9 Mile Phở
Horrible food and bad customer service. They charge you for take out containers on the app, but send your meal in plastic ziplock baggies!!! They dont include the pho toppings when you order pho. When you call they just say they have been busy all day and the manager is gone. They dont include a bowl to eat out of and no utensils when ordered on door dash. Do not recommend. When you call and ask if the standard pho toppings are included with the pho broth order on door dash and you are told yes then that is not my fault as the owner responded on my google review. Your employee said you have an option under add ons for noodles and you did NOT, that is the reason I put it in the notes. I even offered to pay extra, but you never mentioned that. Don’t respond that I ordered it wrong when your employee said the broth comes with it. And what about the second employee that I spoke too, “we have been busy all day” was her reasoning. As a restaurant would you not want to be busy? Why is that always the answer given? Is it my fault you are busy? I paid just like the other customers yet I get the response that I ordered it wrong when I called to ask beforehand. Poor way to handle this @9milepho!!
HANDS down amazing all the way around to the food and service! We most definitely will be back. They were so welcoming and very attentive. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS 🤤
Shin Myung Gwan Korean BBQ
They've been around forever, but I feel like no one ever mentions how great it is to have Shin Mying Gwan here! Open until 12AM every single day is crazy! Hard to find food in Colorado that late, let alone Korean BBQ. We swung by around 10:30pm, and they were very sweet! Tasty side dishes, and fantastic meat quality. The interior is also extremely cozy and cute, really reminiscent of classic Korean restaurants. Super homey, and a great vibe for bringing friends late at night.
Fast paced service with exceptional cuts of meat to cook to your hearts delight. Went on a double date and had whole assortments of meat, pork belly spicy and regular, calamari, flank of some sort and a few others. Fun to cook yourself and have with so many different sides!
The East Cafe Chinese Restaurant
Finally tried this place after driving past it so many times and I'm sure glad I did! We ordered a Cantonese bowl and lo mein noodles during lunch hours which include an egg roll, rice and salad/soup. Everything was delicious, fresh and good portions. Service was very prompt as well and pricing is decent. Will definitely be back to try more dishes! Also, a cute robot came to our table to give us our receipt at the end.
Very tasty! Atmospheric place. The service is very good!
9 Bar
First time trying this place out and we were amazed at how good the food was! We did take out and they had it ready in 15 minutes. We had the Chicken Ramen and the Sweet & Sour Rice Bowl. The ramen tasted so authentic! Customer service was great, too. We will be back for dine-in soon!
It was our first visit to 9Bar. We are new to the area and wanted to have some boba tea. We were pleasantly surprised by both our drink and the food we ordered. The curry has such great flavor! The ramen was amazing! The noddles are perfect and the broth was wonderful. The portion size was quite large. We ate until full, then had leftovers for another meal. We will definitely be visiting again.
Mason's Dumpling Shop - Aurora
One of the best dumpling and noodle restaurant in Colorado. Very affordable food with great portion. Service is good. Modern Fusion Asian restaurant vibe. Strongly recommend this restaurant for Asian comfort food. Boiled chive, pork, egg, and shrimp dumpling is my favorite. Side dishes such as bokchoi and lotus root are very delicious also. Dessert- panda and pork shaped buns are also great as they are not too sweet.
Excellent dumplings! Very surprised to find this gem and will be coming back soon. The soup dumplings were very good. The staff was so nice and quick to respond. Parking was easy. It is a pretty small seating area but we went in the afternoon and had no issues.
Chi Lin at Stanley Marketplace
Great atmosphere, clean restaurant, awesome service and food was delicious! I ordered the sesame chicken, it had a burst of flavor, also the fried rice. I had the mango slushie Boba, paired well with the dish. Servers were attentive and kind. FYI, they are opening a Boba shop next door, next month, can't wait to try it!!
Waited 10 min for a table on a week night, not a huge deal. (Small place). I had the spicy Ramen. Top 3 I've ever had.. very good. Unique drink choices that I can't get in SD too.
Golden Sky Asian Food
Delicious and very friendly staff. Will come again! Chicken teriyaki was amazing, chicken was crispy Panko crust, cooked perfectly. The salad was absolutely delicious.
Yummmy!!! I love a little shop like this!! It ran by couples and their food taste like mom and pop places ❤️💕🤤 they are so nice and sweet!!!! Definitely coming back every time I’m in Denver!!! Thank you delicious food!!!
New China City Chinese Restaurant
If you need Chinese take out, this is the spot. This is the second time I have been here and it was still solid. They do all the classics well and have good prices with generous portions. We got the egg drop soup, sesame chicken, beef lo mein and beef and pea shoots. The fried chicken was by far the most satisfying dish with good crisp and well balanced sweet and sour flavor. The egg drop soup was much more luxurious than what you might normally get (had peas, carrots, tofu). High recommend on this one.
Friendly service and decent Chinese. The Medley was loaded with vegetables so that was a little disappointing that there was a little meat in there but overall the flavors were really good. We ordered the chicken curry, the sesame chicken and egg drop soup along with the medley and the portion sizes are big which is nice for the price. Everything came with rice and overall it was just a very classic Chinese eatery.
Volcano Tea House Aurora
My family and I originally planned to go to another boba establishment, but after reading some awful reviews online, we decided to try Volcano Tea House instead, based on its rave reviews. We were so pleased with our boba drinks and the food we tried, especially the pan-fried dumplings! The staff was friendly and attentive, and I really appreciated that the drinks came with minimal ice—more of the beverage to enjoy! We had a great experience and look forward to coming back in the future.
