Customer reviews of Manchu Garden present a mixed perspective. One reviewer found the food to be delicious with decent portion sizes but felt the prices were excessively high, citing specific examples such as the cost of noodles, rice, and drinks. This reviewer also noted concerns about the cleanliness of the establishment, mentioning dirty floors and tables. Despite these issues, they would recommend the food to those willing to pay a premium for take-out.

Conversely, another customer described Manchu Garden as a "neighborhood Chinese take-out place" that is "nicer than most." This reviewer came based on a friend's recommendation and would also recommend it to others. They specifically enjoyed the chicken with broccoli lunch special, which included fried rice, an egg roll, and a cookie, indicating the availability of lunch specials. This customer stated they would order from Manchu Garden again.

In summary, Manchu Garden appears to offer tasty Chinese cuisine with reasonable portions. However, potential customers should be aware of potentially higher prices compared to other establishments and consider the reported cleanliness issues and limited seating if planning to dine in.

This place is a complete rip-off. Way too expensive! Although my meals were delicious and the portions were a decent size, noodles shouldn't cost $16 per plate and a small pint of rice $9 and two small drinks $3 each. It was ridiculous actually when she handed me the bill. The place wasn't the cleanest either. The floors are dirty and so are the tables. Do I recommend the place, yes, if you are rich and you want to take your food home otherwise my meal should have cost $25 for everything that I got. Restaurants and take out places are ripping us off and this has to change

This is a neighborhood Chinese take-out place. It's nicer than most, and I came here because a friend of mine recommended it. I would also recommend it to others. I ordered the chicken with broccoli lunch special with fries rice. My order came with an egg roll and a cookie. I would get it again. There are a few tables.

Fried wontons were very overcooked. Shrimp with lobster sauce had some other seafood in it. Egg foo young was burnt on one side. The test of my order was great!

We've been going here for years, but I think they've changed owners recently. Today's order was flavorless. Starchy sauce with no taste. We've been saying for a while that the food has gone downhill, but today is a new low.
