United Chinese Restaurant
Absolutely amazing. I cried with my first couple bites of food. Our server was nice and non invasive, I think my husband and I have found our new Chinese food place!
The food is delicious. Some of my favorite amongst Broomfield Asian cuisine. Amazing service too. Inside dining provides a cute environment; I could hear my grandma saying she just loved the decorations. If you have sensory issues though it isn't very comfortable for long mostly due to noise.
Panda Express
I spent $3 extra for the beyond orange chicken with my plate, and there were only 11 pieces. I've ordered this many times in the past and I know for a fact they underserved it. This was an order for delivery, and when I called they told me to come to the store with the receipt to replace the food. I told the lady on the phone that this was a delivery order and the response I received was, "when you have time to come to the store, come by with the receipt and we'll replace the food." Absolutely insane. I predict 2 things: 1. The worker that made the order didn't properly scoop it. Or 2. (Most likely) They didn't have enough of the beyond Orange Chicken prepared and decided to give me less than what I paid for. I paid $3 extra dollars because it's a "premium item" and the amount I received isn't worth the extra $1.50 surcharge that premium items get, let alone $3. I'm so done with this location. To the manager/franchise owner: you need to do better. I've had past orders cancelled. I've had multiple orders be incorrect. I've had orders in which it was obvious that the food was sitting out longer than your own policy allows. This location is terrible. They'll serve you orders that are missing items. They'll send old and cold food. They'll take extra money from you while giving you less than you would've gotten for getting non-premium items. I have spent far more money on this location than I care to admit, but I'm fed up with it. I'm done giving another cent and will patronize other locations, if not entirely stopping patronizing Panda Express entirely. I've worked in multiple types of fast food and I never allowed myself to provide such terrible service. I don't know what it is about Colorado, but I've learned that food workers in this state, whether it's fast food or restaurants, are just the worst. I've been to half the country and I've never experienced such consistently terrible food service experiences as I've experienced in this state. Go to a different location or find some local Chinese restaurant that won't serve you old, incorrect, or smaller proportions than you've paid for. 0 stars. Waste of time and money.
I decided to come here with my kids since it was the closest to the butterfly pavilion, and all your main entrees were old, not a single thing looked fresh! The first person told me it would be 10-15 minutes for fresh teriyaki then the actual manager tells me it’s a 20 minute wait… can we all get on the same page! You guys really need to change your policies to toss out old food instead of trying to serve that. Put some fresh food out!!!!!
Egg Roll King
Garbage! Sorry but this place was very disappointing. The chicken wings tasted old, the egg roll was filled with terribly tasting cabbage. I hope I don't get food poisoning honestly. The worst part is that once I complained about the food tasting old, the server said: " we'll you ate a piece". How am I supposed to realize that the food is awful in taste if I don't try it first? I tossed the rest of the egg rolls and the wings. I left it behind. I wouldn't give this to a homeless person. Sorry but definitely not the king of anything. And staff was extremely rude. STAY AWAY!
These Egg Rolls are King! I've been impressed with every type of egg roll here. They are flavorful and generous portioned. I haven't found a better Vietnamese Spring roll in all Aurora. Entrees are not as reliably flavored, but again, generous. I've found the Thai entrees might be missing authentic seasoning, ex. Pad Thai had a ketchup aftertaste. The lady at the counter/ waitress seems to have good days and bad days. Today, she was friendly. We order viet spring rolls take-out regularly.
Little Panda Asian Cafe
My wife told me there was a sign outside said under new management. I wish she would have told me before she paid. Sub par just regular old Chinese food now. No fried rice with my meal. Won't be returning. Also, if something is ordered to be spicy. It should be spicy!
Sesame chicken was so delicious! I am so impressed! The owner is also super sweet! Would definitely go back!
