I had lunch here, in restaurant. The service was great honestly. The server was quick and friendly l. Our food came out really fast and everything was really fresh. I got the fried rice combo meal. It came with wantons, and which was great. It also came with spring rolls. They were warm and crispy but not to my taste. We got the dumplings also which were good but very light. Overall great experience!

Hands down the best Chinese food I have ever had!! Went safe with my usual chicken low mein and WOW the flavor was AMAZING!!!! Service was so quick and staff is very friendly! Will be making this a regular stop when we are in town!

Gene and Kate were incredibly kind to my kids and I. I love their smiles and generous nature. They served us a large portion of food, and were generous with the fortune cookies. Gene even offered my kids some cinnamon apple dessert rolls. It is a great location and we are blessed every time we visit! Great food and people!!

Update: Soooo the last review is still current. They need to work on not overcooking the rice and making it so dry. But again the meats are good. And for those that wanna try something new, know that they nolonger allow samples. So choose your food wisely. Hopefully you don’t waste your money on something nasty to your tastes. Another thing I wanna add is they need to wear better head bands or nets. I called to tell them that they had hair in my bowl and they just brushed me off and hung up. And as a result, I will never be going there again. Yeah... rice was dry and only good thing was most of the meats.

Pandas orange chicken is the best I've had anywhere so far! Also, basically, everything there is also delicious. What can I say? The only reason I can't leave a 5 star is not because of quality, It's because of quantity for the price. Again, this isn't a negative review. it's just an honest one.

What kind of customer/line service are you running? Do customers need to physically open their online orders to make sure they're accurate? Ordered a full plate with appetizer and get a half empty box of rice. And only 2 out of 3 rangoons. Train your people better. Unacceptable

They just piled my food in a try that is made to separate the items I ordered. They put beef and broccoli at the bottom and piled Kung pao chicken on top. It was pig slop as the person whom prepared it saw fit to display it as so.

Went to this location on April 29th 2025. While I was there I watched the server mix new batch of food with old food. It seemed a little odd to me. I don't know food service rules that well but I just find that is odd. I thought nothing of it and I ordered my food. 4 bites into my meal it made me sick and throw up. I now have major indigestion and feel horrible. I'm assuming that the steak and shrimp I got was also mixed with old steak and shrimp. Not even the fountain soda tasted good. I can tell they have the syrup turn down probably to save money. Do yourself a favor stay healthy and do not eat at this location.

It is hard to leave an unpleasant review when you know that the staff works really hard and gives a very generous portion of food. However, the food was bad in a lot of ways. The lo-mein noodles were stiff and chewy and extremely salty. The sweet and sour chicken actually tasted off and was not eaten after a first bite out of caution. The rice was actually under cooked which you rarely come across and the table tops were sticky. I did like the soup, even though it had the same stiff noodles as the lo-mein, and the spring roll and chicken wing were good.

Yum! I was happy to have found a delicious, decently priced Chinese restaurant near our new place. We’ve had their Yakatori, Sweet and sour chicken, egg drop soup (which when you dine in you get a side of the crisp noodles to put on top/ in the soup), egg rolls, crab cheese wontons and orange chicken. All were tasty and great size on the portions. I’m not even a fan of orange chicken but theirs actually impressed my taste buds! The Jasmine tea was hot and yummy but can you really do tea wrong lol. Dined in once and had them delivered once (their delivery fee seemed a little insane so I used Uber eats) Both were great, pleasurable experiences with yummy hot food. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a Chinese restaurant that hits the spot. So far we have been very impressed and will be back ourselves to sample other menu items. The service was fine, nothing to write home about, no complaints either. Just right.

OMG, the new owner was so gregarious. Food wonderful. Everything was beautifully prepared and served artistically. I'm definitely going to dine there again.

