Me and my family always come here. The guy who always serves us is so nice and generous. This time the person who served us was a woman. She is so stingy with the chow mein. Let me tell you I was 🤔. So I asked for more and she had the worst attitude. I never had a problem before regarding portions. We love coming here for Chinese food. Maybe next time we get the guy hopefully or someone else. I took away my 5 star.

The lineup seemed promising: teriyaki chicken, beef and broccoli, white rice, chow mein, and some spicy wings to add a kick. The teriyaki chicken looked pretty unappetizing and tasted as gross as it looked—salty overload! The beef in the beef and broccoli? Too salty. Broccoli was surprisingly good, though. Then came the spicy wings... or should I say, not-so-spicy and yet again, too salty. Talk about a trend here! Chow mein? Overcooked noodles swimming in the sea of salt. Thank goodness the white rice was alright. If I'm honest, I wouldn't bother giving it another shot. Photos might make it look appealing but it was not at all.

William the training lead on Wilshire Union branch took my phone while ordering and hid it and didn’t even announce it till I called my no. I heard it’s ringing when I told him this is my phone sound he handed it to me I wanted to meet the manager but he said Iam the manager and didn’t let me see anybody else

🤗My favorite is a plate with two sides(half and half) and two entrees. I also recommend a bowl with two sides and one entree. Friendly and cheerful staffs. The dining area is usually clean and available. It is a great place for people who finish work late but want a good dinner. As a Chinese, I am surprised that there is no pork on the menu. I wonder what the winter menu will be😋. I really look forward to their new dishes.

Definitely a place that deserves a "Gold Medal" 🏅 for their affordable food, and delicious options. I Love their Teriyaki Chicken and Orange Chicken!

Great place for fast Chinese food. Been coming here for years...

First and foremost, this is a QR restaurant so not only they don't have a physical menu, their TVs don't even showcase anything worthwhile but random channels. Extremely inconvenient should you have someone older in your party who is not tech savvy. This place looks clean and high scale, typical for a college town storefront, and it looks pleasing enough with its cultural decoration. As I have said before, being a strictly QR code restaurant means the employees will not take verbal order of any kind, and must be done via mobile. I know this is a tactic to save on labor, but I get it. The food are served surprisingly fast, to the point of *too fast*. It definitely feels like they were just heating it up. I can not confirm how authentic the food was for not being Chinese, but the pork combo rice dishes were very spicy 🥵 🌶️ for our palettes. Forget the authenticity because does it matter if they don't taste good in the first place?

Nice place on campus. Didn’t exactly love the food though. Service, prices and atmosphere was good. I ordered a Kung pao chicken with rice. It was supposed to be spicy but was super sweet while also being spicy. I couldnt really relish it.

This restaurant is really good. I love the food here and it's very clean. It's quick service. Definitely would recommend if you like Chinese food, Orange chicken is really good. Beijing beef is really good and I've had other dishes. They were all very well put together, and tasted very good, but those two specifically I love.

I gave it three chances, this third one was where I draw the line. The food is always old, the chow mein has this very nasty Oder and taste to it. Like chemical or just very old old noodles but I never smelled that in my life. The meats are always old cold and are extremely saucey but under cooked. I barely even touched the food I had to toss it

The food is on point when the other females work the morning shift here, it is always fresh and the food is served properly. Evening crew is trash, definitely need more training.

This is fairly a new place, it's very clean, the food well displayed, the staff wear masks are polite and helpful. I have ate here two times so far and the food is very tasty. But I took off one star from my review since my last order was full of onions. Just Don't order the pepper chicken. Because as you see in the pictures all off the onions are there. still the lunch special at $12.59 includes a drink and taxes, is a great deal. This is great place to eat in this area.

This place is always empty so I thought I'd give it a try. Was really in the mood for old fashion (home-style) Chinese food but this was appalling. Trays of food that seemed to have been sitting there for quite some time, still I ordered a wonton soup & a 2 entree comber plater that included dried chow mein, soggy mushrooms drenched in soy sauce marinated chicken & the chewiest orange chicken overwhelmed in Orange Chicken Sauce. The only thing I would possibly recommend is the spicey Chinese Chicken wings. Place could be cleaner, but atleast the staff was friendly.

