I’m always excited about Caribbean restaurants. Maybe I’m a little biased…The buffalo wings were surprisingly good. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the other food. It wasn’t good. I know they can do better. I hope they will put more effort, and authenticity seasoning in future. I would be willing to drive over an hour again…😅🥹

Let’s start off with parking it is a difficult to find parking in the area. The food is 10/10 the taste are so flavorful and delicious. The food reminds me of Guyana’s Chinese cuisine. We had to wait about 1 hour for appetizers and another hour for our food. The service definitely needs to improve. Enjoyed every bite!!!!

The ambience in this restaurant is dreadful. The music is always too loud. I’ve notice their food is very high in sodium. You literally have to chug a jar of water after eating. Omg the bar is a total disgrace. The drinks are really bad. They taste like cough syrup. Very pricey food for no reason. It’s not even a hype. Over all the food isn’t bad but the chef needs to cut down on the salt and all that sauce. To the owner with all that money u making update that place bro.

Our experience at Legend Cookhouse was anything BUT legendary. No legends, only dotish people. On Christmas Eve, we were extremely disappointed with the service we received. Upon being given our entrees—40 minutes after placing our order—we were informed they ran out of beef, which affected half our table. There was no manager to discuss the issue with. We can only imagine he was out searching for beef! While the waiter was apologetic and we enjoyed our appetizers, due to the subpar service and long wait time, we’d sooner jump from Kaiteur Falls than dine at Legend Cookhouse

First off, I just wanted to say that the food is nothing like the videos I saw on YouTube. The chicken was dry, the fried rice was okay. The Lomein had no taste whatsoever. It had no salt, color and it sticking together (too soft). The waitress was not courteous at all. Didn't welcome you, didn't stop by the table during our meal to ask if we needed anything else. Very unprofessional. We literally had to call her twice because we needed condiments and extra utensils. I am not going to complain about the parking because this is New York. I will give it a try in a couple of months and see if anything has changed.
