Worst Pork Egg Foo Young! Burnt completely on side. Called "manger" says that is how they are made & can offer me $2 off, then hangs up on me. Now keep in mind I have this same order at least once a week & has NEVER been burnt. Then to offer someone $2 when you charge $6 to deliver. The looking at menu dinner combo is $9.95 I'm being charged $10.50. Loyal customer gone in 1 bad customer service joke!!!

I bought $45 worth of food sked for extra sweet and sour even offering to pay. An older lady told me a dollar and something. Then proceeded to give me 4 packs. When I asked could I get more since I paid and my order was a bunch of fried rice... she started arguing with me to let me know she felt like I was asking for too much. Only polite person is the young girl

Every time I get take out. My containers are always busting at the seams with delicious food. Favorite Chinese place hands down

Always good. Always quick. Always so kind and friendly. The orange chicken is amazing, and the fried dumplings are literally THE BEST I've ever had.

We stumbled across this place while walking around downtown Belleville. When I tell you this might be the best Chinese I have ever had, it’s an understatement. The food was quick to come out, amazing flavors and the PERFECT Crab Rangoon’s. Fully recommend to anyone who wants to have Chinese for lunch or dinner. We will only choose this place from here out! Thank you for the experience and delightful dinner!

The restaurant is under new ownership so give them a try. The food was delicious. Service was ok. Be patient... there was one server taking dine-in orders, handling carryout, and taking phone orders. We waited a while for water, silverware, and grabbed napkins off an adjacent table. The place got pretty busy and the server was overwhelmed and visibly stressed. The food was delivered plate-by-plate. A tray would help them quickly get food out to the tables. They need an extra set of hands to help out in the front. Again, the food was great. Will definitely go back.

A lot of people don't know that this place probably has some of the best wings in the area. It's in the name. Yes I love this little hidden secret. The hot Braise flavor is my favorite

Food was horrible. Wings are dry and old!! All they do is throw the wings back in fryer when you order and put them into sauce. They are not cooked to order they pre cook the wings and just drop them in fryer once they have an order. The hardest wings I have had in my life because they are old wings. Fried rice is horrible don’t you waste your money here.

Asian food made fresh and to order! Low prices, NOT low quality food! Kowloon Chop Suey is a very Saint Louis style Asian cuisine restaurant (often coined as "Chinese food" which is what they serve here). The location is extremely humble, but that's exactly what the low key atmosphere is. It's the type of place you literally drive by a few times while running errands. The cooks are talented, the food is made fresh and tastes delicious. Kowloon's Chop Suey does serve adult size portions, you're not coming here to lose weight. :) Lastly remember your meal is made to order, so don't leave out any details when telling them how you want the food prepared. They take cash or card. For affordable, "Real" Saint Louis style rice, noodles, chicken, St.Pauls, crab rangoon and more come here.

The duck wings the best tender and moist melts in your mouth , duck pieces with the onion on top so yummy 😋,amazing food and customer service from Mike funny Everytime he makes me smile

Phone in order- first time customer. The chicken fried rice only had chicken, onion, browning and rice 2/10 the General Tso and Orange chicken were both fried chicken with sauce on the side 0/10. The orange sauce was not delicious and the general sauce was poured over the chicken bites. I would not recommend. Then They gave the smallest portion of rice with the food. The plain rice was very good. Everything else was lazy work and overpriced. Orange chicken and general Tso is supposed to be cooked down in the sauce.

It was about a 15 minute wait. Rice tasted good at first but shortly after it didn’t go down well. The crab Rangoon wasn’t light and crispy. Hot braised chicken didn’t taste spicy. Also, this chinamen seemed a little pricey compared to other locations.

This place cleared their whole lobby before I received my food. Even tho I ordered before most of the people as if my time did not matter. This is very disrespectful. I will not patronize places that feel as if they can treat us any type of way and I still give them my money. In addition, they placed chicken in my seafood fried rice. I am a pestcatarian, so I had to throw my food away.

Is this the new norm to prepare food without the vegetables and egg. When you ask for extra anything that is assuming you are getting that in the first place without additional fees. SMH! Food subpar not returning!

I have been to many Chinese food places in STL. I have to say they are on of the best. They are across the street from the old schnucks on grand. Love their rice. Their st Paul's are on point.their prices are on par with other places. They don't take long to get orders out. Now that I'm talking about it, I might go there again today... .

The fried rice is beyond awesome. I haven't explored too much of their menu but you definitely cant go wrong with the fried rice. I was looking for Chinese food close to my work and i am glad i found this little carryout place. Its in an older part of St. Louis but i have always been treated well by the staff and patrons at this place. Everyone is just trying to get great food.

Very nice service, I was greeted friendly and the food was made in a reasonable time. The food was good but not the best I tasted in STL but within striking distance. The establishment was clean as well.

I bought two hot braised chicken plates and the wings were hard and overcooked. They were not edible at all. The rice was gummy. I got whole order of duck and noodles and no complaints about the duck but noodles were overcooked and a half order of vegetable lo mein that didn’t have any vegetables other than onions and celery. It cost $43.00 definitely not worth it and I will never recommend nor will I ever visit again. The guy is nice is all I can say positive about this place.

I had to special fried rice and order crab rangoon and it was delicious

Damn cold in the winter. Too much molasses in the fried rice. I think that's molasses I tasted. Whatever it is it was too much. I found a better Chinese takeout at Kingsway