Panda Express
Clean new location , lots of entrees and fresh food available but the staff is very poorly trained and they start your order and then just walk away mid order without saying anything. Then when the next person takes over they don't understand what was going on and they have a hard time applying coupons and ringing you up and not overcharging. Not happy with this location and wouldn't recommend, which is a shame because it's one of the ones that has string bean chicken not all the Panda expresses seem to carry that anymore...
I have been going to Panda for years, and was so happy when one finally opened near my house. I have gone there multiple times and have had countless issues. The most common is them not giving me enough meat. I have tried contacting them on this almost every time that it happens and have hoped that it would be resolved. I went tonight and got 2 large entrees, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken, and the orange chicken is less full as usual and the teriyaki chicken is the lowest it has ever been. I am officially giving up on this location and going back to the one I went to before.
Panda Express
Great food! We love Panda Express. What makes this Panda Express better than all the rest is Dana and her exceptional customer service. We happened to descend on their staff in the middle of a huge mobile order and crazy drive through line. We watched Dana and the other staff work extremely efficiently and with impressive composure. Even though she was under so much pressure, Dana never showed it and was so kind and pleasant. It is because of the customer service we received from Dana, we will make sure that we choose this particular Panda Express when we are craving fresh Asian food.
The wait is way too long for American Chinese food, there was 1 couple in front of us for a dine in and then they were told to wait for 30 minutes. ALL BECAUSE OF ONLINE ORDER BACKUPS, not only that there was a line a LINE of cars backed up and people asking for their food when it’s gonna be ready in dine in, and people that were waiting for their food from car orders in parking lot were coming in and also complaining . The people working there looked so confused, on what was on the orders how the orders were coming in. There needs to be more people working here. And TWO different lines on people working 1 ONLINE ORDERS 2 DINE IN AND DRIVE THRU. Absolutely upset and pissed off this is not the first time this has happened to me or others as I was talking to multiple people in line about this situation. Manager needs to hire more or fix the problem. 🙌🏻 This is just horrible!!!
Heaven Dragon Chinese Restaurant
Dined at Heaven Dragon with my family today! the restaurant has been around for many years, but the decor remains very clean and refined, showing how well it’s been maintained. I visited in the afternoon when it was still quiet, creating a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. Their sesame chicken is a must-try—tangy, sweet, and absolutely delicious. They sell dozens of servings daily! If you're in Broomfield, don't miss out on Heaven Dragon! They also have several other locations in Denver.
Singapore noodles are a must-try! They’re packed with flavor and have just the right amount of spice. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is always welcoming.
Cafe China
HUGE UPDATE! THEY'RE SELLING PHONE NUMBERS!! I just moved to Parker like a month ago, and got calls just now from a senior living center trying to advertise to me. Exactly three companies have gotten my phone number and know I live in Parker now: Amazon, American Express, and CAFE CHINA!! Not even my leasing office has my number, they have my husband's. They busted themselves by process of elimination! Don't buy here unless you want your info sold!!! As for the service here: Upon pickup, a very terse lady asked me for my phone number, from far behind the counter. I could not hear her, she was not polite. A more polite man found the food and took my payment, he was chill and kind. The lady needs to understand that he can NOT compensate for her, and maybe just stay away from the counter. As for the food: The dumplings are nice, and they were the only thing. That's the best thing I can say. I had an order of orange beef, chicken lo mein, dumplings and egg rolls. I picked it up at the time indicated on my order, and let me tell you: by the time I got there, the orange beef was absolutely soggy and sodden, all the way through. It is downright mushy. Not a single iota of crispness. I believe it was cooked well, as it tasted well prepared (not good though, for other reasons) but they very much need to avoid MASSIVELY over-estimating the ready time, to the point it ruins dishes. Additionally, it is severely too sweet. I know this is always a risk when I order anything from an American Chinese place, but this is one of the worst offenders I've had in a long time. The sauce is basically concentrated syrup. Let's put it this way, there were actual orange pieces, which is commendable, but I was using them to CLEAN MY PALETTE of the sauce. I'm hormonal-hungry right now, and did not finish the dish. My husband got chicken lo mein and allowed me a few bites. But... here's a picture of what it looked like coming out of the box. They stuffed it down and it was stodgy and congealed. It does taste better than the orange beef, and I usually scoff at reviews that say things are bland, especially Chinese, but this was indeed bland. Chinese food that is simple and well prepared is a delight. This was 90% cheap noodles and uninspired sauce. The wok hay is just not there and that's a make or break for me with lo mein. It IS a simple dish, it's supposed to be. I make it better myself and I'm by no means Chinese. Dear owners: You should try these two condiments. Dark soy and shao xing wine. Why are they in my kitchen but not yours? The worst: My steamed rice had a spot of sauce in it, as if a used spoon was used to scoop it. I was going ot give a 2-star, but this is what you did to get my 1. Cross contamination is not okay. Not ever. Period.
