Nomadic Eats
Still a regular at the food truck - at least once per week. My favorite is the hot chicken rice bowl with collards. Food is always prepared fresh and tastes absolutely amazing. Service is friendly and excellent. My only problem, which is NOT a real problem, is they close in August so Randy can travel to explore other countries and bring back all these new and amazing flavors to enjoy when they reopen in September (can you hear the envy). đ
I loved the cauliflower options this truck has to offer. The rice bowls and the tacos were both extremely fresh and flavourful. very pocket friendly and has nice tables clustered out in the sun.
Fusion 98 Eatery
I love chicken wings. I love all the sauces and different ways you can eat them. I've eaten tens of thousands of chicken wings from spicy enough to hurt you all the way to no seasoning at all. But these wings here.. amazing. Just salt and pepper but the flavor.....the flavor is the best I've ever had. It's like the grease these are fried in has all the flavors of the other foods this place fries. Egg rolls, wontons, etc. You have to try this next time you want wings for a game or get together.. Get the sauce on the side so you can try that too, but try these plain first. Trust me. 10/10
I ordered the salt and pepper wings and the generals chicken combo with lo mein. The wings were crispy and beautifully seasoned with a wonderful spicy kick. The generals chicken wasn't spicy enough for me but was delish. The lo mein was flavorful and used the flat noodles. We will definitely be back!
Cracker Barrel Old Country Store
The layout here is much like most Cracker Barrel Old Country Stores, but the service is a lot faster. We loved our breakfast here, the staff were friendly and attentive. I really like the biscuits here, hot and very fresh. The store portion is also nice with all sorts of souvenirs, toys, gifts and other items.
I always enjoy eating at Cracker Barrel. It's not gourmet but the food is good and the prices are reasonable. Today, I decided to try the French toast, and it was delicious. Instead of syrup, I put honey on mine, and that just took it over the top. I also ordered the chicken sausage, and I wasn't all that impressed. It really had almost no flavor and tasted as though it had been boiled. Sad because it was really pretty to look at. Our server was a doll. He never forgot a thing. Our food came out quickly and was nice and hot. My over medium eggs were cooked perfectly. My other favorite part about CB is their country store. It's nostalgic and fun to shop. They always have interesting items and lots of sweet treats. All in all, Cracker Barrel is always a treat and I always enjoy eating there. * Adding to my original review. I lowered my score to 4 stars due to my visit today. My breakfast was supposed to come with biscuits but I had to wait while they baked them fresh. After I waited (finished my food while waiting) the server brought me cold biscuits. How can they be freshly baked and cold? So, instead of bringing me fresh biscuits she just microwaved them. I'm a cook by profession so of course I knew the biscuits had been microwaved and I told the server. She then offered me toast. Please, don't insult the intelligence of someone by lying and telling me the biscuits were baked fresh. Or does Cracker Barrel bake in cold ovens? đ„¶

HQ Korean BBQ & Hot Pot & Sushi - Pensacola
We recently visited HQ Korean BBQ & Hot Pot in Pensacola for the first time, and we were absolutely blown away! The all-you-can-eat model is amazing, with excellent quality food and delicious meat. Cooking your own meat on the grill is such a fun experience, and they have a huge selection of soups for the hot pot, where you can control your own temperature. We went for lunch and were pleasantly surprised to find out that the lunch price is $10 cheaper on weekdays than the dinner price. If you get there before 3:30 pm, you can take advantage of the lower price, although the lunch menu is a bit more limited compared to dinner. Ordering everything on the touch screen at the table was super convenient, and the food was brought to us very quickly. They do charge $14/lb for any food you waste, but I was told this isnât enforced unless youâre truly wasting a lot of food. The service was excellent, and we will would like to go back again but it is very expensive. It's a great selection of quality of food, but again is very pricey. There is also a two hour limit, which, for the price is kind of limiting. Highly recommend checking it out for a special occasion! **UPDATE** We attempted to go back, and after calculating how much it would have been with the whole family of 4 (3 adults, 1 child) (Approximately $180 with tax/tip), we opted to go elsewhere as although the food is incredible, service, is awesome, and the experience is fun, the price is hard to justify, especially with a couple of kids. They charge adult/child based on height, so a child may have to pay the adult cost if they are tall for their age. I feel this is probably a great place for a couple to go, but if you're bringing a family it gets very expensive.
Tammy took great care of us and helped us through our 1st time there. We had a great time and will definitely go back
Ichiban
This place is a staple of mines for over a decade. When I moved here I searched for a quality sushi bar. This place exceeds my expectations! Tonight, I had the spicy tune roll, house salad w, ginger dressing, miso soup, and green tea. Everything we delicious. My waiter was pleasant.
This place is a scam. Called in a to go order & the manager Naomi had a nasty attitude. I sat & waited on food & when I got it, it wasnât fresh. I ordered a side of fried rice & it was steamed with vegetables thrown in it (no soy sauce), it had no flavor. When I asked if it had truly been fried I was told yes because vegetables were in it & offered yum yum sauce. I ordered a shrimp skewer and it wasnât hot. The only thing that was good was the egg roll. 0 out of 5, do not recommend! The hole in the walls around Pensacola are a lot better.
