Moon Wok
Nasty! Ordered orange chicken (ridiculously sweet. It was bright red not even orange so you know it's artificial). Got the Mongolian beef (way too soggy, lack of any flavor). Chow mein (not your traditional chow mein, it was super thin, tasted like soy sauce and oil). Lastly, their appetizers (egg roll, friend shrimp, some chicken wrapped in foil, and wonton). All super oily. Disgusting. I've been to hundreds of Chinese restaurants and this is the worst tasting. We'll 2nd worst, actually. Restaurant look nice no complaints on that, easy parking. Was seated quickly, comfy booth, Food came out super fast. Waitress was seen when ordering and when she brought the food, thats it. Never came by again. Also, I ordered both fried rice and steamed rice. The steamed was good and tasty; the fried was literally cold and nasty! I'm telling you, I've never struck out so bad in a Chinese restaurant. Even the freaking fortune cookies were given to us broken! I mean come on!!! Stay away trust me.
I have dined here several times and I am glad I found them. I am used to eating great tasting Chinese Cuisine and this was for sure that. Not to mention the customer service was excellent, my experiences have been great and they have a long time customer in me. My Go Tos so far are the Salt and Pepper Wings , Lemon Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Honey Walnut Shrimp, Shrimp Fried Rice
Panda Express
I’ve been coming here for years. Today was the worst service. My husband went to the In and Out here at this location and was waiting for me. He ordered, received his order and ate while I waited in line, any one who visits In and Out knows how crazy busy that place is. Sadly the person on the register was slow, making mistakes and was unsupported. The food was put in containers and sat on the counter getting cold. When I talked with the manager, her response was “we have people on lunch.” Either plan better or hire more help. There were 5 people in front of me and 1 behind. It wasn’t crazy busy. At a minimum the manager should have opened the other register. Very disappointed as I ate my Luke warm lunch!
I spent $80 on lunch for me and my coworkers I asked if I could get the code to use the restroom while the cowmein was getting cooked. Mayra M the cashier gave me the wrong code 3 times and made me wait till she finished cashing other clients I then asked her why she gave me the wrong code and she whispered “oh it’s because the bathroom is employees only you have to wait till the next one is available” I sat down and waited when the next person came out I went in and came out 2 minutes later to see another customer go into the bathroom that was suppose to be “employees only” I immediately noticed none of the 2 bathrooms had an employee only sign. I went and asked Mayra M again why she didn’t give me the code but someone else could use the restroom she then whispered as to not call attention that it’s because that bathroom has stuff in it that is being stored or someone could fall etc ? That’s a ridiculous excuse how am I A construction worker who works around tripping hazards constantly, more exposed to trip then another client. To me it was the fact that I’m a blue collar worker and she simply did not want me to use the other bathroom not to mentioned the bathroom I did use was dirty and with water on the floor and the trash over filled that’s a tripping hazard.
China Wok
Love the food here! They cook the orange chicken just like my grandfather used to make it peels and all. And they have the best wonton soup I've ever tasted, highly recommend eating here.
A friend told me about this place, the food is fresh and has a good flavor, the stuff is friendly,
Panda Express
The staff doesn't look at you when ordering to busy talking to each other . Food is sometimes edible, depending on when you go. To bad I can't give negative stars for bad service and crappy food. Burnt noodles and cold orange chicken.
Ordered a 35 dollar family meal and went all the way home that is almost 2 hours away just to see they only put in two sweet and sour packets. Wtf am I gonna do with two.
D&D CHINESE CUISINE /SECO CANYON LOCATION
Absolutely loved the food at D&D Chinese Cuisine! Everything I've tried so far has been delicious and cooked to perfection – the shrimp fried rice, chicken with mushrooms, and triple delight were all spot on. Their lunch special is also a steal! I got a generous and tasty chicken with mushrooms, rice, soup, and an egg roll for just $12.99. Highly recommend checking them out!
My first time at this restaurant was absolutely amazing!🤩 ✅ Food: We ordered the “Shrimp with Garlic Sauce ”—it was cooked to perfection, with juicy, flavorful shrimp and a deliciously balanced sauce. The “Crispy Rice Soup” was also fantastic, with rich and complex textures. ✅ Service: The staff were friendly and efficient, and the food arrived quickly. ✅ Ambiance: The place was clean and cozy—I’ll definitely be back!"
D&D FireArt Cuisine/Plum Canyon Location
Staff is funny and friendly. Location is easily accessible with ample parking. A cut above some Chinese restaurants in the SCV with a nice ambience. We ordered a lot of food and the large dishes really mean LARGE. good for sharing especially if you have a big family. Chicken corn egg drop soup and hot and sour soup not pictured. Restrooms are clean and so is the whole restaurant. Will definitely go back!
