This was our first time ordering from here and it will definitely be our last! We only ordered chicken fried rice and egg rolls. The rice was neon orange and the chicken looked questionable. I cannot even confirm it was actually chicken. We took one bite of the rice (picked around the chicken of course) and spit it out immediately. It was horrible!

I'm leaving this review mainly because I love Hong Kong's steamed and fried dumplings. I moved to Summerville 2 years ago after living in NY my whole life, and this is the only Chinese food restaurant I’ve found in Summerville that makes dumplings the same way they do up north. It seems everywhere else (at least in Summerville) makes pot stickers and calls them dumplings. Not the same at all. If you know you know. I do also enjoy the rest of the food on their menu, but shout out to Hong Kong for making New York style dumplings, something I've greatly missed since moving to Summerville. Also the employees are nice people and have only had good service in all of my experiences.

Awesome Chinese food! Really fair price. All of this was only $21.99! The sauce for the fried dumplings is really tasty, I’ve never tried anything like it. The sesame chicken and noodles are flavorful, but not the best I’ve ever had. All in all, a great deal in my opinion. Also, the woman at the front desk was very friendly.

I saw a pretty good ratings so I tried it. I don't know if something's going wrong with the business now or what but I was sold literally rotten food. Rotten. Two bites into an egg roll it was terribly rotted. I had to throw it all out. I lost 19$. The man was very friendly. But standing at the counter I could smell rotten seafood smells. I figured I was just near a trash can or something but I found out later the problem was much deeper. The soda cooler was warm. I don't know if it's purely a cost-cutting measure or what exactly the problem is but there's definitely a refrigeration issue. After my experience, I'm convinced that this establishment needs a complete sanitation overhaul not to mention obtaining operational refrigerators, and discarding expired food. I would give more than one star for service because the man was nice, but there's no getting around the fact. When you are serving from a food establishment you just don't hand customers rotten food. You are responsible to be able to tell whether or not you're handing somebody something that can make them deathly ill.

Food is ALWAYS excellent! It is also quick and fresh as I can normally pick up within about 10 minutes of ordering. I would definitely recommend ordering takeout though as the atmosphere is not appealing and the person behind the counter is not receptive in the least of anyone actually sitting down to eat.

I love the food , I usually get sesame chicken and It's delicious my only issue is if I order before 4pm food is great but after always seems over cooked. I order lunch here at least once a week.

Listen, the location sucks, especially now that Price Chopper has left that shopping center. But the Chinese food at this place is the best in the area by a wide margin. Just a huge selection of really, really good quality food. And look at this unhinged wall calendar they put in my takeout bag for free! :D

Overall, not an experience that would warrant a return. I got the sautéed broccoli lunch special, the fried rice was good but the garlic sauce used was tangy and sweet. Not what I was expecting. The food was fresh, restaurant was clean, and customer service acceptable. However, I was also not pleased to find a hair in the food.

As usual & always great tasting no frills fastfood restaurant. Large serving portion & definately worth the price.

They sold me a drink and the tea dispenser was empty. I complained and it took 10 minutes for them to come out and make the tea. After they made the tea they didn’t even bother to put the cover on top back. I had to do their jobs for them. They also gave me a huge chunk of cabbage and expect me to chew on it. I guess they were too lazy to cut the cabbage. There were also flies everywhere by the window. What made it worse is this homeless guy keep asking me for something, but I can’t understand him. I guess he just sits there and harass customers. Whoever runs this place gets paid a good salary for doing nothing. It is not rocket science. Get a new manager.

I was one of the first customers that went here years ago. They food gotten better year they been open. They about their business and prices are good compared to other restaurants.

Steak and cheese on point every time. Got the Happy Family one time and was just impressed. The smoothie are on point. Get you one. Many flavors to choose from.

Terrible customer service and no napkins on the order to go . By the way , special fried rice it's so poor quality, only two shrimps and bad quality of rice . So sad they had decreased their food standards

I was charged a few dollars extra because I paid with a card. Food not worth it at all. Won’t be coming back. Gave you guys more than 1 try and the pricing is always changing for different reasons.

I don’t know why they have 3.9 stars. I ate there today for the first time and the food was amazing. I ordered chicken and broccoli and chicken wings it was Very flavorful and felt more healthy. I will definitely go back.

Ordered shrimp egg rolls! It was literally only one shrimp at the end! I understand the price of food is rising! But chop up the shrimp at least! & everything was very bland! Try another Chinese restaurant.. this one isn’t a good option

Such good food, so glad I stumbled upon this place after a year of living here lol. Some customers need to understand that this is a no frills place and as long as the food (and place) is clean and delicious, I'm happy. Meets all my criteria.

Just one word!!! Horrible!! Stay away!! Ordered Chicken Lo mein, Chicken Fried Rice, Szechuan Chicken and Chicken Corn Soup from here. Fried rice was burnt and dry and smelled of soap, ciuld not take a spoon full. Lo mein was literally tasteless. The Szechuan chicken was stale and reheated in old stinking oil. The soup was chicken and egg dropped in water. We had to throw the entire food in the trash. I have not tasted anything worse than this. I ordered via Uber Eats and paid $62. Good year Chinese cuisine, you should return the money.

This is a great place to get a delicious hotdog in a fun atmosphere for a good price! 2 hot dogs, fries and a drink for $10! Awesome!very quick service! Lady in the back is super friendly. Guy at the register was all business and stoic. Kinda reminded me of my grandpa! Great place to grab a quick lunch!

Food is good, and fair price/deals even in this inflated market. Has sports shirts for sale, but feel like a show case of options would be better and the shirts put up to have more in the restaurant space for seated customer s The store itself would do better if it had a public bathroom. Most people have kids. They have to go at the most inconvenient times. Or you have people with bladder issues. In store dine in, people are like to spend more money. Even if they extended their employee bathroom and lost 1-2 tables for a small customer bathroom it would bring more business. This place could really be booming, if it just made a few changes.

Refused service cause they closed the kitchen down at 920pm and stopped cooking. When i order, i get 3 meals, one for now and two for later or the next day, since I'm a truck driver who drives at night and most places close... if you're not going to serve, you might as well close at 9 or 8pm, since i saw 2 others drive up and then immediately leave without food.

Asked for fresh beef and broccoli, I got more broccoli than beef. But I've noticed this is a common thing with this company. They are high as hell, and they won't give you a decent size portion based on what you paid for it. I'm done with this restaurant. I'm going to make a TikTok and a YouTube video sharing my experiences until they do better

It stinks and they charge alot for crab ragoon just for you to eat just wanton and no stuff filled at all I try to get a new order told me no and to deal with it

We travel a ways to this place. They make our food anyway we ask. They are very friendly if you are friendly. We've witnessed many not very nice people. My husband is not daring and sticks with Chicken and Broccoli with baby corn everytime! Lol. I routinely change it up and had most things... Shrimp with broccoli, chow mein and boneless ribs all good. Today sweet and sour chicken.... their pork fried rice is best as it's real tasty.
