Panda Express
Way pricer than other panda express No military star 10% doscount And there is tax I paid $15 for what Id pay $10 without military star discount in other places. They should let people know that they are not associated with military star card!!!!!!
Just don’t even waste your time coming here. I ordered gift cards for here and they don’t accept any. Went to get food there yesterday and they didn’t have any teriyaki chicken when that’s all I came for due to “equipment issues.” Half the options they normally had were not available to get. I asked the girl why they don’t accept gift cards and she said we never do we rent this space so we can’t which made absolutely no sense to me.
Panda Wok
I ordered from them last night and three orders of my chicken were raw and undercooked. the other chicken tasted like it was re fried and the egg rolls tasted like grease.
Recently moved to the area and was craving some Chinese food. Ordered Chicken lo mien, Kung Pao chicken with rice, dumplings, and hot and sour soup. The Chicken Lo Mien was okay. Nothing more nor less. Kung Pao chicken was just bland and the vegetables tasted frozen. It was also mostly vegetables and peanuts. The dumplings were honestly my favorite part of everything we ordered, but I don’t even think they were made in house. The hot and sour soup was completely flavorless. I had to add salt and hot sauce to even taste anything. Probably won’t be coming back.
Grand Buffet of Leray Inc
Nice! Me and my family have been coming to this Chinese buffet for years and we always had a nice time. I LOVE Chinese buffets and eat at them every now and then and this is a pretty good one. The food is standard Chinese buffet fare with sweet and sour chicken, egg rolls, spring rolls, lo main, some sushi, vegetable fried rice, beef and broccoli and many chicken dishes in various sauces. As a chicken lover these buffets are heaven. The food is great! Taking consideration that it is a buffet and not crazy expensive so I'm not expecting top quality stuff, I'm just looking for something that tastes good and this places delivers every time. Also the service is very nice too. The wait staff and even the managers if I think I encountered them at the front desk have always been chill and nice. No negative experience to think of. I understand that not everyone will have a nice experience at places but I always enjoyed myself here and while it's not my favorite Chinese buffet it's a pretty good one and unlike my favorite Chinese buffet, this one and the one in Watertown have walnut chicken which is so delicious. I like this place:)
Good spot to catch a good fill for the day. What leaves me short 2 stars is just common stuff when it comes to Buffets is the quality of the food and the atmosphere of the location because it seems it needs a bit of a update. Other than that everything else was good togo. Pricing was good too for what its worth.
2000 Chinese Restaurant
Worst place ever I got a delivery from; I called and ordered a large ***Lobster lo mei**** and instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding they decided to argued we the consumer who ordered the food about what they misunderstood for *****House Special lo mie***** which are too Completely different things highly disappointed a customer has and deal with an argument about what they called and ordered
Spent $60 on dinner tonight , WORTH EVERY PENNY . Very large portions and fast delivery. Best Chinese food on this side of Watertown for sure . The only complaint I would have is that the egg rolls could have been a bit crispier .
Panda Express
I spent $3 extra for the beyond orange chicken with my plate, and there were only 11 pieces. I've ordered this many times in the past and I know for a fact they underserved it. This was an order for delivery, and when I called they told me to come to the store with the receipt to replace the food. I told the lady on the phone that this was a delivery order and the response I received was, "when you have time to come to the store, come by with the receipt and we'll replace the food." Absolutely insane. I predict 2 things: 1. The worker that made the order didn't properly scoop it. Or 2. (Most likely) They didn't have enough of the beyond Orange Chicken prepared and decided to give me less than what I paid for. I paid $3 extra dollars because it's a "premium item" and the amount I received isn't worth the extra $1.50 surcharge that premium items get, let alone $3. I'm so done with this location. To the manager/franchise owner: you need to do better. I've had past orders cancelled. I've had multiple orders be incorrect. I've had orders in which it was obvious that the food was sitting out longer than your own policy allows. This location is terrible. They'll serve you orders that are missing items. They'll send old and cold food. They'll take extra money from you while giving you less than you would've gotten for getting non-premium items. I have spent far more money on this location than I care to admit, but I'm fed up with it. I'm done giving another cent and will patronize other locations, if not entirely stopping patronizing Panda Express entirely. I've worked in multiple types of fast food and I never allowed myself to provide such terrible service. I don't know what it is about Colorado, but I've learned that food workers in this state, whether it's fast food or restaurants, are just the worst. I've been to half the country and I've never experienced such consistently terrible food service experiences as I've experienced in this state. Go to a different location or find some local Chinese restaurant that won't serve you old, incorrect, or smaller proportions than you've paid for. 0 stars. Waste of time and money.
I decided to come here with my kids since it was the closest to the butterfly pavilion, and all your main entrees were old, not a single thing looked fresh! The first person told me it would be 10-15 minutes for fresh teriyaki then the actual manager tells me it’s a 20 minute wait… can we all get on the same page! You guys really need to change your policies to toss out old food instead of trying to serve that. Put some fresh food out!!!!!
