The person on the phone ( I think it was a woman) hung up on me twice, two times in a row. I have to leave this review here, bruh, because I don't know where all of these positive ratings are coming from. And mind you, this was after the last order where I experienced a small episode of food poisoning from their delivery hours after. That was one of the rudest experiences I had with a business, if not the worst, and that's cool. But to be honest, you can be rude to me, but don't say that after you have your way with me I shouldn't believe your joint should be broken down with a wrecking ball and have the entire debris ground up to a fine powder; and I went back to give you a second chance looking for a cheap meal after you gave me food poisoning? Nah, I'm good. That place is trash. So if I could, I would give 0 stars overall, but food is great . And food quality for all intensive purposes deserves a 3+ rating by the food poisoning experience drags it down to 2 star rating.

The reviews about bad customer service were right. They are not professional nor friendly. The person who took my order on the phone and rang me out came across as if they didn't want my business. However this first impression with the food has left a good taste in my mouth. The food was cooked well, which is the bare minimum recently. But in the pork fried rice they had pieces of onions, and sprouts, that most Chinese restaurants seem to omit now. The pork looked and tasted thoroughly cooked which is also too much to ask of other Chinese places recently. And it had nice fresh crisp broccoli gently steamed and put on top. And the egg roll is the first one in norwalk that I could eat the whole thing without duck sauce. I'm not going to say I'm impressed, however reading the comments its not only surpassed my expectations it raised the bar back up. I was starting to settle for less but if they consistently give good food then they may have a repeat customer. Side note the look of the storefront is offputting but I didn't see any dramatic servsafe violations in the kitchen. So buyer beware.

For the price & the convenience I think this place deserve better ratings, I had the beef lo mein, spring and shrimp rolls, 2 can sodas for less than $20 at almost midnight!! taste pretty good

Great shrimp with snow peas. Perfect size (offering small and large) with a good # of shrimp in each portion. I also enjoy the shrimp egg rolls (every week). It's primarily a take-out place and busy on weekends!

China Moon is a "New York Style" takeout restaurant that literally looks, feels, and tastes like it was lifted from NYC and placed in Norwalk. The outside and the inside don't look great, but the food is awesome. The restaurant even has those faded, backlit menu pics, a staple of NYC takeout restaurants. Compared to other Chinese restaurants, China Moon is definitely on the cheaper side, but the food is "bussin" as the kids say. Order any othe classics like General Tso's, Sesame, Orange, etc and you will get the desired crispy outside and juicy inside. The soups are great too, and all the food is prepared quickly by the friendly staff. Keep in mind this is NOT your high end, gourmet style place, but if you are craving something quick, cheap and delicious, China Moon is your spot!

I wasn't so sure about this place when I first tried it...... But I have to say some of the noodle dishes are very good..... The prices are very reasonable..... They deliver super fast..... The steamed vegetable dumplings I really didn't like that much..... they were pretty doughie..... But the chicken fried rice with vegetables is very good and for $10 you get a whole large order for takeout....... I definitely would recommend.... You might have to overlook the ordering process a little........lo Mein was very tasty..noodles were good

The food is consistently delicious, and the quality never disappoints. The warm and attentive service from the chef, staff, and owners - Suresh and Siva, makes every visit special. They truly go above and beyond to ensure we have a memorable dining experience. Highly recommended!

Save your money, this place is disgusting. They do not give you fresh food they reheat the prior days food and try to pass it on. When I called to tell them how disappointed I was the owner argumentivly explained that all places warm up the day prior food and resell. I told him people order thinking they are getting fresh food in my case wings that you can Cleary tell they were reheated and his response was I'm not getting my refund! Hense that's not why I called and I stated most people go on their lunch breaks they don't have time to go back I'm simply calling as a dissatisfied customer and their response, like their food was disappointing. The food is always very good there, I usually have pork fried rice or chicken fried rice with an egg roll and the boneless pork ribs are always delicious, parking in the back of the restaurant or pay parking meters in the front.

I've gotten take out from Fortune Cookie a few times and can safely say the food is consistently good. They prepare the meals rather quickly, lunch specials are fairly priced and filling. I love their egg rolls and general tsaos chicken. Highly recommend for Chinese take out lunch or dinner.

One of my fav Chinese spots since a kid. Everything here don’t miss. Shrimp and garlic sauce special probably my fav. Their chicken wings are solid, tofu and broccoli also a hit. I think they got good eggplant too, so vegetarian options are up here.

This has got to be the WORST Jamaican food I’ve ever had. I ordered the Jerk Chicken meal and was highly disappointed. The chicken wasn’t even jerk, just browned and extremely salty. No jerk seasoning whatsoever. The cabbage was watery and flavorless, along with the rice and peas. Are there even Jamaicans in the kitchen?! Avoid at all cost! Go to New York if you want Jamaican food because this wasn’t authentic at all. 0 stars.

I come often for lunch special. All the food I have tried here was delicious. Especially jerk chicken, chicken stew and curry chicken. Good portions.

Feel good delicious food every time. I ordered matzo ball soup, and rice pudding to be delivered (on Christmas Eve right before closing) to my dad after a stint in the hospital. They were so kind and delivered right on time! He was thrilled. The perfect healing meal. I’m so grateful 😊

Holy Cow! Eat here. It’s an amazing deli. Fresh. Well executed. Pickles are insanely delicious. The home made chips to DIE FOR. And the best part is……. They are gluten free friendly.

This is a dirty restaurant. I ordered for delivery and while I was eating, I bit into a piece of wire. Then, I called to notify them of the finding, and the staff could not understand English and do not speak English. I should've checked the reviews and I realized this restaurant has terrible reviews/rating. I was told their daughter will call back to help assist with my refund and they never called me back. I do not recommend this establishment to anybody.

Pregnant Wife was craving a baked potato and a pizza. Julian had just the madlad combo she was craving. We have ordered 5 different times now from here and believe it's the best delivery pizza in Monroe hands down.

Julian's pizza is excellent / unique, with thin cinged crust due to the wood firing. If you're doing takeout however, you must treat the pizza right before you get it home. I make sure I'm there on time and that I slightly open the boxes for the trip home. This is to prevent steaming from ruining the unique, thin cinged crust of the pizza.

What are you fantastic experience and such good food. I love the live music on Friday nights staff is always so nice management and the owner are also great. The food is so yummy and they have specials every week. You will want to check this place out I 100% recommend ordering the Italian calamari it is out of this world, the garlic Parmesan wings are also fantastic. You can’t go wrong whether you order a bunch of appetizers as your main or go light on the appetizers and order one of their delicious main courses. Don’t sleep on the desert either there’s something for everyone.
