Chinese Restaurant

I had a hunch this place would be good when I saw multiple chefs in the kitchen prepping food for lunch. Their Chicken & broccoli used a light curry flavor on the chicken and fried rice had bbq pork in it. Moo Goo Gai Pan has a nice garlic kick. Both of these dishes have a tendency to be bland, or at least mild, at many Chinese restaurants but not at Top’s China!

The food from this place used to be half decent when I first moved to the area, and that's not saying much. We got take out today for dinner and it was absolutely disgusting! Everything was old tasting, like it was prepared days ago. The rice was hard and the egg rolls were probably sitting in that fridge up front for days. Im not hard to please at all, and that's how upset I am that I had to take time out of my day to write this review. This is shameful and disrespectful to be serving the community this nonsense! Do not throw your money away on this!

I recently ordered over $60 worth of food from Young Chow Cafe, expecting a great meal that included shrimp fried rice. However, as soon as I opened the food, I noticed something was very wrong there was absolutely no shrimp in the so-called "shrimp fried rice." I called the restaurant immediately to resolve the issue. At first, a non-English speaking lady answered the phone and remained silent, offering no help. Then, a man took over the call and, shockingly, his response was "What do you want me to do?" It was dismissive and frustrating. Instead of correcting their mistake, they acted as if it wasn’t their problem. This kind of service is completely unacceptable, and it feels like the restaurant is stealing from its customers. If you're thinking about ordering from here, BEWARE! This experience left a very bad taste in my mouth - both figuratively and literally. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere.

I really wanted to like this place. I ordered Crab Rangoon, Beef on a Stick, Fried Wontons, Chicken Pad Thai, and Combination Fried Rice and unfortunately I didn’t enjoy any of it. I tried to make it work and eat what I could but the fried wontons were so hard and empty (see photos below), the Rangoon was okay. And I have to say after working in a Thai restaurant myself for 2 years, this was NOT pad Thai at all. Pad Thai is supposed to have a sweet taste and this was very plain. $59 dollars down the drain, I hope the lady enjoys her $5 tip because I didn’t enjoy any of the food :(

I so wanted this food to be good, but it was bland. The only thing with any flavor was the steak on a stick. The wonton soup had no flavor and the wontons had no meat. The pu pu platter was what you would expect, however, again it needed seasoning. Even the ribs tasted like unseasoned pork covered in BBQ sauce. The food looks wonderful. It's just not flavorful when compared to similar establishments. Otherwise, the place was clean, the staff was absolutely friendly, and the place looks like your typical Chinese takeout restaurant. There are a few tables if you'd like to dine-in as well.

I have been coming here since we moved to VA back in the early 2000's. For a while I stopped eating here due to covid and health issues, but I'm so glad I started again! They have the best lo mein in the area and their egg rolls are always crispy. They are the reason I fell in love with chicken corn soup and General Tso's. I absolutely love this place and hope they stay open for another 20+ years!

I tried this restaurant for the first time today and let me tell you.. the food here is DELICIOUS!!! Its prices are very convenient.. and the service was wonderful! They were very keen on making sure I got everything I asked for. I will definitely be eating here again!

I can't believe this place gets anything less than a 5 star rating. I eat here all the time. The vegetarian menu is amazing and I have never ordered a single bad dish. I recommend the kwachic and a side of broccoli!

Jasmine’s is a jewel of Leesburg. The inviting atmosphere and the stellar food has kept me coming back for the past two years. It’s always a treat to be able to dine in and enjoy the mix of Chinese food and wonderful sushi that is offered. Writing this review is stirring deep emotions within my stomach which only Jasmine's can satisfy. I’m looking forward to my next visit !

First time eating here. The General Tsos is very good. The rice however was hard. Seems day old. Would have been great if the rice was soft and fresh.

Neighborhood chinese takeout joint run by a sweet family. Best egg rolls ive ever had. Some favorites to order: combo lomein, orange chicken, beef and broccoli. Food is fresh and hot and generally consistent.

I have been looking for me go to Chinese joint for some time now. Discovered here about 3 months ago. Needless to say, at least once a week or so, big order of amazing Chinese deliciousness is in play! Appetizer wise, love the beef sticks, egg rolls, SHRIMP TOAST. Soups are delicious and have some great varieties. Meal wise, we’ve tried soooo many items, I love the vegetables used in the dishes. They are fresh and bright!!! All the meats used in the dishes taste like they’re supposed to. No trying to guess if this is pork or chicken. Love love love this place. Give it a try!!!! Excellent customer service!!!!

