THE SERVICE: Our Server was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! I wish there was a negative star!!! All I can say is this guys energy was horrible! I was meeting a friend for happy hour and we literally had to send someone to find him after I arrived and was seated. We flagged a very friendly server down to help us and we’re only wishing he had been ours! Once our server FINALLY returned to the table after being searched for he didn’t give a name just came to the table like “are you ready”??? We didn’t get napkins, he didn’t asked to refill anything this literally should have been self serve!!! His attitude was so dry and so disinterested in serving us until it was plain disrespectful!!!! The WORST server on the Planet!!! THE FOOD: EXCELLENT!!!! DRINKS ARE AWESOME!!! And for that reason alone I would likely give them another try and would immediately demand another server should I get so unlucky again! A lot of the food is a super pricey for Mexican tho! Some of the items on that menu made me check the door to see where we were at!

We went here for my mother's birthday on a Friday evening at 7 PM. If you do not get there before 730, the parking lot will be completely jammed. Make a reservation is highly recommended. I called at 6:05. They said there was no wait.I got there at six forty five, and I waited for three people! Parking lot yikes good luck. Food ALWAYS ON POINT. MONSERRAT... i believe I spent that right was not even our server but came over to help us has been there for a long time. Very nice woman. Thanks again for your great service. Food is always good. Their food is absolutely amazing and totally worth waiting in line for! It is full of authentic flavor and priced reasonably!

My family and I had just gotten out of a doctor's appointment. We were hungry and looking for a place to eat, and we found this place, and honestly, what we had was really, really good. We ordered various empanadas. We had chicken, lasagna, and alcapurria they were all very, very good. Then we had plantain balls and it was delicious and then we also had for dessert tembleque a Puertorican classic, boy it was soo good. To drink, we got one guava lemonade and one strawberry lemonade all very tasty as well. Tbh, overall experience will definitely be coming back.

I took my fiancée for an original Colombian date and lord!!!!! I have zero regrets. She tried everything; morcilla, empanadas, bandeja paisa, postobon drinks and even lulo juice. Omg, it was such an amazing experience. The service was on point, they make you feel like home and as a Colombian, there’s nothing I appreciate more than feeling like home❤️ Thank you for your service to this community and keep on making such delicious foods🫶🏽

I paid $10.74 for a beef soup to get only 3/4 pieces of beef large soup at that. This is a disappointment completely. I would like to get my money back but when I called they said it’s what’s it brings it’s a quart of food with 3/4 pieces of beef. DO NOT BUY SOUP HERE!

This is a take put only restaurant with the kitchen in the garage of the house. It is an all vegetarian menu with everything made from scratch. The flavors were the real flavors of Southern India not faked as many Indian restaurants do in the US. As an Anglo who lived overseas, I am capable of handling spicy food, and I enjoyed the spice very much.

This place is a hidden gem. We are Vietnamese and the Pho was excellent and the Banh Mi was delicious. The staff were super friendly. Am definitely going to come back. Wish I had discovered this place sooner. This is legit Vietnamese food with a cool modern cafe vibe. Casual, bright atmosphere.

My youngest brother took me here when I visited Florida about two weeks ago. I never had Banh mi before and he said this place was one of his favorites. When we arrived we noticed there was a huge line for the grand opening of another retailer in that shopping center. Since there were so many people, all of the restaurants in that shopping center were full. Banh Mi Factory was also full and we noticed most of their shelves were empty. We didn't have to wait long and our food was ready quickly. I had the fried chicken Banh Mi and my brother had a veggie one. I ordered a Mango drink and my brother had Boba tea. It was delicious. Despite the traffic, the customer service was excellent. I can't wait to visit again.

I am a spaghetti lover, and this place nails it! Absolutely the best! Hats off to the cook. Also we came on a Thursday night to try the karaoke. Jack was excellent with the sound system and it was a lot of fun. Hope they keep the karaoke. Ashley the waitress was friendly and attentive. Would I return here again? Most definitely! The management and owners are doing a great job with Franky D'S . The place is clean ( even the bathrooms are nice). Give it a try folks!