There's an interesting smell when you first walk in but the food smells good and the drinks are delicious. The cups are the fanciest tops we've seen in a tea house, and they have a variety of toppings to customize your drink. Will have to come again to try more of the menu. And whoever is the artist made such cute pieces hidden all over. It was that artistic touch that makes me want to come back (to see more art) and support a small business.
Kp Asian Cafe
November 2024: I gave them another chance after speaking with a friend. It may be a cultural difference. My dad wanted the food I said was the best around the city. I picked him up some combination fried rice. He loved it. They treated me better, too. I was in a sweat suit, so things have changed. One thing that hasn't is their food. It's delicious as usual. November 2022: I'll never eat here again. The food is excellent, but it feels hostile. I don't know if it's because they think I'm not going to pay because I'm in sweats. Either way, what I wear shouldn't matter. I really love the food but I don't go where I'm not wanted. That's the vibe, unfortunately. I ordered the lunch special. I didn't get the soup but didn't ask for it either. It's their special they should be asking me which soup I want with it. It doesn't happen, and by the time I remember. They're staring me down as I eat, and I'm uncomfortable. August 2022: I ate at the restaurant. I had the orange chicken lunch special with fried rice. An additional beef brisket and Wonton noodle soup. I didn't get my soup that came with the special. I didn't realize it until now. It was another great experience. I couldn't finish the soup. Next time, I'll stick with the soup they give you with the lunch special or just get the soup solo. That was a big bowl of soup. That was a meal in itself. June 2022: I got a to go order, and it was slamming. The customer service was on point. It was easy to pay and quick. The portions were good as always. I got the lunch special with an extra order of egg rolls. I love their egg rolls. Their wontons are excellent, too. May 2022: I ate at the restaurant.I loved their food it was exceptional. I think the customer service could use improvement upon entering the restaurant. I was ignored for 10 minutes, but I figured they were giving me time to plan my order. Then I had to ask for the soup that came with the lunch special. Conversation with the owner was great. It turned the whole customer service issue around, but I had to mention it for future customers. Until next time.
Had lunch here today and food was really amazing ! I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken and my lunch date ordered the Beef Low Mein. Both dishes where really good. It was fresh, hot and delicious. We both had the lunch special that came with egg rolls and a wonton and soup. The egg rolls where so good I ordered 4 more to go. Kevin the owner and his wife where very nice and personable and brought us some Sesame dessert balls to try. They where delicious as well. We will definitely come here again to try other dishes. We both highly recommend. Also, you get a lot for the price.
GOLDEN SAIGON Restaurant
We decided to eat here after reading a write up in an article about restaurants of Aurora. Everything was excellent, particularly the service. Everyone was friendly and food came out quickly. The restaurant itself was cozy and intimate feeling with beautiful twinkle lights, and lots of greenery!
Best pho I have had in Colorado! This place was so cute on the inside! The service was excellent! The pho was delicious. I definitely recommend the brisket pho. 10 out of 10! The server also gave us a free order of dumplings! They were very kind and consistently checked in to make sure we were satisfied. I will definitely be returning to try more items on the menu.
One More Noodle
Wow. First time having pulled noodles with soup and was blown away. Broth, you can tell they take time to make and pull noodles amazing. All the food is cooked to order. I had the brisket in my soup along, pork buns, dumplings, and fried pork chop. Cozy little place and amazing service and prices. It's good if you have done too much Ramen and Pho and want to try a Chinese power broth. I will come again. Oh and also amazing Milk Teas!!!
This is the epitome of incredible homemade, quality, authentic Chinese food, and the best I've had. It's a completely unassuming little place with a limited menu, and they perfect the items they offer for ordering. Tip: You will need to look for Volcano Tea, which is the Boba tea portion of their menu, since it's not clearly marked as One More Noodle from the car. Plenty of parking. We were on a trip for 8 days, and this was 1 of 2 places that we went back to a second time (and likely would have made it a third if we tried it earlier in our trip - it was our last dinner in Denver). The first time I had the hand-pulled noodle beef brisket soup and split an order of mini pork buns with my daughter. Her order was the pork rib pulled noodle stir fry. We ordered at the counter, not realizing that if we dined in, we could sit down and someone would come take our order. Once we sat down, we were brought water immediately and welcomed again. The broth had layers and layers of flavor that must have been slowly and patiently achieved by the owner/chef. The noodles were not only flavorful, but the texture was spot-on, as were the vegetables. I saved the beef for last for a reason - it was perfection. Tender, jam-packed with rich flavor, and complimented all the other elements in the bowl exactly how it should have. The pork buns were light, soft, and also had the taste of homemade, but GOOD homemade. The kind that make people say to someone, "you should open a restaurant and sell these!" The stir-fried pulled noodle with pork ribs that my daughter had was equally excellent. I can agree with her assessment that the pork ribs and noodles were a dish to savor, and surprisingly light for stir-fried noodles (this dish was NOT oily or overcooked). When we returned the second time, the owner recognized us and warmly greeted us, letting us know that the pork buns had sold out (a testament to their popularity), but that was fine with us. We were going to eat our main dishes like it was an Olympic sport. We changed up a little bit on the 2nd visit: I did the shaved noodles with the beef brisket soup and my daughter doubled the noodles in her dish. After that second meal, we can attest to the consistency of the food, the friendliness and warmth of the restaurant overall, and how much we already miss this food.
