New Kellogg Garden Intro
New Kellogg Garden, situated at 321 NJ-440, Jersey City, NJ 07305, USA, is a Chinese restaurant offering meal delivery services that may be accessible to local users in Singapore through various online food delivery platforms. Based on recent customer reviews, here's an overview of what you might expect.
Cuisine and Features:
Customer feedback regarding the food from New Kellogg Garden is largely negative. One reviewer noted an important allergy warning: all fried rice dishes are made with egg. While this customer appreciated the kind response and the remaking of their order (excluding the rice) due to their son's egg allergy, other aspects of the food were criticized. The fried chicken was described as soggy, and the crab sticks as soft. The egg rolls and shrimp rolls were reported to be dripping in grease. The egg foo young sauce was considered good, but the eggs themselves were flavorless.
Another reviewer expressed significant dissatisfaction with multiple dishes. They found the "fried chicken wings" to be six small party wingettes, not traditionally fried but almost roasted or air-fried, and bland in flavor. The fried rice was described as flavorless, soggy, and provided in a small, child-sized portion. The shrimp roll was deemed a "joke," smaller than the egg roll, wrapped in thin spring roll paper, and containing only one tiny shrimp with a large amount of undercooked cabbage and minimal white meat chicken. This customer stated they would never order again.
These reviews suggest significant concerns regarding the quality, preparation, and ingredients of various dishes offered by New Kellogg Garden.
Services:
Customer service experiences appear to be inconsistent. One customer who had an allergy issue praised the kindness and helpfulness of the woman on the phone, who promptly remade their order. However, another reviewer described the customer service at the counter as "terrible," characterizing the person behind the glass as smug, impatient, and unhelpful when answering menu questions. This suggests a potential issue with in-person or phone service depending on the staff encountered.
Environment:
One reviewer described the environment of New Kellogg Garden as "dingy, dirty and unwelcoming." They noted that since the start of COVID-19, the establishment has apparently shifted to take-out only, and the area for customers is treated like dusty and dank storage. This indicates a potentially unpleasant physical environment if you were to pick up your order.

The provided reviews do not contain any information about specific promotions or discounts offered by New Kellogg Garden. In summary, based on recent customer reviews, New Kellogg Garden in Jersey City has received significant negative feedback regarding the quality of its food, including issues with sogginess, greasiness, flavor, portion sizes, and ingredient quality. While one positive interaction regarding allergy concerns was noted, another customer reported very poor in-person service and a negative assessment of the restaurant's environment. Local users in Singapore should carefully consider these reviews if they encounter this establishment on any international platforms, as the feedback raises concerns about the overall experience.

Allergy warning all fried rice dishes are made with egg. I didnt know this when ordering and my son is allergic to eggs. When I called the lady was so kind. She remade his entire order not just the rice. Fried chicken is soggy , crab sticks are soft as well. Egg rolls and shrimp rolls dripping in grease. Egg Foo young sauce was good but the eggs were flavorless.
Finally tried this establishment after hearing good things. Let’s start with the customer service. Terrible. The woman behind the glass is smug, impatient and short with customers. She should find a different job if it drains her so immensely to converse and answer questions regarding the menu. Now, as for the food? Leaves much to be desired. Their version of “fried chicken wings” is 6 party wingettes that they claim are 3 wings cut in half. They also don’t fry them like a typical chinese restaurant, they almost roast them, maybe air fry them. Bland in flavor. Fried are flavorless, soggy and they give you a portion that is child sized. The shrimp roll is a joke. It’s tinier than the egg roll and wrapped in spring roll paper, which is thinner than the usually thick and crunchy egg roll wrapper. I cut it in half to check it out and I kind you not there was ONE tiny shrimp, a massive amount of undercooked cabbage and tiny shreds of white meat chicken. Never ordering here again. Lastly, the environment is dingy, dirty and unwelcoming. Since the start of covid they’ve obviously changed their establishment to make it take out only and that’s cool, but they treat the area for customers like storage where everything is dusty and dank.
I ordered a drunken noodle with veg when I opened the container their was a off putting smell then I disregarded it an still tried it an it was awful I would not recommend save ur money
Nothing like drunken noodles! Flavor not even close to what you expect from this dish. To add salt to injury, they didn't include napkins. I do not recommend
I was so disappointed. Now I don't judge food by the store front. I've had some great food in some dumpy looking places. This time was not the case. We ordered sweet & sour chicken, kung pow chicken, quart each of egg drop and wanton. The food was barely edible. We threw it all out. The fried rice was aweful, the soups were terrible...all round bad. Never again.
