Trying new places brought us to Jackacuda's Seafood and Sushi. I was looking for a combination of good high quality sushi and fresh seafood. I got half of what I wanted. The atmosphere was nice and casual with a country vibe. Romeo, our server and also bartender, was nice enough but was too busy and the bar with drinks so we waited a little for orders and requests. The sushi consisted of mostly rolls with very little fresh sushi. As a matter of fact, there was no sushi or sashimi available. However, the apps and seafood plater was excellent with fresh Mahi and shrimps. Also, be aware of what's on your bill. This place automatically adds a 20% gratuity even for a party of two....which would be what I would usually tip (20-25%) but I don't like being forced to. I will likely not come back

We ordered sushi, fish tacos, and a poke bowl. The sushi seemed really fresh and was flavorful. We had the Orange Torch and the Kamala Ka Zee rolls. The Orange Torch was our favorite. The people working here were happy and seemed genuinely kind.

This was honestly one of the best meals I have ever had! We got the pad see eiw duck, crab ragoons, and sesame chicken. My husband agreed that it did taste authentic and one of the best meals he has too. The owner and cook were very nice and the cook checked on us multiple times to make sure our meal was okay. We thought it was very reasonably priced for all the food we got. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Visited several times for lunch and dinner. The hostess was very nice and promptly refilled our water and checked in with us. Food was great! We tried the Pad Won Sen (refreshing, huge portion), Pad Thai (one of the best I’ve had), Tom Yum (complex flavor and comforting), Pad Prik Gang (spicy and tasty), Mango Sticky Rice (not too sweet, also huge portion), and Thai Tea (not too sweet, perfect tea-to-milk ratio); all delicious! If something isn’t spicy enough, they will give you chili powder on the side to make it spicy to your liking. Best Thai restaurant around Destin that we tried! Definitely worth a stop. Especially great if you’re doing activities at or around Destin Harbor Boardwalk since it is right across the street! Please support this local business!

I’ve had pho at a lot of places, all over the country, ranging from subpar to excellent. Most of it has to do with the broth. This place is excellent. They really know how to do it. The pho is the best I’ve had in the area. This is the second time this week I’ve been in for lunch. Service is fast and friendly. They’ve got me hooked. Get the pho tai. You won’t be sorry!

I recently had the opportunity to dine at Pho Nguyen Vietnamese Noodle Restaurant, and I must say that my experience was a mixed bag. The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the service was friendly and efficient, creating a pleasant dining environment. However, I couldn't help but feel a bit disappointed with the dish I ordered, the Shrimp Chicken Fried Rice. The presentation was decent, portions were good, but the taste left much to be desired. The chicken in the dish seemed to be overcooked, giving it a slightly dry and boiled texture. This made it less enjoyable than I had hoped for. The shrimp also had a mushy texture, which was not very appealing. What disappointed me the most was the overall flavor of the dish. It lacked the vibrant and bold flavors that I associate with Vietnamese cuisine. The dish, in general, tasted rather bland and was missing the harmonious balance of spices and seasonings that I had anticipated. While I believe that every restaurant can have its off days, I'm might be open to giving Pho Nguyen another chance in the future. The restaurant's ambiance and service were pleasant, and it's possible that other menu items may better showcase their culinary expertise. Despite my experience with the Shrimp Chicken Fried Rice, I'm hopeful that other dishes at Pho Nguyen could still deliver an authentic and flavorful Vietnamese dining experience.

Five stars all the way for us. We always have the best experience with Marcos. The food is great, and reasonably priced but the service is top notch, especially when Craig is our delivery driver. He always goes above and beyond and is just so sweet and friendly. He even brought our transformer loving son a transformers gift from his recent trip to Japan. Who does that? Craig! That’s who! I hope Marcos takes good care of him because he sure takes good care of his customers!! Highly recommend!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have never been treated so poorly by an establishment. To start, yes, it was Halloween, yes they were busy. I was quoted a time of 525. I got there at 530 and she had me pay and then told me “your order isn’t ready yet.” I said, “Ok, what’s the wait time?” She told me, “5 minutes, it’s in the oven.” After about 10 min. I asked again..again, I was told my pizzas were in the oven. I asked to talk to a manager and that was the absolute worst part of it. A short, black male with 1 ear bud in walks over and says, “what?- come up here to my face and talk to me.” I did and was taken back. I asked how much longer since my pizza was in the oven. He then asked me, “you want your pizza or not? It’s that simple.” And him replying with, “that’s what I thought.” He was rude and argumentative. Complete trash. I asked him for his name and he said, “why, why? I ain’t giving you my name.” Any reasonable establishment would not talk to customers the way they did. Every 5 min I was told 5 min. I was told for 30 min my pizza was in the oven. Waiting an hour past your quoted time is a joke. They could have taken full responsibility for it and owned up to it and it would have been different. I also witnessed several other people ask for refunds and they were told, “we don’t have time to do that.” It was an AWFUL experience. If the employees would have given me the managers/owners contact info I would have taken this up with them first.

Pizza arrived as if a tornado swept it away inside the box. I was shocked that the food was not only smashed and messed up beyond belief but also burned to a crisp at the bottom. Called asking for some sort of understanding/fix to the issues but the person over the phone just asked for proof and said they would "investigate" been several days since then and absolutely nothing to show for it. Will be choosing other places in the future, I recommend you all do as well.

