Been here many times but never reviewed. I came with a guest and we both had Plate lunches. I had the Shawarma meat and they had the chicken. Sides were rice and grilled vegetables and tabouli. Ever item was fresh and hot. Very tasty including all the different hot sauces and yogurt sauce. Excellent food for sure!

I don’t think the food is terrible. I’d give taste a 7/10, HOWEVER, for the price you’re paying they really skim you out on the protein. I tried the place 3 times just to make sure it wasn’t a one time thing, but for $17 they really seem to give you the bare minimum. The only way to get a stuffed wrap is by adding a bunch of free filler, but I feel like that’s already covered by the price. Wish I could give this place a higher rating, but I can’t get over the price to portion ratio.

Very pleased with stumbling upon this gem near the beach! I wanted authentic Filipino food and after reading a few Google reviews, I knew I had to drive and try this place out. The menu is fully stocked with Filipino beers as well as in house. Really enjoyed the Ube coconut Porter, which was suggested by the server. It wasn’t bitter at all, but it did have depth in flavor! We ordered the lumpia and it wasn’t oily at all, I almost wonder if they’re using avocado oil there or maybe a better alternative than vegetable or canola. There were a lot of dishes to choose from, but we got the sizzling sisig which was full of flavor and served up on a hot plate. Definitely need to come back and order some of the main dishes. Will report back and update my review then! Otherwise, go check it out if you’re thinking about it I highly recommend this spot for good service great food and the perfect ambience off of the main road. Oh, and try to walk to the beach afterwards—you’ll be full!

After moving to Encinitas from Mira Mesa, I had not found any good Asian food or Filipino food in this area. However, when I found this place, I was very excited. I tried the lumpia and the Bistek which was really good, I have come twice for the Bistek as my grandmother would make this for me alot as a kid. The sauce / soup was so flavorful. I am looking forward to trying the milkfish and the Beef Stew (Caldereta).

Updated review : Delicious buffet with plenty of options comes with plain nann bread , water , buffet featured rice , saag paneer cheese dish , a potato dish , chan masala a chick peas dish , butter chicken and mango moose desert which was also delicious Old review This place is great tasting good service the cons are small portions and over priced $40. Garlic nann $6 can of soda $3.50 I can’t knock them in stars for being pricey or for having small portions but I can’t knock mention it on this review. The chicken tika masala and rice were small Portions had I gone to Panda Express or el pollo loco I would’ve gotten full off $20 And had unlimited fountain drinks. May comeback for buffet.

Tandoori Palace exceeded expectations! Our server was friendly and knowledgeable, helping us navigate the menu with ease. The Chef's Naan Basket was a highlight – crispy, flavorful, and perfect for sopping up sauces. The dishes we ordered were all delicious, with bold flavors and generous portions. Even our picky young eaters found something to love! Great atmosphere, attentive service, and amazing food – Tandoori Palace is a must-visit for food lovers, and perfect for families or groups with diverse tastes!

I got honey walnut shrimp, pan fried dumplings, and sizzling chicken a la mandarin. I'm always in this mall area, and have been waiting to try this place out once it opened. Their service was great! The staff were very attentive and friendly. The food was very hot and flavors were just right. My roommates and I ate these dishes for dinner, this has become our favorite Chinese restaurant.

Went here with 2 of my friends and was seated immediately, service was good, they were very attentive. The food itself was pretty disappointing, ordered the garlic chicken and had a good amount of fatty pieces as well as overly salted, ordered the slat and pepper chicken wings and it did have a shrimpy taste to it, not sure if they have separate fryers for seafood and others. Also had the cream cheese wontons and the center part was nice and creamy but the edge of the wrappers seemed like it was kind of old/stale tasting I’m not sure if the wrappers have been sitting out before being prepped and cooked. I would not recommend coming here since I feel like there are better places to go in the area