Swung by for lunch and was pleasantly surprised! Crushed the Pear and Brie appetizer (see pic). Was so delicious. The Tropical Salmon Salmon was the perfect size for lunch. My sister ordered the Reuben, she loved it. Would highly recommend. The service was amazing also. Our server was on it the entire meal, we never lacked for anything. Will be back.

My first time here since I just relocated to Tampa Florida and I loved it. The Cuban sandwich was amazingly delicious and so fresh. The quesitos were the best I ever had and the bread was exceptional. Coffee was a little too strong for me and I should’ve asked for lighter but still good. Prices are a little higher than Jersey where I came from but not outrageous. I will definitely be going weekly.

Great restaurant with Puertorican / Latin food. Super friendly service and a lot of variety, clean plus affordable. My husband had the picadillo and I had pernil (shredded pork), with rice and red beans. And ... They allow service animals plus outside seating. So glad we found this place. We originally had gone to Plato Latino, which is in the same plaza across from Bahía but they were closed (they close at 3). We decided to stop here at Bahía and we're extremely happy we did. 💖 This will be our go-to restaurant in this area. That's another advantage of Bahía Restaurant they are open until 6 on a Saturday.

First time here. The food is delicious. They have several choices. My kids order burgers and wings because they don’t like sea food. Everything was amazing. The broil has very good flavor. The shrimp Alfredo was amazing. Definitely coming back. 5 stars to our server Jennifer for an awesome service.

If I could give a zero j would. Received my chicken full of hair🤢 and feathers. Definitely didn’t clean the food properly. So nasty. Brought to staff Stepanie attention was told I had to eat it and pay for the food. My son unfortunately had eaten 2 drumsticks before I realized the hair on all the food. Will be reaching out to the health department. Please check your food before leaving!! I would hate this to happen to someone else much as the food cost. So outraged about how I was treated.in reference to response an apology from staff and good customer service goes a long way also. I was told to eat the hairy food because it came that way and the 1st staff member offered to take it to back to remove the hair😮 smh. And then your manger told me I still had to pay. It was not until I became so irate because of how I was being talked to and treated she then took wings off but made me pay 3.00 for my 3 years old drink.

I took my friends out for dinner for their anniversary. We checked out Zpan because it was close to where they live. We had such a good time! The whole experience was wonderful. The staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient. Our waitress had a great personality and made us feel welcome and relaxed. She accommodated my girlfriend's special menu requests without batting an eye. The food was out-of-this-world. I will definitely return again for future celebrations.

Absolutely loved my experience at Zpan Hibachi & Sushi Bar in Apollo Beach! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a meal. I particularly enjoyed the steak teriyaki lunch platter; it was cooked to perfection with tender, juicy steak and a deliciously rich teriyaki sauce that brought everything together. Recently ate in here alone. The sushi was really good! Very fresh. The 2 for 1 beer special was great and I also got the dinner special for $15 which included 2 specialty rolls and soup. I will definitely be back.

Great new breakfast place! Great selection for everyone, including the little kiddos. Steak Omelete was delicious. Pancakes, chicken and waffles, fried steak, and chicken tenders were all spectacular! Service was superb, regular check-ins and responsive. Atmosphere: good and lively. Decor is a bit European modern which is interesting for a breakfast place. Definitely coming back!

I recently visited Eggtown Breakfast & Lunch and had a delightful experience! I ordered scrambled eggs with American cheese and sausage links, paired with a pumpkin waffle topped with bananas, caramel, and cinnamon. As someone who isn't a huge pumpkin fan, I was pleasantly surprised by how good the waffle was! The sausage links were a nice size and perfectly cooked. The highlight of my visit was the service—my server was incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Plus, the freshly made, cold orange juice was the perfect complement to my meal. I also loved the back wall, which is a fun spot for taking pictures! Overall, a lovely breakfast spot that I’d recommend!