Food and service is very good. Eat here twice weekly. Under new management.

The lady calling out the numbers was extremely rude to me for asking about my mobile order. Literally ruined my day at Universal. She treated me like an idiot when the mistake was actually hers. I get that they are busy and hustling, but that’s not an excuse to treat people like that for simply asking a question. Her response…”.can you hear me way back there? “ Then go stand back there until I call your number. Meanwhile my order was sitting right there waiting for me.

Food: ok, no problems in it. For the service, the people at the counter barely talked, and the only thing she said was Anything Else? When our credit card got declined (which was resolved by paying again), the waitress said nothing. Room is also very busy, and they chose to locate the utensils outside? This is the worst Panda Express I’ve ever been to.

I eat at this Panda Express a lot. Service: The entire staff is super cool. The manager is cool and the chefs are always down to help you out. If you get in there by 8:00 even if they don't have what you want sometimes they will cook you an extra batch. Food: The food is good but it does vary. If you look through all my pictures sometimes you get that extra fresh just cooked food and sometimes you get that must have been here over 30 minutes food. I'm a creature of habit but I would definitely recommend the beef and broccoli, the chicken and green beans, the honey sesame chicken, or the shrimp when it's available. Also last but not least I always highly recommend most people that work in customer service industry or Chef life should get a massage and if you frequent this Panda Express then you're also right next to one of the best massage therapists on the west coast healing hero hands. Just a fun fact about Burbank and this area.

Hit or miss. Sometimes the food is good, sometimes it is only ok. It's fast food so unfortunately it's hard to reach great when compared to restaurants. Especially when it is prepared before you get there for the most part. It is convenient, fast and not expensive. If any dish is low, unappealing and or does not look fresh; do not hesitate to ask how long for a fresh batch. Usually it's less than 10 minutes, if you are willing/able to wait it may just be worth it. Service 90% of the time is great, very friendly. Every once in a while someone is apathetic but luckily rarely rude. Portion sizes are hit or miss, sometimes it's not bad considering the freshness, sometines you're like I paid how much for food that has been sitting under heat lamps for who knows how long? The orange chicken isn't too consistent, I'm not sure if it's difference of chefs or not. Sometimes there is a little sauce, sometimes a lot. Sometimes it is super sweet, sometimes just right. Sometimes it is really spicy, sometimes it is just right. Almost always there is a ton of starch over relatively small pieces of chicken. Some of the smaller pieces seem like there is no chicken. The chow mein noodles are usually good, but the veggies aren't great and sometimes there seems to be as much veggies as there are noodles. The broccoli beef si ok but almost always there is too much broccoli. The beef is pretty consistent and not bad. The honey walnut shrimp is my favorite but not very consistent, almost always too little walnuts and half of the time the portion size is small even if you pay the 1.25 premium fee. The grilled chicken is consistent and a good healthy entree. Plenty of meat. The fried rice is ok, the veggies are probably frozen medley and usually very little egg. Wish there was more, really adds tonthe flavor profile.

I really wanted to like this place because the staff is so nice. But the food was pretty awful. It felt old and extremely dry. The rice was partly overcooked and mushy and partly dry and crunchy. The entire thing lacked seasoning. I won't be coming back.

Ordered take out The chow fun with beef was amazing. Did not like the Thai tea and I initially got it because it was a buy 1 get 1 free deal. It was so watered down or something it was really strange after taste. The rest of the meal was great just had to wash it down with a coke at home.

I was able to stop by this Panda Express location last night for an event. We were given a small box of chow Mein and orange chicken. If you been to any Panda Express before then you'll know that they offer great food selection. The only issue is the portion size because they tend to not give a lot of food portion unless it's something that suppose to fill you up quick like rice. The refresher drink was my favorite when I was here. I got the watermelon one and it was delicious. The customer service was amazing for me last night.

I order a bigger plate, wow send just little amount. Plus burning chow mein.