Golden Dragon Restaurant
Golden Dragon is the best Chinese Food takeout or dine in for Asian food in town. The vegetables are cooked to perfection and everything tastes so good. The owners are very nice also. Thank you for making good Chinese food so I don't have to.
We order delivery. Always fast. Always good. Best chinese in town.
China Wok
My mom and I came in for a dine-in. The same girl we see was so rude. The food is really good but we will never dine in again. The bill came to $9.81 and I gave her a 20 and I guess she didn't like that so she asked if I had a 10 after rolling her eyes. This is not the first time she has been like this. This is no way to treat a customer. If you don't want to work then don't work. Or at least don't work with the public with that attitude. I would have given a minus star if I could have.
The lady was very obviously annoyed that we came in an hour before closing. She wouldn't accommodate requests and was rude in answering questions. I finally decided on Sweet and sour chicken and the chicken was overcooked and the sauce was flavorless. We definitely will not be back. The restaurant could have been cleaner. The mirror was only cleaned as far as anyone could reach. The plastic ware was by the door uncovered. I could go on and on but I'm sure you get my point. Very unsatisfied. The chicken also tasted like the grease needed to be changed.
Chinese Buffet
We all know things have been slow at the Chinese buffet but great news, the full buffet is back now. Real plates again, nice packaging for the to go buffet. Hope people go back and give it another shot. Everything was absolutely perfect when I stopped today. It was that amazing taste I remember fondly over the years. The staff is always so friendly. To management: Best of luck to you all with opening the full buffet again. Hope to see you able to build back to your full potential, cause when your customer count is up and the food is at its freshest, it’s some of the best around.
The food quality is very good for the price. The chicken is better quality than I have eaten in other Chinese restaurants. I really like the honey chicken that is in a white sauce which is coconut milk.
China Garden
Decided to try since my car broke down and it’s in walking distance. And hands down the best coconut chicken I’ve ever had. My boyfriend absolutely loved their chicken with cashew nuts as well. 10/10 recommend. From their quality. Quickness. And price. Definitely one of the best places downtown.
i ordered thinking it was going to be like most chinese places and not be very good. i was wrong, the rice was cooked to perfection and the beef was so flavorful. plus the broccoli was steamed correctly. also the flavor of the sauce was amazing. and kind service from the young lady inside.
Panda Garden
Not good, very disappointing. Stopped in for my first time tonight, 1. Told on the phone to pay cash, I get it, but maybe I didn’t have cash? 2. Tells me take out is 25-30, they call me 15 minutes later 3 times to let me know to come get my food, bizarre 3. $24.00 for one order of crab Rangoon and General Tso’s, very pricey for take out 4. Disappointing food, fatty chicken, flavorless fried rice, unflavored sauce. Honestly dampened my evening and left with me major regret for wasting my money. I considered if this was my fault, maybe I ordered too close to close? I called in at 8:50 but Google lists theirs closing time at 10. An hour or more is usually my window of acceptable closing time etiquette, especially for a weekend night.
Food was bland and overpriced. Passion seems to have gone out of the place. Really hope they find it again. We'd love to make this our go-to Chinese place. It's in a super convenient location.
New China
I thought nasty place and food because of the reviews but this is better than DC or Any other place as a customer I must provide the correct information about places like that everything is ok this please awesome thank you so much.keep it up.
Horrible. We have tried it several times in the last 5 years. Never again. It made us so sick last time. The food tastes like old grease. The rice is dry. The place is dirty. The staff is rude. They keep their children in the restaurant. And what is up with the old broken down jeep on jack stands? That thing has been in the parking lot for YEARS!!! Just shows they don't care. They never bothered to plow or shovel after the last snow. Ice was everywhere. I hope the health department shuts this nasty place down.
Great Wall
If you order food here, I would get: chicken wings NOT as a lunch order, but by themselves. The lunch order of chicken wings comes with pork fried rice that is cold, dry, and lacking in flavor. The wonton soup tasted decent. The egg rolls are pretty good. Fried scallops were good. I would not get the beef and broccoli because it comes with the same pork fried rice. The beef itself okay, but I wouldn't say high points for the broccoli. Also if you order the wonton appetizer, expect bland, hard overcooked wontons. Definitely a hit or miss for ordering. Not worth the money to me.
Have been getting food from here for years ,yesterday’s food was ill prepared, the vegetables were cut up in huge chunks, the Hot and Sour soup was so hot with red pepper was not fit to eat ,rice was so dry hard to eat. The ribs had no meat on them and very little sauce, the Pepper steak was eatable but again the vegetables were cut so large you had to cut them up before putting in your mouth same with the onions at one point the onion piece was a quarter of a small onion. Sad to say will not order from here again! I guess it has changed hands. So sad was a great restaurant at one time .
