Went for lunch Monday march 17th around 11 or 12pm today and the sides were just not good at all the chow mein was very dry and a super light color other parts were darker than the rest it’s usually the same color throughout I come here a lot and it’s never been this bad I’m not sure what was different today but something was very off there were very large chunks of egg in the fried rice usually they are very small pieces I’m not sure if this location has a new cook but I’m really hoping it’s better next time. Other than the food the ladies who made my plate and the lady who checked me out were all very nice. I’m satisfied with the service I received today but not the side items for my food !

My son husband and I came to panda on 23rd street in Panama city today at 142pm we spent over $40 and delt with a very rude cashier/ expediter (Kat) she acted like some one s*** in her Cheerios this morning- she was horrible to deal with- throwing the metal food trays down into the service line and her attitude from the moment we walked in made us want to eat elsewhere- how hard can your job possibly be that your taking it out on paying customer? Bottom line she needs to be replaced - food was fantastic though! It would be a 5 star review of Kat didn't screw that up with her bad attitude

2023-May, party of 5. Still the same review. Nothing changed from my last review. The lady waitress/staff seems to try to give a better service. Food was tasty. Bon Appétit 😋 ------------------------------------ 2023-July, party of 4. We arrived around 8 pm on a Sunday. There were lots of parking spaces. There were only a few people when we arrived. We seated ourselves. We grabbed a paper menu at the counter and ordered at the counter. The prices were reasonable. The time it took from order to table was decent. The food was hit or miss. We ordered sweet & sour chicken, BBQ spare ribs, shrimp in lobster sauce (that they completely messed up and brought us something else), and beef & broccoli. The only thing delicious was the BBQ spare ribs. The rest needs some flavor. They gave us plastic cups to pour our own water from a jug. The only service we received was when they brought our food to our table. The plastic utensils were so thin that the fork doesn't do anything. See photo. Bon Appétit!

This was the worst Chinese food I've ever had!!! The pork fried rice was a dry yellow rice with unedible pieces of pork. The egg roll wasn't quite as bad. They may have Friday twice to reheat it. It had a funky flavor. The lo mein noodles were edible But Not Great by any means. Just don't go!!! Couldn't get a picture fast enough before my wife threw it in the trash.

Google makes you put at least one star to post a review. I don’t think this place deserves even that, there was hardly no vegetables in any of my food. The food was not good at all. They were not even busy the so called crab Rangoon is a joke so small it’s ridiculous. The red sweet-and-sour sauce taste like it came exactly from a Tin can. It was tasting like a metallic taste or tin , It was disgusting and bitter. The rice didn’t hardly have any vegetables in it, and it was bland. There was two pieces of broccoli and my general so and it was so small. I have pictures. General too has 2 pieces of broccoli it was so disgusting tasting. I will not be back the rice could’ve been sautéed in the wok as well. The grilled chicken I’m not even sure if it was real chicken yuck egg rolls small. And employees not friendly.

I want to emphasize that on February 19th at 2:00 PM, which is peak rush hour for people getting off work, there was only one server in the entire restaurant, aside from the blue-haired bartender who refused to assist her. Kayla, the server, handled an incredibly challenging situation with grace and professionalism, keeping us informed and ensuring that we remained satisfied despite the circumstances. She is by far the best server we’ve encountered and truly deserves recognition for her efforts in dealing with the chaos of the day. Thank you, Kayla, for your outstanding service, and I sincerely apologize for the BS you had to deal with today.

We had a great dining experience last night. Was greeted as soon as we walked in the door and was seated. Our server Daniel was the best everything was correct when we received food and drinks, Daniel was the nicest server we have had the this location in a long time keep up the good work!

I recently had the best fish sandwich I've ever tasted, and I just have to share my experience! From the moment I took my first bite, I was blown away by the freshness of the fish. It was perfectly cooked, flaky, and had a deliciously crispy batter that added the right amount of crunch. The sandwich was generously topped with fresh lettuce and a tangy tartar sauce that complemented the fish beautifully. The bun was soft and toasted to perfection, holding everything together without falling apart. Each bite was a delightful combination of flavors and textures that left me wanting more. If you're a fan of fish sandwiches, you absolutely have to try this one. It's a game-changer! I can't wait to go back and enjoy it again. Highly recommend! Shoutout to Kayla, the awesome bartender, for the entree recommendation!

