Cheng Wong Restaurant
I’ve been going here for years, but after Covid things have changed a little (no Buffett), but the food is still delicious. Had lunch special— chicken and pork fried rice (forgot name of chicken). Fried rice could’ve used more pork and veggies. The Chicken was flavorful and the sauce was tasty. Made it back to work and it was still hot. Meal came with a small egg roll-egg roll was more wrap than filling.
Had chicken egg foo young. Was very bland and they did not have sweet & sour spice. Eating in at this time of year is not suggested....too cold. Fast service though.
Siam Thai
To put it short, this place is awesome! This modest Thai restaurant is a little gem hidden in a big city. First off every dish is made to order, and the freshness shows from the golden, perfectly crisp egg roll wraps to the perfectly cooked vegetables in your dish. The flavors are amazing. They have some classic dishes, and their unique take on many familiar dishes insures you will have many favorits to choose from. From the Pho to the savory slightly sweet brown sauce you will not be disappointed. The serving size is perfect, for the price. I have found that anything I have ordered could be split between two leaving no leftovers, or if just for you, you will have lunch for tomorrow. The level of customer service is a rare find in this crazy world today. You will frequently find the owners out on the floor checking on customers, refilling water glasses and serving food right alongside the wait staff. The atmosphere is modern yet with a touch of culture. It is clean, and the tables are promptly cleaned after customers leave. Lovely decorative pieces on the walls and Asian music softly playing adds the authenticity you just might be looking for when dining at a Thai restaurant.
The food was ok. My mom really enjoyed it. Not enough flavor to me. The hostess was very kind and the place was clean. Food came out fairly quick.
Panda Express
Nov 13, 1.10pm. I used the new app. I ordered a bowl of fried rice with honey walnut shrimp, They charged me the extra dollar for it. Plus, other bigger plate. When I got home, it was not what I ordered for my daughter!. Associates should pay attention of what they are doing and get the orders right!. We are all busy moms and we don't have time for this!
I only ever get honey walnut shrimp from Panda Express but I went to this store and got served burnt/old shrimp that was cold and no walnuts. They don’t do refunds unless I bring the food back in which I would rather not due as to not cause a scene in their establishment. I won’t be going back that’s for sure because I feel sick after eating one shrimp.
