Lucky Cheng
The service was good but the food was not. I ordered bourbon chicken and it came fried hard.
If the little boy at the counter had more manners, I would have rated it 5 stars. Other than that, it's a great restaurant: food is always fresh and prices are very reasonable.
Panda Express
Very good service. Usually quick and efficient, even when there is a line. Employees are nice as well. The food is your typical fast Chinese. Lo mein and rice are okay. Other entrees are good. Its a plus they add veggies to the chicken. Egg rolls are good if you get them fresh.
Both Subway and Panda had hot and fresh food. Panda's portion sizes were generous. The place is small but was empty and clean enough. The restrooms are old as the hills and smell like sewer water despite being clean. Hours posted are current as of today.
Wings 2 Go
The staff were friendly and nice service. We enjoyed the Sesame Chicken with shrimp fried rice & egg role combo, the Garlic Parmesan Wings & chicken fried rice & the Sesame wings and beef fried rice of which were all delightful.
I ordered some food last night and I ordered 1L sweet tea and in the "special instructions" I put for them to remove the ice and I was charged an additional $0.54 cents which was weird, DoorDash couldn't explain why which is weird.
China Wok
My wife and I LOVE this place and have been coming here for many years! The ordering process sometimes take a bit of getting used to, but the food is why you come here and it is always excellent. They have an extremely diverse menu and will tailor things to your request, like not so hot curry and extra mushrooms. We go through almost all the menu, over time, and it is all great and at a great price. I highly recommend them if you like Chinese food, and they also do great wings for their party platter. Best way to avoid a wait is to order ahead either by phone or online, and your food will be ready to pick up. Always hot, always good - Enjoy!
I ordered BBQ Ribs(bone in) large, and they gave me three 2 day old ribs with my order. The rest of the ribs were fresh but the three that I am referring to were very dark from being recooked and the meat was old at least 2 days by the hard dry stringiness of the texture. I was thinking of just opening the food and checking it from now on, but I decided that would be unfair to both of us if I did that. It would only show and mean that my trust in them to do a good job has diminished greatly. But I ask you CHINA WOK, if you made a meal for yourself at closing time to take home for dinner, would you reheat old food that should be thrown out just on the basis of quality control? I THINK NOT! I understand that businesses are always trying to cut cost and waste but do you think that there is a limit when it come to food, your food, that you should have pride in preparing and selling? I am a regular customer and they know me by face. It feels like a real betrayal of trust. I will take my business to a different Asian restaurant. There are many others.
China 8 Restaurant
Undercooked chicken and wrong order. Beyond disappointed I gave this place a shot because I was extremely hungry and my chicken is undercooked mushy and isn’t teriyaki chicken I asked for fried rice with it and just got white with vegetables which is ok I’m more mad at the chicken this place sucks $10 for nasty food
This was nasty. It doesn’t even taste like general Tao. I asked for crispy and got soggy and where’s the broccoli??!!. It was like eating spongy mushy fried flour balls. I’m from Brooklyn NY and we have the best Chinese food! 21$ for 2 soggy orders.
Asian Wok
Best place to get sushi for your buck. We have been ordering here for over a year now and really enjoy their food. Either their Chinese or Japanese meals. I personally love their sushi and will keep buying from them. Also, we love their orange chicken, egg drop soup and it's not too spicy. The shop lady is always friendly :)
First time and will not try again my almond sauce had black flakes floating in it. Not sure as to what I could’ve been. General Tso chicken was beyond the normal spicy for general tso chicken.
Little China
They Still Have Original Brown Rice. Oh IT IS BY FAR THE BEST CHINESE RESTAURANT IN DA' BURG.
You want some good crispy wings, this is the place! Love em. We drive 30 min one way to get these thangs! Mild wing basket is the go to!
Number One Kitchen
This is the best Chinese cuisine restaurant around! The food has always been perfect, Never wait for it. And they're typically always busy. But that never affects the service! I've been eating here for 5+ years. And yet to be disappointed. And frequently get a free large tea! Always be polite and courteous!
The food is delicious! We get take-out often. We usually have a large order, and they are always friendly and make sure the order is correct.
Hong Kong
The man and his wife are always arguing and fighting. Like every time I go they are arguing and slamming dishes. I understand the stress. But there no need to fight in the food business. The only thing good is the egg rolls (sometimes) This place has went down hill bad in the last year.
They haven't change the scenery since COVID but the food coming out of there is good. Especially the red wings! They're hard to find at ANY Chinese places but they have them and they are great
Dragon Express
Dragon Express is easily one of the best Chinese food spots I've had in a long time. The service was impressively fast, and the food was absolutely delicious — exactly what I needed after a long day of training. I highly recommend it to my fellow service members looking for a quick and satisfying lunch or dinner. Be sure to check out their lunch specials too — great portions and even better value! Don't judge this place by its cover; while it might look simple from the outside, the quality of the food and service inside speaks for itself.
4.8 Get some today! Easy spot to miss but producing exceptional food and authentic flavors at a very reasonable price. A real gem of a family owned shop. We need more restaurants like this. High on quality and value. I will be back. 🥠🥠.
Top China
2024-11: I think it's safe to say this is my favorite Chinese place in the area. The people are super nice and grateful for your business and the food is delicious and consistent. I would suggest if you want delivery, to call them directly and put an order in to give them your delivery business instead of one of the Fee-For-Everything-And-Inflated-Prices Apps. 😊 (Plus they are faster and more considerate than a lot of the delivery app drivers - as a rule.) Let's keep this business around. 2023-06: I've eaten from here several times and everything has always been tasty and the orders have always been correct. Their prices are pretty decent for what you get. I always call the restaurant directly for delivery. Will return.
Great, excellent, tasty, and hot food. They will never disappoint! I'm always very happy with their food. I especially like the lady taking the calls. She is calm and polite and gives you that friendly grandma feeling. The food deliveries are very timely. The food is always packaged very good, and it is hot! Great job, guys! Thank you very much for your kind service!
China - Evans, GA
We recently visited this place again, and were once again blown away by the quality! Wait times are low, the staff is extremely kind to their patrons, and the food is outstanding! They have some seasonal specials going on right now, like the chicken dishes pictured! The lemon, mango, and pineapple chickens are all delicious! We will absolutely continue to come here whenever we need our fix of excellent Chinese takeout.
We returned to try this adorable little restaurant again. This time we ordered the Double happy. The flavor and presentation were what you might expect from a much higher end restaurant. We also got a special treat: meat tangyuan. They're little meatballs in a sticky rice covering in a vegetable soup. The flavor was outstanding, and the small size of the balls shows the skill needed to prepare them. You can ask the staff if they have any available, they're considering adding it to the menu. No guarantees, though.
