We were very pleasantly surprised by Chen’s Buffet! The one thing was the price: $19 a plate after tax. A little much for us. However, the food was actually top notch. Maybe because we want at 4:30 on a Friday, but the food was all fresh, tasty, hot, and flavorful. It is the best American-Chinese buffet of its kind I’ve ever been to. Highlights included the spicy chicken stick, the beef and broccoli, the fresh sushi, and the Mongolian pork. The fresh steamed dumplings and custard bun were also unexpected as well as tasty. Not everything was my favorite, but nothing except the stale rice krispy treat was actually bad. If you’re looking for an American Chinese buffet you’re really not going to get any better in the area!

Monday lunch. Big, spacious, thoughtfully decorated dinning area. Food was average in taste and freshness compared other buffetts. The wasabii was fake... or imitation? I am not sure what it was... it was not wasabii. Soup was too salty... maybe sitting there too long? A bit higher in $$$ than their competitors. Maybe I will return on a weekend to see if there would be more choices. This buffett has a lot of potential--- convenient parking, convenient location, easy to locate. The inside is spacious and nice. I hope the owner puts some thoughts into buffett options and freshness. Bringhten up the inside a bit... it could be a great place!!

I love the beef and broccoli bowl with rice that they serve. It has all its own seasoning from the beef juices and the broccoli has a little crunch to it. This location is always very clean and efficient. I went to get a bowl of beef and broccoli today and they were busy. I was 4th in line and yet it took less than 4 minutes to get me to the window to pay and pick up my food. The employees here are always friendly. The grounds are always clean. The amount of food you get is well with the price. If you have never tried the food here, it would be well worth your time.

I don't normally review fast food places unless it's horrible or exceptional. This was exceptional. The sweet tea was not ready when I had ordered it and the manager was understaffed. But he still brewed fresh tea and had the orange chicken nice and fresh for me. Friendly and quick. Even threw in extra sauce for me. And the chicken was the best orange chicken from panda that I have ever had. Thank you for great service and a great meal.

Found this place by accident, and it turned out to be my new favorite Chinese take-out! Food was still hot when I got home, and the portions are more than generous. Delicious in every way!

I ordered beef egg foo young with beef fried rice. The gravy that goes on the egg foo young was so extremely salty that it was not edible. I have ordered this from here before and it's always very good, they give a really nice amount of food but this time the gravy was absolutely disgusting. I also told the lady please make sure there's no pork anywhere because of my religion I don't eat it I don't come into contact with it and they put it in my wonton soup. You know they don't give you your money back or remake food for you so you're just out the money. I'm not eating egg foo young with nothing on it, that's terrible and the soup I flushed down the toilet. Specifically said I do not come into contact with pork or eat it and she's still put it in the soup. I've never seen pork in wonton soup it's always beef. $22 and 3/4 of the food wet in the trash. I think the gravy was old and they added to it to make it presentable but they added way too much salt
