Sugar does not shake off

Ingredients
Cooking Instructions
-
Prepare glutinous rice flour and warm water
-
Pour warm water into the glutinous rice flour
-
Stir with a spatula first
-
Then knead it into a soft glutinous rice dough by hand (add more water if it's too dry, add some glutinous rice flour if it's too soft, depending on how dry and wet the flour is)
-
Roll into large balls (about 16 grams each)
-
Boil the large meatballs in the pot and cook until the meatballs float
-
Remove the meatballs.
-
Soak in cool boiled water so that they don't stick together.
-
Prepare brown sugar and water.
-
Pour the brown sugar and water into the pot and cook until the brown sugar melts.
-
Pour in the drained meatballs.
-
Simmer (it's best to cook in a small pot, I'm too big)
-
Cook until the water thickens.
-
Done
-
It can be eaten right out of the oven
-
-
It is more delicious when it is hot, soft and glutinous
-
Soft and glutinous with a strong brown sugar flavor
