly friendly. And, the food arrives very quickly.
