Delivery was very fast. The orange chicken was one of the best I’ve had and the rice was also very good. Egg rolls had a beautiful color and crisp. Very good customer service

Best in the area! Seriously a dollar cheaper than the 2 closest other Chinese places. Made to order, always fresh and hot. Beef sticks are big. Sushi is above average and has a variety. Portions are large and easily shareable. Everyone has their favorite but everything is amazing here!

I'm 45. I've lived in several states. I've eaten Chinese food from many, many Chinese restaurants. Panda Express, 6752 Normandy Blvd. Jacksonville Fl. 32205, has THE best orange chicken I have ever eaten in my life! I recommend you to try even if u don't favor the flavor! It will not disappoint!

I ordered the shrimp egg foo young combination meal. The egg roll provided is a pork egg roll. You are charged extra for a shrimp egg roll. The sauce is bland, watery and it contains lumps. In addition, the filling consists of onions, peas and carrots and they are firm. This is one of the worst egg foo young meals I’ve ever eaten. Last week I ordered from another China Wok restaurant in Jville, via Uber Eats, and their shrimp egg foo young meal was delicious. The gravy was darker, thicker and it had more flavor. I will not return to this restaurant and I don’t recommend it to you.

Do not order food from this place without being comfortable with all the failed inspections. Hygiene is terrible. Bathroom is disgustingly filthy and the floor is beyond filth. It’s a real quandary when the food can taste really good and fresh 60% of the time but you may be getting more than you paid for that you didn’t want as part of your order. I keep telling myself the floor and bathroom isn’t the whole story. Update! After a visit from the board of health, these folks cleaned up painted and gave a facelift to the takeout restaurant. They changed and updated a more conscious, cleanliness procedure and prepped and made a very tasty shrimp in Chinese vegetables for me recently. You watch the person who took your order turn around and go and prepare it without washing your hands after handling pens, etc., and they’re still wearing their jewelry, not so good. I looked up the food inspections and holy cow. They just don’t learn. Two or 3 failed inspection since January.

Came in to pickup a DoorDash order and place is looking absolutely disgusting. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Trash sitting on the table when you first walk in, mold growing on the floor where the fish tank is, grime film on the fridge door, not to mention the lady was rude as soon as I walked in told me the order wasn’t ready and to sit down for 5 more minutes and then proceeded to stare me down the entire time I sat there. I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like. I would never eat here or recommend anyone to if they value their health

The lady is so rude told me to go to Winn Dixie because I needed to take a pee after spending 53 dollars on some food and while taking my order she was so rude like my money wasn’t no good or something because I’m white with gold teeth. I wouldn’t spend another dollar with these people. The food wasn’t bad but wasn’t great but the customer service sucked period! They leave the door open if u did decide to eat inside it’s like eating outside. She has no respect and is judgmental. If she isn’t the owner she needs to be fired or put into the kitchen! Kung Pao chicken and fried rice was the order. Plain. Cold and I ordered by phone outside the place. Not even cooked in sauce. Just warmed up in it. Chicken was as if it was boiled in water and then sat for phone to ring before adding to pan with some sauce. If u like plain chicken dipped in sauce, ok your place. Same with vegetable excpcially the celery, straight into the sauce for 2 seconds to get it wet. Like I was earing it out of the frig. Don't get me started on the plain fried rice. I have never heard of such a thing and wasn't asked when I ordered if I wanted plain, veg, chicken or whatever they had. Just got some yellow stale rice, no flavor. My bad should have read the menu better but it was cold also. Try people just try. I don't ever post but this was a waste of 14 bucks

I’m from nyc and this was the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had in my life. The servings had almost no meat, and the “meat” did not seem like real meat. It had a horrible texture, I had to spit most of it out. It was also undercooked. But the dumplings were burnt to a crisp, and also had some interesting “meat” in them. I feel bad for anyone who thinks this is good Chinese food. Please go somewhere else.

One of the only restaurants I've eaten at that has properly cooked their tofu dishes. The tofu is crispy and has a good coating, and they provide the sauce separate so the tofu isn't soggy. Please keep it up!

WH does know their Cantonese American. Can serve up the tradition like their chow mein. Not to be confused with the stir fried noodles, lo mein, which is what you get out west when requesting chow mein. Can recommend chow mein. Hi-ho, werewolves of London.

First time trying them. Probably won't go back. Ordered the Curry Chicken lunch special and wasn't that impressed. Only a few pieces of chicken and a large amount of veggies. And it was really really bland. Hardly any flavor. And it was really hot in there. Door wide open and no air. Just not a good first time experience.

Had the pad Thai with chicken and shrimp, portion size was perfect and the pad Thai was delicious. Even called to show my appreciation for the justice they showed this traditional dish. Perfect for the price and was told 5 minutes and it took only 5 minutes

Yesterday i went to panda express, i always try the plate option and this time I order the bigger plate for more entries and it was a good choice. Its actually better than the plate option. It tasted good and I had more leftover for next time. the workers were nice and this one lady was patient, nice and helpful while I was deciding what entries to pick. Definitely a good place to eat 👍✨️

I got my food via drive thru for the T-Mobile promotion. They really took advantage of the T-Mobile customers just because of the promotion. I had mostly rice on my order. However, the girl at the window was super nice.

My order was super simple and lunch has soda for free. And only one thing I do not like is I placed order in advance, however when I arrived my order was still not ready. I would recommend check on the order status prior to driving to the restaurant. But I would come back to try different food because of the large variety of different items on the menu.

I go there once a week and always have great service, great food and I be all smiles every time. The employees are wonderful mom and pops deliver great service every time. Thanks to them

Glad this Panda Express is finally open! Inside is new, clean and fresh. The little panda statue in the front is cute. Haven’t seen that at other locations. Food was fresh and delicious. I got the bowl with teriyaki chicken. I’ve been to other locations, so this is exactly what I expected. Welcome to regency!

GFirst staff i order teriyaki chicken did not get any teriyaki sauce Then ordered black pepper chicken, and their chicken is literally mush. Their noodles have no seasoning or their rice. I took one bite and decided to go back to the restaurant and get My order returned most disappointing experience I've ever had with panda. Staff was great but food needs improvement.

My husband and I come here every Friday for dinner! We have yet to find a menu item we didn’t like. The main waiter, Donald is a character and makes the dining experience fun while servicing all tables quickly and accurately. We love bringing people here and recommend this place to anyone who love Asian cuisine. Plenty of options to choose from.. best dim sum in Jax!

Because of Easter it was one open dim sum place on our way home. Restaurant looks pretty nice, food was delicious. I liked the most baked pork bun, pineapple and egg custard bun and next one my favourite is pork and shrimp shumai. And my boyfriend also enjoyed the pineapple bun the most. He wouldn’t recommend the beef short rib since it was chewy. The server was timely and very helpful. Table was not properly set up since we only had one napkin and one chopstick for 2 people. And restroom had super dirty mirrors.