Tried this place out for the first time on a Sunday mid-day and it was great! We were seated right away, the restaurant was not crowded, and our drink/food order came out quickly. The food was hot and tasty. I had the teriyaki chicken with broccoli 🥦 cuts, and white rice. My friend had the Kung pan chicken with white rice along with pork dumplings. The teriyaki chicken was very tender, juicy, and crispy along the edges. All in all, it was a very nice experience with excellent service, a clean restaurant, and chill atmosphere. 😊
Golden Wok Restaurant
Stopped here for a quick lunch. The portions were enormous!! They cook it to order so the food was very hot and fresh, prices were also very reasonable! Definitely coming back!
Tried the Teriyaki chicken bowl. It was very salty, and chicken was probably a couple of days old. I wouldn't comeback. Service was nice.
Wok's Cookin'
This restaurant is clean, this restaurant is quiet and it has the most amazing FRESH food! I ordered two entrées, black mushroom and broccoli. It was incredible. Everything was cooked perfectly at least for my liking meaning I like my broccoli just a slight bit crunchy… the mushrooms were great. The curry chicken was really good. I ordered it extra spicy. It was delicious. This is my second time in this area in the past three years. I will definitely come back again.
Stopped by on a weekend (no lunch deal) and got the General Tapio's chicken. Who is General Tapio? Is he Tso's cousin? Never heard of him. Perhaps he's General Tso's spicy cousin? Because according to the menu, General Tapio's Chicken is supposed to be spicy. The dish came with white rice, which I substituted for fried rice for additional $2. Not worth it. The fried rice was as bland as white rice and it was very meager; just a tiny bowl about the size of a teenage girl's fist. The chicken itself was ok. I like the crispiness of it. It came with a whole lot of sauce! The sauce was not spicy at all to me. I would compare it to the level of regular orange chicken with a dab of spice; nothing to break a sweat about. The service was curt, bordering on unfriendly, as if I'm bothering her when I asked for a refill of my water. Well, at least it wasn't horrible. The best thing about this place is the housemade chili oil. It's pretty tasty, not that spicy, but I appreciate that it's housemade. I wouldn't come back to this place for the price you pay to get merely okaaaaay food. You can pay with your card here!
Corner Kitchen
I ate here two days ago right before they were about to close and even though most of the food was already gone they offered to make as much as i wanted which is really sweet because they didn’t care if they were about to close they just cared about us getting the amount of food we wanted. The drinks are super good they have a wide variety of drinks and i’d say my favorite are the milk teas and bobas. The prices are low for the amount of food i get. It was like 22 for two plates full of food. Usually is lower then that for example when i go and pay individually my comes up to 10 bucks and my plate is full. Theres always people there but there always seats available which i love because me and my girlfriend get to eat inside instead of looking for somewhere else to eat. The daughter is very sweet and easy going. The mom does seem more intimidating but she’s the sweetest when it comes to her customers, She’s very considerate. The food is always very warm and tasty not to dry nor oily just perfect for my liking. The chow mein is so super good my favorite dish i’d get a whole plate of it i believe it’s the best chow mein i’ve had. Theres snacks as well little treats you may enjoy after eating a meal. There’s chips and sweets and sushi. I overall love this place my to go to place. Never get bored of it. #AboutToGoRightNow
Good food but wish it was covered due to flies and cus people get it them selves.. Busy and not a lot of seats.. There Thai Tea are the best.. Plate average cost about $10 price is based on how much your plate weights.. Mushrooms are good and so is the coconut shrimp food can be a little greasy but for the most part all Chinese food is..
Asian Fusion
Owner is a lovely woman. They were out of a lot of items on the menu, but the food did not disappoint. Best Kung pao chicken ever! The beef in noodles dish was NOT my favorite but I just picked that out. The chicken and shrimp were great. Interior was a little sticky overall lol but it was comfortable.
Food is Amazing!! We have been coming since they opened in 2015 and have been coming back ever since. Jennifer is very welcoming. Thai Iced tea is delicious and now she added Boba! 10/10/24 Tried today the sliced beef in spicy soup and it was delicious! You need to try it. Has a nice kick to it! You will not be disappointed! Banh mi and Shrimp, pork and rice never disappoints.
Little Fatty
BBQ Pork was crispy and delicious. It was seasoned to perfection. Well worth the price! Have the waiter help you cut it into pieces. The Chow Fun plate was filled with beef and piping hot when served. We also had the Asian Greens with plenty of bok choy with an excellent dark sauce. Check out the Little Fatty Mart after dinner and enjoy an ice cream. They have great pizza and hard to find Asian products.
All three appetizers (cucumber, scallion pancakes, and wontons) I tried were pretty good and highly recommended and so is the walnut shrimp entree. Amount of chicken in Kung pao chicken was a bit disappointing and XO fatty noodles was decent.
Westwood Thai Cafe
The meat portion in the salad is way less than I expect. Overall, the quality of food is good with reasonable price. We ordered online an hour before but when we picked up the food, we waited for extra time.
If there's a 6th star I'd light it up for this place! Been here like a mollion times and will keep coming back. Fantastic food, friendly service and reasonable price.