We have eaten at the CC since it opened. Always have found the food to be fresh and well cook. One of the best I have ever been to. Especially after the reopening from the summer break. Every thing we had was kicked up a notch. The rice, soup and main courses. Seamed to even better than I remember Keep it up. P.s. when is Tony coming back?
Panda Express
Service here is deeply disappointing. First, the pace for dine-in orders is incredibly slow—they seem to prioritize take-out orders above all else. Initially, I was told the Beijing Beef would take “just a minute.” After waiting five minutes in line, I was told to check out, and they’d call my name once it was ready. Mind you, there were only a handful of customers and around eight employees in the store. After paying and stepping aside, the cashier then mentioned it would take an additional seven minutes. This was after I’d already waited five minutes just to be told to wait even longer. The overall lack of urgency and coordination from the staff is frustrating, to say the least.
I love panda. The food was good. Made fresh! A couple of the employees at this location are so sweet and attentive..I had an issue with the lady that was screaming at the workers. I believe her name was Leona. It made the experience horrible. Completely uncalled for. It’s never that serious.
Colorado Wok
“I ordered takeout, and the two standout dishes for me were the fried tofu and the egg drop noodle soup—both were incredibly delicious and full of flavor. We also tried the fried rice, which was decent. The beef was cooked well but cut very thick, making it a bit chewy. The same goes for the Mongolian beef. The beef lo mein was just okay—it was a little too wet, and again, the beef was quite thick. Overall, it was a great experience and the dishes weren’t bad at all.
This is our GO TO because the food is amazing and always delicious, filling, and the best in every way. My go to is their Tofu meals that are awesome, filling, and perfectly prepared. Every selection has plenty to eat and it never disappoints. We travel a distance to get there and it is always worth it and never disappoints. Sesame chicken is top notch. The staff is terrific, the bathrooms are well kept, the dining area is clean including the floors! We travel 35 miles one way to eat there and we have always had an awesome meal with outstanding service.
Panda Express
Twice now they were out of teriyaki chicken, and the drive through service was very very slow. Not a very friendly person taking my order. And I waited for 30 minutes with 3 cars in front of me. May need new management. That will be the last time for me. 6pm
Got a order here Saturday it took over an hour. They did a catering order before ours. Finally got the food and it’s the worse panda I’ve ever had. Orange chicken was nasty the chow mien was tasteless like spaghetti noodles. Whoever is cooking needs training and the staff needs to understand what customer service is. Avoid it
Panda Express
The location and service is great. However the amount of serving is very bad. The chow mein was half the amount and filled with cabbage primarily. The chicken teriyaki doesn’t taste good. Earlier Panda Express used to fill the bowl or plate but this location seems not interested. We always love Panda Express food and my child like the noodles and chicken teriyaki but this portion required to be improved.
The orange chicken and the walnut shrimp usually taste good. On the other hand, the teriyaki "chicken" tastes like dishrags. I just avoid ordering anything questionable looking when I go in. This time though they gave me a heaping serving of cabbage instead of chow mein so I came to the internet to whine about it.
