I got the beef stew with thick noodles and I asked for extra spicy and they delivered such a wonderful dish. It was so spicy that it had me in tears and my lips tingling. Such a ride. I have a high tolerance for spicy and never felt this before. The service was exceptional. Woman at the counter was very nice and helpful in cleaning an area up so I can sit. The area didn’t really need cleaning but she did it anyway. Very nice. Truly am glad I stopped by
Great value for money! We got the hand-pulled dry noodles with cumin lamb and a few sides to share - cucumber salad, spiced veggies, chicken dumplings. Very tasty and definitely simple food for NYC. The lasagna like noodles were plentiful at the base of the bowl. So filling we couldn’t finish the noodles and we shared the bowl.
Go. Inexpensive good dumplings around $10 per bowl. I get two orders, one pork and one shrimp with two cups of hot chili sauce. I like the restaurant. Super casual, it's a nice place to go in Midtown without the fuss of formality. I haven't gotten around to the other items on the menu, but will tell you when I do. Get the Chinese tea in the red can to complete the meal!!!
Come for the food, not for the atmosphere. Authentic Chinese food, lightening service and good price. I like the beef noodle soup (牛肉面) and the Chinese sandwich (肉夹馍) with pork stuffing. What I found it odd was they don’t provide spicy sauce or vinegar unless you request.
Delicious noodle spot! They have different menu more than noodle but I ordered noodle and it was so great! I ordered tomato and egg noodle and it was so delicious! It’s a great spot for quick meal! I really enjoyed the food :)