This was a wonderful choice. The meal was hot and delicious. The chicken was still crispy and very well done. The staff was super friendly and responsive….I’ll for sure be back.

5 stars across the board. My fiance and I stopped in after shopping at the outlet mall, we were looking for somewhere affordable and came across this restaurant. $15.99 for the buffet, a smaller selection of food but they have all the staples and each was high quality. We wanted to highlight the red curry along with the broccoli beef. The fruit they served was also super fresh. We live in Maryland but are definitely going to make the drive back for the price and quality of the food! Also customer service was amazing! We were seated immediately and they picked up our finished dishes promptly. Overall a great spot!

Very cute & clean restaurant. Went on a cold, snowy night -- quiet. Tasty food and great prices. Would highly recommend the hot & crispy chicken.

I have been coming to this location since 2016 and I have had it for dine in, take out and it has always been sooo delicious. Even me hosting a no-cooking event for mother days and catering from china village☺️. They are super friendly and the food is exquisite always ! My favorite are chicken/beef and broccoli with steamed rice, sweet and sour chicken, pepper steak, combination lo-mein, egg drop soup ( my children’s favorite ) and we could go on ! You should definitely try it out, completely recommend 💯🙌🏾🙏🏽 Much continue success to china village and you will always see us !

This experience was extremely disappointing. After spending over $60 on food, I simply asked for some hot oil and was met with attitude and poor service. The container I was given looked old, barely filled, and of very low quality. When I asked if that was all I would receive for such a large order, I was told, “Oh, we charge for it, man,” with no prior notice — something I was unaware of since my girlfriend placed the original order. I returned to the store only to find they were charging $1 for a small, poorly filled container of oil that looked unappetizing (the oil looked like pus). It’s frustrating to know that customers dining in receive better service and free condiments, while takeout customers are treated this way. Moving forward, I’ll gladly drive across the street and take my business to Master Wok at the mall instead of contributing to the survival of a place that provides such poor customer service and low-quality products.

Stopped in for a quick sit down lunch with my daughter who was craving shrimp tempura. We were warmly greeted by the young woman at the register. While ordering she was patient and kind. Then when it came time for our food it was delicious! It was fresh, hot, and nicely presented. I had the General Tao’s which was honestly the best I’ve had in a long time - could’ve been spicier but that’s my personal preference. I also had the shrimp rolls which were tasty. Next time I’ll try the dumplings though. My daughter had shrimp tempura (which she loved) and sesame chicken. She gave me two big thumbs up for it. The kind woman who brought it out was friendly to both me and my daughter. After we finished the she told us to not worry about our plates. We enjoyed our meal and the service thoroughly. We’ll definitely be back again!

We were looking for some quick food options after shopping at the outlet. Then we found this hidden gem. Food was good and tasty. Service is great and fast. Environment is very clean. Plus they have high chair available for our toddler.👍🏻 Overall, we had a great experience. Definitely will come back.

Oh my gosh the food has so much flavor! There were 2 families so we ordered 4 main dishes and each tried a little bit of everything. Each dish was packed with flavor and was full of meat! It’s the best Chinese food I’ve had! Everyone was happy with the food even the little ones! The price was so reasonable and we were all full with leftovers even! Definitely will come back! 10/10!

Betty was my server, she’s a super kind lady. I had hot and sour soup and it was the best soup i’ve ever had since i came to US. We also had chicken chow fun which tasted super good too. Love the food and environment. They were so quick with the service. Would highly recommend

Dinner delivery tonight. Excellent Food! PuPu platter egg rolls are crispy and full of shrimp. Crab Rangoon is perfect. Beef sticks and ribs are perfectly savory. Singapore noodles 😘

The best roast duck in Northern Virginia! The flavor is incredibly authentic, with perfectly cooked, fresh ingredients that truly stand out. Not only is the roast duck exceptional, but the fried rice and shrimp dishes are also top-notch—well-seasoned and absolutely delicious. The combination of high-quality food and authentic flavors makes this place a must-visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dining experience!