If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would! Customer service was horrible. There was a mishap with the payment when checking out at the register and the first young lady said something happened with the payment however money was taken off my card and I guess she called over the rudest manager and with an attitude she said nothing came off the card and I literally showed her on my account and she said still with an attitude and pizza dough in her hands touching the register (unsanitary) and started rolling her neck and getting even louder with me and when I corrected her in the way she was talking to me she tried snatching the pizza from me and told me to get out the store and have a nice day. That lady has a nasty attitude everytime I come in there.

So much potential, squandered on bad service. Yup. I would recommend all the things, although the fries had too much seasoning they were still really good. Just… not the service. Multiple times trying to flag him down, pull information out or remind him of a missed drink or item. This isn’t hipster, it’s just a bad experience. Also, right up front, just let us know your name so I don’t have to say “hey,” I’ll remember... I don’t expect this poor service for $300. Help me give you money! PS: I get it credit cards suck for fees, but 3.5% surcharge without letting us pay cash? What you doing?!

Our meal at Bitteroot was spectacular. This gem of a restaurant is tucked away at the end of a shopping plaza. The menu is not huge which I believe allows the chef to truly focus on every element of his dishes. They were all spectacular! Our appetizer and entrees were as beautiful as they were delicious. The bar serves unique craft cocktails as well as having an extensive menu of spirits and fine wine. Our server was very attentive. This is not a restaurant for the budget minded but instead it is a unique dining experience. We will definitely be back.

Ryan Y. was an amazing server. He was professional, courteous and polite. He is definitely a customer service person. He warned us about the size of the nachos. Holly buckets, they are huge. We maybe ate 1/3 of them. They were very good. The atmosphere is awesome and fun.

Great friendly and family atmosphere! Jaylin, our waitress was awesome and Matt too! The whole place is phenomenal with the live alligators, big arcade, delicious food, and plenty places to take pictures. We loved ❤️ it! I will definitely return with my family!

Order was missing items, couldn't reach the store, called multiple times with no answer. Had to speak to foreign speaking CSR. Would not issue refund for missing items only credit to local store. We were on vacation so that didn't work for us. She placed an order for missing items to be delivered, got a notification that order would delivered by DMTRII with door dash. Items were never delivered, dasher wouldn't answer phone or text, still couldn't contact store and had to speak with CSR, still only offered credit. Asked for management to contact me and I still haven't done heard anything 2 days later. Terrible customer service.

When we arrived, we noticed that the place looked so depressing. No music, no tvs, extremely quiet. We ordered for dine-in, and no fountain drink (fine) only had bottled drinks. No cups with ice, only 1 water left. When food arrived, the server brought pizza in the togo box. No plates, no utensils, no parm cheese, no chili flakes. It was almost as if we weren't welcomed and wanted us to leave already. The server asked for a tip at the beginning. Had we known it was going to be like this, zero tip. Food was good. Just service really sucked. Do better.

We stopped at Panda Express on our way to Destin. Overall the food was alright. It didn’t really taste great like other Panda Express I had been to. The rolls and chicken were good. Fried rice didn’t really have any taste. Anyways the price was reasonable.

2 stars for cleanliness and taste only. Half the food wasn't even out and ready to serve at 11 when they opened. As you can see I got broccoli and beef but where's the beef. Ended up all broccoli and 2 pieces of beef. I will have to say I believe part of the issue falls on the manager, there 3 people in here trying to get everything ready for the day so either the manager didn't staff right or they had call outs and the manager was too lazy to fill in.

If you come here, don't order the chicken fingers.. or hush puppies. I think our French fries were bigger than the chicken fingers and the hush puppies were so hard and burnt. For $18.00 it was the saddest plate of food I've ever had. Bowling had a 4 hr wait.. but the kids liked the games. So.. eh.

This place is absolutely terrible! We came and got lunch here and I ordered a kids meal chicken tenders. They were burnt to a crisp. It was the puniest little chicken basket I have ever ordered from a restaurant. And to top it off our server came back 30 minutes after we had already ordered to ask what our orders were. definitely would not recommended coming to uncle sucks.

Stopped in for dinner with a group of 6 and we had Amanda H as our server. She was terrific with handling our group and getting our waters and cocktails out to us quickly. She answered all our questions and even had the kitchen cut a hamburger in half for two of us who were sharing a meal. Will definitely be stopping in again when we are out this way. Food was fast and delicious.

Came on May 10 2024, with my wife and 2 friends for dinner. I ordered the boneless wings which were top notch as I have remembered as it has been years since I have eaten at a Applebees. For my main meal I had the full rack of baby back ribs with double mashed potatoes. The ribs were perfectly cooked and couldn’t get enough. My wife ordered the quesadillas which she loved. Now everything was good food wise except a mistake made by the waitress. One of my friends has a medical problem which she specifically ordered a meal and the meal was messed up with ingredients she should not of had when told not to put it in the meal. Now with that being said she took one bite and immediately recognized the meal was not to order. The waitress did go get another one but due to the fear of the order being wrong again she did not eat the meal and was still charged. The waitress was not attentive and was a hassle to get a glass of water. I will say besides the hiccups with service the rest of our visit was enjoyable.

Great team, extremely helpful and friendly. Made my pizza perfect to my order. I've been here before while traveling through I10, and I'll definitely be back again. Great pizza. I ate it in my car while driving back to Alabama. I hate to admit that, but I absolutely could not help it. I had to stop and finish at the nearest rest area. Too tempting .

Stop using doordash to deliver YOUR orders. The past two orders delivered by doordash have been unsatisfactory. Use your own drivers and not random people who don't care about the quality of your order.
