China Inn Restaurant
Honestly the best restaurant I've been to this year, the staff were really nice and the food was really good
The service is very bad, the employee is very rude, she treats the customers as if she didn't want them to be customers. They charge $4 to sit down. The portions are small. The place is dark and unhygienic.
Panda Express
Love Chinese fast food, until they mess up your order. I ordered 1 Plate with white rice. Got home i have fried rice with vegetables. So disappointing. & They were not that busy.
I brought my daughter her awhile ago because she loves Chinese food. We found a large black hair in her food and just let them know without asking for anything in return. Today I tried them again. This time I got a platter and was served the last little bit of a batch of fried rice that wasn't even enough for a serving so I asked for a small scoop of the new batch that was brought out and was told I would have to buy a large container full when all I wanted was a small scoop of the fresh rice. I won't be eating here again.
Panda Express
I spent $3 extra for the beyond orange chicken with my plate, and there were only 11 pieces. I've ordered this many times in the past and I know for a fact they underserved it. This was an order for delivery, and when I called they told me to come to the store with the receipt to replace the food. I told the lady on the phone that this was a delivery order and the response I received was, "when you have time to come to the store, come by with the receipt and we'll replace the food." Absolutely insane. I predict 2 things: 1. The worker that made the order didn't properly scoop it. Or 2. (Most likely) They didn't have enough of the beyond Orange Chicken prepared and decided to give me less than what I paid for. I paid $3 extra dollars because it's a "premium item" and the amount I received isn't worth the extra $1.50 surcharge that premium items get, let alone $3. I'm so done with this location. To the manager/franchise owner: you need to do better. I've had past orders cancelled. I've had multiple orders be incorrect. I've had orders in which it was obvious that the food was sitting out longer than your own policy allows. This location is terrible. They'll serve you orders that are missing items. They'll send old and cold food. They'll take extra money from you while giving you less than you would've gotten for getting non-premium items. I have spent far more money on this location than I care to admit, but I'm fed up with it. I'm done giving another cent and will patronize other locations, if not entirely stopping patronizing Panda Express entirely. I've worked in multiple types of fast food and I never allowed myself to provide such terrible service. I don't know what it is about Colorado, but I've learned that food workers in this state, whether it's fast food or restaurants, are just the worst. I've been to half the country and I've never experienced such consistently terrible food service experiences as I've experienced in this state. Go to a different location or find some local Chinese restaurant that won't serve you old, incorrect, or smaller proportions than you've paid for. 0 stars. Waste of time and money.
I decided to come here with my kids since it was the closest to the butterfly pavilion, and all your main entrees were old, not a single thing looked fresh! The first person told me it would be 10-15 minutes for fresh teriyaki then the actual manager tells me it’s a 20 minute wait… can we all get on the same page! You guys really need to change your policies to toss out old food instead of trying to serve that. Put some fresh food out!!!!!
Panda Buffet
great service. food is warm and good. yall tripping with the 1 star review. no issues here and im from California.
So far it's pretty legit. Don't know where the 1 star reviews are complaining about. Ate a lot and will come back whenever I'm back from Overseas.
Panda Express
Just ordered a bowl and some cream cheese rangoons, the service was fine but when i had already ate the bowl i went for a rangoon to see that it had a FRIED SPIDER in the crevice. clearly cooked with the rangoon and dead in my food. i had almost mistaken it for burnt food and now im trying not to throw up what i already ate.
So this location apparently does not give napkins in the drive thru. The only option is A) The single folded napkin that comes in their shrink wrapped plasticware (which I'm not going to use because I prefer chopsticks), or B) I can go inside and grab napkins myself from their napkin dispenser. This comes straight from their manager Isaias. They would rather waste plasticware and hand me several of those, rather than just hand me some napkins. Make this make sense somehow. A ridiculous waste and inconvenience. I spent $30 on food, we're going to make a mess!
Dim Sum Bistro
Ordered delivery from here, and the food is pretty good. The sizes of those dim sums are pretty big portions, and they taste great. I got the Jumbo pork and shrimp dumplings and the pork and shrimp Shumai, and they are delicious. I also got the Hunan Chicken and rice, It was a little different from what I am used to. Usually, they come with broth but not in from this place, and also, the rice was a little mushy, but maybe because it was delivered and not dine in. Overall, I really like the dim sums in this place.
Accepts credit card for a 3% charge. Typical mall food ( taste and quality) so place is like 2.5 stars. The food wasn't piping hot as most of it was precooked and under a heat lamp. Have to ask for utensil and napkins. There isn't much food choices in this mall. Staff speaks Cantonese, vietnamese and English.
Jackie Chan Chinese Kitchen
Ordered via uber eats. Was charged $57.95 plus 17% tip for delivery person. On the receipt when it came, said $50.85. There was a hair in my partners general tso’s chicken, the egg rolls were room temperature and not very good. In fact most of the items were bland, and all other items were just slightly warm. The tofu breading/fried part fell off each piece of tofu for my dish as well. Pics attached of hair in food and different order charges. Order was also placed at 4:03, delivery time via the app said 15-25 minutes and it didn’t arrive until 4:51.
Order fast, but I went yesterday and before the remodel A couple years ago it was good. I don’t know what they did to the food, The rice was overcooked. The beef and broccoli sauce was kind of gooey. I don’t like to write bad reviews, but I’ve been so sick and I got food poisoning so hopefully this review will help them to do their food better for their customers. I will never go there again I got the beef and broccoli combo with fried rice. Spent like 40 bucks for two meals and got sick at the end.
