First time here. Our favorite place closed down on 51st and Cactus. Parents wanted to retire 😪. Our first order: wonton soup, egg drop soup, beef chow mein, chicken Kung pao, and Mongolian beef, with 2 egg rolls. Both soups were yummy. I think they need salt, but I might be dehydrated. Kung Pao dish was yummy, thought there would be a bit more veg in it, but no complaints about more chicken. Mongolian beef, too many onions and light on the beef. Not as flavorful as we have had other places. Beef chow mein: yummy. But skimpy on the beef, but had lots of flavor. All in all, will be back again to try other items for the ones we were not happy with!

Great food. So many choices. Deff try the orange chicken and orange beef. I have never had bad food. It is always fresh and a lot of it. My complaint is the staff. They are not friendly. At first I thought a language barrier. But I have been back many times and realize it’s just rudeness. I only go back because the food is so good. They also don’t have fountain drinks and charger per can or whatnot. If they were a little more pleasant and had fountain sodas. They would be one of the best Chinese restaurants in AZ

Very kind staff Kinda hidden place but im thankful I came this is the first time I come and I will come back. The orange chicken has so much flavor. I loved the spring rolls and the portions are good for the price. Definitely coming back 🥰

I had a great experience trying this place for the first time. I ordered online and food was ready when said. Once I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff. It was a quick come and go pick up but staff was very friendly, everything was what I ordered... and most importantly.. the food tasted so fresh and good!! My family and I really enjoyed!

My daughters and I go out for sushi quarterly. Today we tried a new place and it did not disappoint. They have the best pot stickers and amazing Ramen. I had a California tempura roll and it was fantastic. The prices were also great. I highly recommend it!

The Seoul-style chicken tenders are very well-seasoned and good size. The rebranding is very new as of the beginning of this year (2025). They simplified the menu with this new rebrand but this place is still pretty fast and good. The lobby is small and unassuming but it does not effect the rating I give. Better to order in person, they have phone problems from my memory to be honest.

I am happy that I found New Chen Wok! We are from northeast PA and were shocked to see that mei fun is not a standard item on Chinese menus in this area, but this restaurant has it. We were very pleased with our order and everything tasted great!

Cheap prices which is good. Sweet and sour sauce was very thin. The fried rice that comes with your meal was loaded up though which is unusual, it had sprouts and onions which I'm personally not a fan of but I know others will love it, and it had chunks of char siu pork in it. Not a bad meal for the price.

Overall, it is a clean, inviting space. Food was made fresh to order. My husband had the chicken and veggies. I had the pork and veggies. A solid 3 out of 5. We got the combos, which included an egg roll and fried shrimp. Neither was my personal preference. Both the egg roll and shrimp were heavily breaded and flavorless. My pork was very tinder. The sauce was great. Rice was a little hard. I'll try it once more.

We had ours delivered. Came hot and fresh. Chow Mein was loaded with chicken. Orange chicken had the perfect amount of spice, sweet and sour pork was great! Fresh spring rolls and crab lagoons. Super big portions. Will order again!!

Customer service here is absolutely lacking. Luke is awesome but everyone else is miserable and clearly don't like their jobs. Maybe creating a more welcoming atmosphere and hiring happier people would suite this location better.

Went in on a Sunday at 2 pm. empty and only one employee to help. Food was almost empty and VERY DRY. manager came out and had to do most cooking. Cook later came in to help. Asked manager for sauce for the dry food, said they do not have side sauces. Asked for fresh cooked food and she had an attitude. Very hard to come back.

A Delicious Chinese Restaurant with one of the best stir fried eggplant dish, that went beautifully with the portion of rice.

The food here is awesome. it's authentic! I usually do delivery or pick up. Walnut Shrimp, pan fried pot stickers, are my go too, but I've never had a bad dish! family run and operated.

It gets a low grade because of the atmosphere inside and out. People in the bathroom doing dope and other off-putting activities. Will try again soon to see how the food and service are. Hoping to be surprised.

It's what you would expect. I had great service from drive through (weird, huh?) And the smash jack had sauce just like the Mc D Mac. Awesome

I visited this restaurant 30 minutes after opening and I ordered the chicken breast yakisoba bowl with the egg roll. The egg roll was soggy. The chicken was dried out and hard. The noodles were mushy and it was missing vegetables. Was not a good place. I do not recommend. Staff looked unhappy to be at work not a welcoming establishment.

The worst Samurai Sam's I've ever had, I would never try this location ever again, the veggies and shrimp were mostly raw, they didn't have any dark chicken and the chicken breast tasted off. To top it off the staff was standoffish and the atmosphere just felt gross. If the bowl wasn't over $10 for the meal, I would have just tossed it, on the plus side hopefully it was healthier eating the veggies raw, just not what I've come to expect from Samurai Sam, try any other location

This is the smallest portion of mushroom chicken I have ever gotten. Why? It's Definitely not the same amount as the rest of my portions. Quite disappointing. The only reason the service is 4 stars is because the Door dash driver was given the wrong food and went back and was awesome about it.

I am a Panda Enthusiast, lifelong fan. Today was just different, perfect patch of Chow mein today. Not drowning in oily veggies. It was just perfect tonight. Well done Lads , hook me up Panda !

Domino's on W McDowell Rd in Phoenix is fantastic. The people are very friendly, the gluten free pizza was delicious, and they dealt with a payment mishap very professionally. The manager was very helpful, understanding and generous in his help with an incorrect billing and did whatever he could to resolve the situation, well above and beyond what was called for. I recommend this location to anyone for its service and pizza.

I received an order that was sub par and they replaced the whole thing with well prepared hit food. Best service. Will be back

Everything was fresh and delicious 😋 the server was helpful and polite but got our order wrong but it ended up being ok . I asked for two orders of the bigger plate where you get 3 entrees and 1 side but he got confused or something because when we went to pay there was only 2 entrees and one side 🤦 at least they didn't charge me for the 3 entree one .

Never fails this place opens @ 9 am went there at 9:30 am because I know by going at 9am they are not going to have shit prepared so I went at 9:32 to be exact and same thing nothing prepared. Why open up at 9am if you aren't gonna have food prepared no one wants to wait 15 min to 20 minutes for you to cook the dish .
