Sometimes you get that urge to get some of that good local Chinese fast food. This was the place to go. Although their portions are very generous, the prices have definitely gone up understandably. My concern was the quality. Great presentation, but lack in flavor. It has changed from the previous visits. Hopefully they change back to their old tasty recipes.

Tasty Goody in Norwalk is hands down the best Chinese food place this side of the Mississippi. I go there whenever I want some 🔥 orange chicken, and it never disappoints. The portions are huge, and the prices are great for how much food you get. The orange chicken has the perfect amount of crunch and sauce, and the noodles are always fresh. I’ve tried a lot of places, but nothing really compares to Tasty Goody. Plus, the people there are super nice and quick with your order. Definitely my go-to spot for Chinese food.

Came here to try it since it looked good. The food portion was sufficient but it just wasn't good. I think panda is a better option. I ended up throwing it away unfortunately. The ladies serving the food were nice, but taste and texture was lacking. Maybe it was just the time I went to order, the food wasn't fresh.

The food looked good and looked good, as I finished eating I found a cockroach in the main chow and I asked to speak to the owner and they apologized, I will never eat here again in my life.

This has been my families favorite Chinese food spot for years and years now. Food is excellent, service is great all so nice. First time back here since it was remodeled and looks great, did an amazing job!

The orange chicken was great! Super delicious. I really liked it because of the spicy flavor it had. Just perfect. The steam rice was good. The soup was very good. The ice tea was great as well. I like the seats here very confortable to eat. This is a nice place to come eat with friends or family. The single private restroom in here is in good clean condition. I appreciate the way they keep their restrooms clean.

Always delicious food! Eel, eel and more eel. Sushi, Shashimi, Unagi Don dinner, Rolls, Tempura, Dumplings, Edamame, house salad, miso soup, my Steak & Lobster Tail came steaming to the table! Diet Coke in a can. Service is very efficient and helpful. Thank you They have become too popular on Friday nights- with in restaurant and take out customers. Yet ...they haven't adjusted with any additional staff?? One server can not handle a full house and take out customers. Suggest 1 more and see the results. Sat there 20 mins- got my own menu. Another table was already there before me waiting with menus to place their order. Then 2 more 2- tops came in and got menu. 4 tables waiting to order...lots of tables to clean. Only 2 other tables with customers. No sign of coming to take our orders. Poor Henry was working hard to help the Sushi Chef. I left- was hungry and it was getting late....and my favorite restaurant is only 1 block away. I will be back here definitely.

Having lived in Japan for nearly 6 years I can say that Little Tokyo is a very authentic experience. They can do a lot of off menu food with notice. The seafood comes up from the NY Seaport daily. Highly recommended. I have been eating here for maybe 15 years now.

I went in over christmas and they were very nice and friendly. I had the lobster and steak hibachi and it was delicious. It was ver clean and i enjoyed the meal.

I hate writing negative reviews but our visit was pretty rough. All of the food was somehow both bland and tasted like curry - it was weird and pretty gross. The waitress was pushy. It was dark and drab in the restaurant. We did like the hibachi chef who was very nice and entertaining. Overall though, felt like a waste of money (it’s not cheap).

The food is excellent. It's not the greatest to dine in,Very quiet,small very slow service. They have a huge takeout service which is probably why the service is slow.I recommend take out instead of dining in. But the food is very good vegetables are fresh. The menu has a great selection. Very friendly.

I love the food from this place. It might not look like much from the outside but the food has been consistent over the years and very good. Reasonably priced also. Their salads are enormous with just the right amount of ingredients and their seafood dishes are superb. Great for take out or delivery also as the food travels well and arrives fresh.

We had a great experience dining in for lunch over the weekend! The food was fantastic and authentic. The service was excellent and prompt. We had the truffle oil goat cheese nan, the chicken biryani, Goan shrimp curry, royal chicken and Samosa chat…very delicious and portions are plenty!!!

The folks here at this establishment are so kind, welcoming, and warm. The food was amazing! I got the aloo gobi, garlic naan, raita and the steamed chicken momo. The portions are a good size, the aloo gobi was was very rich with the perfect amount of spice (I ordered medium). Bahnu took the time to get to know us and really made the experience special. The momo are kind of like soup dumplings because the meat inside is so juicy, my first time having them and it was a cool experience. Please check these guys out if you get a chance you won’t regret it!

The wings are savory and original! The pizza is cooked just right. The staff is friendly and attentive. Parking is easy and service is quick. My family and I will be coming back. Thank you John’s best staff.

Super disappointing experience with a delivery order. Person answering the phone was very short and then when asked about a pizza special from their website for that night he said that was no longer valid. The food took an hour to arrive. When we called after 45 mins he said it was on the way and that was it. Fettuccine Alfredo had Zero flavor or taste and was drowned in parsley. Was not a creamy sauce as one would expect, was completely dry. French fries were cold and soggy. The garlic bread with cheese did not resemble what one would expect and it was complete mush and included no dipping sauce. The pizza and chicken parm were okay but everything else was not good and was not eaten.

I walked in this morning around 11 am. I waited my turn and I kindly asked for a cup of ice or how much would one be, the lady gave me a bland mean look and delayed her answer and said no order no ice and walked away abruptly. I told her that was rude and walked out. Management; please re teach this lady how to treat customers. I felt terrible because I didn't have any money to buy a plate. All I wanted was ice.

Went today and had an absolutely horrible visit. Asked for a plate of chow mein and rice, as my sides I asked for spicy chicken on both, the lady working added one portion first then asked me again what I wanted for the second, I told her the same for both sides, she then proceeded to scoot the food she has already put in first portion to the side and just added vegetables and closed the plate. Then when I was paying I asked for a large Thai tea no boba, I proceeded to tell her I wanted no ice and she said it was a $.50 charge extra if I declined ice. I asked so you charge me for not wanting ice and she said yes. I told her to just add the ice then she proceeded to fill the cup fully with ice and the drink did not fit to the point it was spilling out. Mind you all the cup was practically ice. The food has a good taste I’m just so fed up with the fact their customers service is absolute trash, this is not the first situation I’ve encountered but it’s the only place near me!! I hate the way they run their business. Scamming customers in portions and always money hungry. Also my boba was $8 . Just for ice!!!!!!! Do not go. Absolute trash service.

Customer Service is Horrible. The Ladies In The front Victoria And Andrea Very Rude . Unprofessional Customer Service. The manager, he is very professional. and very nice guy. Looks like the employees needed some Customer Service Training, Corporate, please take care with that.

Horrible bland food value is uncalled4!!!. If u want vegan options they give you 2 pieces of what they can heat up. Therefore you get no plate. U get anything else in a cup. Silly. Never going back nor recommending!!!!

I like this place better than any other chinese food take out. I don’t trust the other places and this place looks clean all the time. Food presentation isn’t sloppy and I just trust the cleanliness and taste of their food. Also it’s not too oily. I also uploaded the menu because nothing is updated online.