Pho Pensacola
It is one of the best Vietnamese foods in town. The food looks amazing đ đ and very delicious. I love that option of Sushi đŁ it very fresh and big position. Reasonable price as well. Highly recommended đ đ
Hands Down !! The most AUTHENTIC Thai I have had in a long time. Good Friendly service and good atmosphere. . . With very Tasty Food!!! Doesn't get Much better than this one Pensacola.
Pho Golden Palace Vietnamese Restaurant
Excellent Vietnames restaurant with wonderful servers! I first tried this restaurant about 10 years back, and the quality of food stays the same. They offer vegetarian vegan options too!
Firstly, the staff is so friendly and welcoming! There was never a time where the hostess or waitress did not smile while helping/serving me. I ordered an XL pho and received a very generous portion for a very reasonable price. It was more than I could eat in one sitting with plenty leftover to enjoy later. Authentic and full of flavor!! Iâm contemplating going back before my trip is over it was just that good!
Wako Japanese Cuisine
The rest of the good reviews here donât lie! My boyfriend and I dined in today for the All You Can Eat, paid $20 a person, and had a very enjoyable experience. Shout out to Ben who was a wonderful server - our food was out within minutes between orders (it was almost unbelievable how fast it was). The Dragon, Lover and Rainbow rolls were our favorites. The cucumber salad and miso soup are also worth trying. What they fell short on was the sushi (nigiri), and not because the fish wasnât fresh, but because the sushi rice was warm, so the contrast between warm rice and cold fish wasnât the best. This couldâve been due to the restaurant being busy, though. Nevertheless, everything was delicious and I would recommend it to anybody! :)
Wow, what can I say? Wako Japanese Restaurant in Pensacola offers some of the best sushi Iâve had in a long time. Our server, Ben, truly enhanced our dining experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, walking us through the menu and explaining how the all-you-can-eat sushi worked. My son and I opted for the all-you-can-eat sushi option, which was an absolute delight. This offering included drinks, a variety of appetizers, an endless stream of sushi, and even dessert. Unlike many sushi places where you place an order and then wait for what feels like an eternity, at Wako, the sushi arrived almost instantaneously after ordering. It felt like we were seated next to a conveyor belt of sushi magic. The sushi bar was manned by what I can only describe as an army of sushi ninjas, each diligently crafting perfect rolls and sashimi with incredible speed and precision. The quality and freshness of the sushi were evident in every bite, making it a truly memorable meal. Meanwhile, my wife opted for the hibachi and found it absolutely delicious. To finish our meal, we indulged in the tempura cheesecake for dessert, and it was nothing short of heavenly. The delicate crunch of the tempura coating combined with the creamy, rich cheesecake inside was a symphony of textures and flavors that left us in awe. Overall, Wako Japanese Restaurant exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of exceptional service, high-quality sushi, delicious hibachi, and a divine dessert made for an unforgettable dining adventure. If youâre a sushi lover or a hibachi enthusiast in Pensacola, Wako is an absolute must-visit. And when you go, be sure to ask for Benâhis outstanding service will make your experience even more special. We canât wait to return!
Sake Cafe Pensacola
I had a delightful dining experience at Sake Cafe. I ordered the steak hibachi, which came with a fresh salad and flavorful soup. Additionally, I enjoyed the Dragon Roll, Sake Cafe Roll, Rock n Roll, and Christmas Roll. To conclude the meal, I indulged in tempura ice cream. Despite the bustling atmosphere on a Saturday night, the service was impressively prompt.
Amazing sushi! I travel for work and have been away for a little less than a year. I've had sushi in too many places to count and Sake is in the top 5 places where I've eaten sushi throughout all my travels. My guests had the habachi and loved it! I am pleasantly surprised that the quality has not changed with the new owners. The new owners are a wonderful couple and took the time to speak with me and my guests. I'll be back with family and friends to enjoy the food, the lighthearted and less stressed staff, and the better choice in music!
Sushi Masa Pensacola
Went for a celebratory lunch, what a treat. Did the All U Can Eat Sushi, absolutely delicious, fresh and so worth the $20.95. They also have Teriyaki and non seafood dishes for the land lover. It's a nice variety of items and our waiter Michael was super. We will definitely be back !
Our first time eating there & we ordered the all you can eat sushi. Food was great, service was great! We tried a variety of sushi & sashimi & will definitely be back to try more. Jaron was our server & was very attentive & professional.
Super King Buffet
This is one of the top two Asian buffets in Pensacola, and I often bring people here to eat. The variety of dishes is extensive, offering plenty of options. The reason I didnât give five stars for taste is because, having lived in China for nearly 50 years, I feel the flavors cater more to American preferences. The service is very attentive, and you can enjoy service in Chinese if needed. The atmosphere is also excellent. Overall, itâs a highly recommended place!
I was there letting my granddaughters get food. My past experiences with their food were great. I like most of the food there. We never dine in. We do carry out all the time. Chicken on a stick is my favorite, and I also love the red sauce. I wish I could make some at home.