The restaurant was quiet and only one other table. I know it’s off season. The server was fantastic. Very friendly quick and attentive. I had calamari for app. It was ok. The texture and crunch was great. Flavor was just ok. Needed salt and some brightness. The sauce was heavy dark thick and lacking flavor also. Now the crab legs…..0 complaining. They were flavorful, hot, fresh, exactly what I was looking for, and didn’t even need the butter. Absolutely delicious! Lastly….the hushpuppies….these are more of a dessert. So good you just want to savor them. These could become dangerous. So delicious! Great job!

I had the Black Garlic Ramen and Philly cheesesteak egg rolls to go. The ramen was absolutely delish! I added extra noodles and got 2 meals out of it and could have made it 3. The egg rolls were mediocre and pricey for only receiving 2 of them. My friend had the tonkotsu ramen and really enjoyed it as well. Service was friendly and fast. Would definitely come back and will miss it when I go home!

I really wanted to like this, but it just wasn't that good. The takoyaki was really gummy and bland. The octopus inside was very chewy. My spicy miso ramen was very 1 note on the flavor and the noodles were really overcooked and mushy. Mine was a to go order, so it definitely wasn't because it sat in the broth too long because I combined them at the hotel. The service was very good and I hate to score it so low, but that was a lot of money for mediocre food.

We just did a take out. Order large size of 2 pepper steak, shrimp fried rice and a BBQ ribs. We paid $63. The worse pepper steak we ever had. Looks like half a pepper, maybe 3 ounces of meat, far too many onions. At least a cup and a half. No carrots or other veggie that most places use. The fried rice? The shrimp was an after thought. BBQ ribs were over done and definitely not tenderized. Very disappointed. We won't be back.

This is my favorite Asian place in the Panama City area. Don't confuse this with any of the other China Woks in Bay County. They aren't affiliated. I have always been satisfied with the food and service from this location.

Best thing was my glass of wine. Service was good but we got there they were not busy. Closed at 10 but buffet some things were very low at 730. I did enjoy the noodles and pepper steak.The soup was warm not hot, egg rolls were lacking. Possible would be better at lunch???When we come back To pcb this fall or next year this will not be on my list to go back.

Food was cold, did not taste good at all. We had lo mein (it was Luke warm), fried rice was cold and had a chemical taste to it, the sesame chicken was stringy and rubbery, hard to chew. Deserts were tasteless. The missing food on plate was all I could stomach before leaving. 18.95 for it.

Food was great! Sushi was very good! Fried rice was excellent. Restaurant could use an update but it was clean. Servers were polite and pleasant. We ate at 10:30pm and were pleasantly surprised at being able to find good food so late at night.

I was in the mood for chinese so I ordered delivery from here last night. It was awful. My shrimp Mei fun was No fun. It was all noodles except 8 small rubbery shrimp, a pinch of veggies, and lots of salt. All you could taste was salt. The hot and sour soup had a wierd flavor, and the egg drop soup was just OK. I didn't eat it and ordered pizza.

Honestly not once have I enjoyed eating at this location. I live 2 miles from it. I wish it was better. My last 4 times here have been terrible. The rice was not edible once out of 4 TIMES. Only one piece of pineapple twice. On 2 separate times the chicken and beef were too hard to eat. Burnt meat. I always order a plate. I go through the drive through. Get home and twice it’s been only one serving of what I ordered. I decided to go back tonight and go in the lobby to order. I told him last time I ordered I only got one piece of pineapple and the rice wasn’t cooked. Could he make sure I get enough pineapple and he informed me that he could not do that. I told him that the last four times I ordered here were all terrible experiences. He said he could not do it. It is your job to make your customers happy. DO YOUR JOB. Give me the right amount of pineapple. There was literally no one in there.No one likes your location. Everyone I know complains about it and prefers the23rd location. You guys are the worst and it sucks because the sweet fire chicken is good. There’s no point in complaining to the company because you get a measly little box of whatever you ordered and its like 3 bites. It’s a joke. A slap in the face. I am never ever going to Panda Express again. I will make it myself at home from now on. I used to treat myself to Sweet fire chicken once a wee. It was the only time I ate out. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.Chipotle down the road is good and they will give you what you ask for.

Food was really amazing and fresh but the service at this location is like pulling teeth if you have a question about something or ask for anything. Go for the quality panda food that you love but be prepared for low quality service.

We were hesitant to go because this restaurant only has 3.3 stars. So glad we went, the buffet selection was great they had a little bit of everything including sushi. The service was great, very quick to remove our finished plates and kept our drinks full. Our waitress gave us our check and made sure that we knew that we could stay as long as we wanted.

The dumplings I ordered weren't done. The worst part is tht I couldn't even return them cuz I was on my way home. I just work down there. The dow was raw. $10 dollars wasted . Thy never used to be so bad. Are thy under a new owner?
