First time here, the food is phenomenal! The roast duck was marinated very well, tender, the roast pork is really good, probably the best I’ve ever had in Canada and the States, and the chicken feet is soft! Plus, a two combo meat over rice for only 14.95 is absolutely a steal! Can’t go wrong if you want real Chinese food here! The staff members are also super nice and helpful, especially Sherry! It was a busy time but she was still very dedicated and helpful, explaining what should I do and order, she is really amazing! The cleaning lady I saw in the kitchen was super hardworking and polite as well! I wish you all the very best! 🫶🏻

I do not understand the hype of this restaurant. The dumplings were poorly prepared. The wrappings were so sticky that it stuck to our plates and to each other so that when you went to eat them, they completely ripped apart. The fried crab corn stick and the shredded duck puff had great filling but the casing was so extremely oily. We didn’t finish those two things. Not good! The scallion pancake was acceptable.

Just had an amazing meal at Dim Sum Sam The Summit in Manhattan, and here's the verdict! The dining space is bright, clean, and spacious— perfect for a relaxed meal and good conversation. Portions are generous and truly satisfying. Char Siew - Thick, succulent, and glazed with just the right amount of sweetness. Noodles - Perfectly springy with great texture. Roast Duck - Juicy, well-seasoned, and executed beautifully. Dim Sum - The prawn dumplings were plump and had a delightful crunch, while the Siew Mai was loaded with succulent prawns. For the best value, go for the set menu-it comes with an iced lemon tea and a buttery egg tart to round off the meal. Will I be back? Absolutely! If you're a dim sum lover, this spot is a must-try if you are in this area.

Egg tart is just my favorite, best one in Manhattan tbh. Buddha dumping is surprising too, mushroom taste is strong and many vegs inside, good to balance proteins. Chicken feet is good as usual.