We brought our family there tonight! We heard awesome things and guess what the food, atmosphere, service did not disappoint! Food was absolutely delicious!! Every dish was super flavorful and wanted more! We had Chinese food and Japanese sushi! Each dish was super good! Every single person in our group loved the variety of dishes! We also had their Boba and tea drinks and they were 10 out of 10!! Try the Godzilla sushi and the dragon rolls! On the Chinese side there Coal Mine Dragon shrimp was too die for!! That shrimp is on another level of goodness!!! Portion size was great and service was super friendly! Our family had an amazing time! If you never tried this place your missing out on the best Chinese/Japanese fusion in Colorado Springs!!!! Just go and go now!!! You won't look for another after trying this restaurant!!! This place was awful! 1/10. We are visiting and several people referred us here. It’s another place we heard was good right at the corner of where we’re staying and we were told by many to go here instead. For days we wanted to order and finally did and we were extremely disappointed. The combination rice was average. The Mongolian beef had great flavor but the meat was so soggy and soft. The real issue was the orange chicken and the shrimp eggfoo young. They were both awful! Horrible! The egg foo young was unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. I’ve had that many places and never seen it look deep fried in heavy flour or something. It was dry and hard as a biscuit. And it had nothing to do with the sauce being on the side. Every takeout put the sauce on the side. It was disgusting. The orange chicken had to be days old. It was not fresh and you could taste that it had been warmed up. So extremely disappointed. $70 for disgusting food

Incompetent woman at the front messed up my order, and charged me for the previous patrons tab. Food was mid, below mid. And their Mongolian beef is simply, incorrect. There was no celery. This place is a joke. Pretty sure there is better china food in the springs within a mile. But no, no, I would not recommend. Also my card was charged 2x. Larry Southfield

Service was good, lots of people working in the kitchen. Not busy at lunch, nice spot for a quick Chinese take away.

I like the fact that they always taste the same at each store. Love how you can watch the food being cooked right there

Overall this Panda really surprised me, I ordered using the Panda Express App and got my food very fast during lunch rush. The food was fresh and hot….most panda’s fail at this…this is my fourth time going to this panda in the last 2 months and it has been consistently good! I don’t understand the bad reviews. Best parts of my meal: Hot Orange chicken - 8/10 (keep this on the menu) Chefs special - 9/10 this was incredible! Can’t believe this was from Panda Express tbr.

AVOID THIS LOCATION. FOOD POISONING 5/3/25. Ordered pickup the latter half of the day. I have been in serious pain for 12 hours and was unable to go into work. 3 of the hours the pain was so bad i considered an ambulance... I know I handled the food safely on my end. I WILL NEVER EAT PANDA AGAIN.

This place is hit or miss, usually miss I went in tonight and the floor was completely flooded with soapy water The staff was oblivious to that reality One clueless staff member proceeded to dump soapy water out of a bucket, right near where I was standing They thought I would willingly walk through this mess, to pay at the register I had to point out that the floor was totally soaked! I won’t be back here. The staff here are too incompetent to deal with As far as my order, it was terrible. The fried rice was horrible. It wasn’t made properly. Flavorless and several clumps of solid white rice were mixed in Look at the light peach-colored carrot, in the photo. Not very appetizing Also, the portions are always different I got 1/2 of a slice of teriyaki chicken for an entree one visit. Practically nothing This place simply doesn’t deserve the business. I won’t be going back. Zero stars

It's a Panda. Always bomb! This is a good restaurant specifically. Very clean. Always recommend the original orange chicken :-)

Watered down sauces… Dry rice…. Soggy and poorly made Sweet Sour Chicken. Had more dough than chicken. The beef in the Beef and Broccoli was even cooked good. These are Asian people and their Egg Drop Soup was the worst I’ve ever had.

We found out about this gem of a place shortly after moving to COS in 2001. It is still our "go to" for excellent Chinese food here. My pic is from a recent trip when I ordered the sweet and sour chicken dinner with fried rice, egg roll, crab rangoon, and egg drop soup (not pictured). Their hot tea is really good, too. My only issue would be the egg roll. They changed them, and these are not great like the previous ones (still okay though).

Usually, it's a really good spot up until now!!! because we found a small piece of metal in our sesame chicken! Which looks to be a piece from a steel wool dish scrubber! I cant imagine if we didn't see it. This will definitely will be our last time coming

I've gone to this place quite a few times over the past 15 years. It's a decent Chinese restaurant, but if you never go here you're not missing much. It's pretty comparable to most of the other Chinese restaurants in the Springs. The only thing I think this place does differently from other places is their wings. I've had them a few times and they are pretty good (the wings are large and taste pretty good for the price, especially compared to most other places that sell wings), although they've made them with varying levels of quality every time I have gotten them. The teriyaki chicken is pretty good too. It's not dry like other places. They do give pretty generous portion sizes although I remember when the prices for a serving of food were around $1. The wontons aren't bad but all they do is put cream cheese in them. I've been to other restaurants and worked at one where the cream cheese is also combined with other stuff (crab, green onions, sugar, etc.) which tastes better. Wasn't a fan of the egg rolls either (I like mine with more meat), although they are pretty standard Chinese egg rolls.
